Okay HELLO to my new favorite brunch spot in Tucson!!!! I'm influenced beyond belief, and I cannot wait to come back and try everything. For starters, it's a cute spot. Intimidatingly small at first, but there's a good amount of seating in the back of house and on the patio so you can make do. Staff keeps things moving along too, so I can't imagine that long of a wait here. Now the food. I'm getting hungry just typing about it. Let me summarize. Not a single thing was below a 9/10. Not one. The standouts are by far the mamacita burrito. I could eat one a day. The carrot cinnamon roll pancakes are breaking my heart because they're seasonal. Came 9:30 am on a Saturday for a date. It was very busy and crowded but I didn't think much of it...until it was time to sit down. The setup is you walk in order and find a seat. They give you a number. However, you're not guaranteed seating. There's zero organization. It was stressful thinking in 100 degree weather we may have to find somewhere else to eat our food. I'm sure the food is great but the anxiety of having no where to sit was too much. We canceled our order and decided to go somewhere with guaranteed seating where we could have a nice brunch. I have been going to the other location for years, and this location brings the same charm, service, great food and amazing coffee. I had the Arroz con Leche latte (July special) it was great! I love the food at this Le buzz location, however the service is not always very good. I usually come in early in the morning before the rush and I love to hang out and read while enjoying my meal. The pastries are always fresh and it is always clean. I really love their smashed avocado toast, especially when they toast the bread very well and their pollo verde sandwich is fenomenal. Visited le buzz for the first time and really loved everything. Food was excellent and. We ordered the chorizo and bacon quesadilla and also the chilaquiles with chicken. The cranberry scone was also upper delicious and perfect with an iced coffee. We also had to try one of their fresh juices and we decided on the Beet & orange juice which was perfect and not too sweet. 10/10 recommend. Was surprised at myself for not having tried this place before... especially since I am always seeking good coffee. I went there on a Saturday during a little market (rodeo days) and it was extra busy but fun to sit outside and hear music. Despite how busy they were, service was nice and relatively quick. Their pastries are delicious and you do have a large choice. Their breakfast/ lunch menu is pretty decent with large portions. Their quiche was super savory and it's been a while since I've had good chili (soup of the day). Their latte was delicious too with good espresso. We've been to Le Buzz on Tanque Verde a few times because it is closer to where we live, but we tried this one the other day. I loved it. It is roomy, lots of seating, two outdoor patios with heaters. I didn't feel like I was sitting really close to the other patrons. We placed our order at the counter, grabbed a table number and headed outside to the back patio. They brought our food out to us when it was ready. I got the bacon quiche, with salad on the side and sourdough toast. It was all delicious. My husband ordered the 2-2-2 breakfast. The best part of that was the blueberry buckwheat pancakes! They also have a keto plate which I've had at the other location and it is really good. We will definitely come back here sometime when we're in that part of town again. read more

We were swinging through Tucson and wanted a solid breakfast to start our day. A friend recommended checking out Le Buzz, and we had a great experience. This is a counter-service order restaurant, so you'll want to snag a table right away when you arrive (there is also outside seating). Upon entering this restaurant, you are greeted by their pastry selections and bright, fun decor-it's so welcoming. We were able to snag a menu and decide on what we wanted while waiting in line to place our order. I went with the Le Buzz Egg Sandwich (2 scrambled eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, pepper jack, pico de gallo, on sourdough) and a strawberry match to drink. Our drinks took about 10 minutes to be made and called out, and around 15 minutes, our food arrived at the table. I thought the timing was pretty great for how busy this place was on a Sunday morning. I think pricing was fair, and the quality of the food was great. Went in for lunch today with a friend and throughly enjoyed it. It was a Monday but also a holiday.. and they were packed! We did manage to get a table and their line moves quickly but they were definitely "buzzin"! My friend and I both opted for lunch and it was delicious! I got the le buzz version of the classic club sandwich and it's everything I want from a club sandwich! It came on a croissant, had avocado and the rest of club sandwich ingredients paired with crispy waffle fries.. chefs kiss! I got a featured latte to go and also enjoyed that. With the kids back in school, my wife and I celebrated with a late breakfast a Le Buzz. They always have great seasonal offerings, but we stuck with our usuals. I got the 2, 2, 2 with sunny side up eggs, bacon and the blueberry cornmeal pancakes. If I can eat it all it lasts me two meals. My wife got the yummy breakfast burrito. I'm gluten free now and recently went. I ordered the hola tucson but got it on potatoes instead of the toast and it was still fantastic ! They do have a gluten friendly peanut butter cookie that is soo delish and has chocolate. It's perfectly made. My mom got their December special which was a tamale Benedict and said she loved the flavor. I had out of town guests with us and advised them to get the vanilla bean scone heated up and they were blown away. One even said please take away the plate and eat your half so she wouldn't finish it all. Le Buzz is buzzing with lots of delicious eats. It still amazes me how I am able to find such good places to eat here in Tucson. First off, I love that it is inside a beautiful courtyard that feels like an oasis. My son wanted a light bite and this spot seems to fit the bill. My son got the Keto Plate and I got the Calabisitas Omelette. Mine came with warm tortilla (flour) and it was so good. I am very picky with tortillas. I appreciate the portion size, not too overwhelming. One thing I learn from the Rockstar aka Leonard A., is to always order seasonal or unique lattes. When in Tucson you gotta try a Agave latte. It's made with agave syrup and it was yummy! I also had their Apricot Almond scone and unfortunately the flavor wasn't there for me. It was also super dry. Still I highly recommend this cafe. As we were leaving I spot some handmade jewelry for sale. I regret not getting a bracelet with the cute little cactus charm. Everyone working here is super friendly!! This was my first time dining at Le Buzz, but definitely not my last! From the moment you walk in past the covered front patio, you are met with pleasant music and an array of baked treats, cute signage and local products, such as honey for sale as well. The menu has so many yummy looking options and my cast-iron breakfast hash was 10 out of 10! They have booths and table seating as well as the patio seating at the front and back of the restaurant. They also have some goodies for sale like candles, hats, and jewelry by what seems to be local artists. I ordered a frosted chai drink, and it was easily the best chai drink I've ever had. We love Le Buzz! Out top favorites are the Santa Fe Grilled Cheese (best grilled cheese in town, savory and creamy and crispy and delicious), the breakfast burritos (great textures and flavors), and any of their quiches with a market side salad (healthy and filling). You can't go wrong with any of their teas and coffee drinks either, especially their honey lavender lattes. The bakery is a great option for a quick breakfast or a sweet treat after lunch- I enjoy the Le Buzz cookie or the scones! Minus one star for slow service and forgotten items on a semi-regular basis. So I've been to Le Buzz three times in the past two months. I kept waiting to write this review because I was really hoping that my experience would improve. Then at some point I figured I might as well give my assessment. First, the good -- there is a wide variety of items on the menu, from pastries to drinks to breakfast items as well as salads and sandwiches. There is outdoor seating which I love having the option for. It's in a plaza that includes other shops so you can check those out as well while you are there. Then, the okay -- all of the food items I've tried are just okay. Not bad, definitely. Just also not outstanding. I've tried a few baked goods as well as a tea drink and the chicken salad sandwich. This most recent visit I ordered the American In Paris breakfast sandwich. I asked if I could substitute something for the home fries and was told yes. A suggestion of fruit was made. I asked if I could have the chips and guacamole, which is a side item listed along with the fruit and some other sides on the menu. I was told there would be an additional charge, which I confirmed was fine. I did find it interesting that I was charged an additional $2 even though on the menu the guacamole and chips are only $.50 more than the fruit. I just decided that it was probably based on the size of the fruit side a-la-carte vs. as a side and moved on. I also ordered a pastry to go -- a cream cheese and strawberry danish. Everything was fine, just not necessarily memorable. I think the area that I find most uncomfortable is the service. Every time I have visited, each staff member I've encountered seems very unhappy. I try to smile and be super-nice (I have this habit of over-compensating with my kindness whenever I encounter staff of any business who seem unhappy, as if somehow I could perhaps spread some of my joy onto them ‍) and I just get general grumpiness back. Each time I show up in the line and am taking a moment to try to figure out my order, I feel rushed by the person behind the register to hurry up and make a decision so that's kind of stressful. I sometimes have questions about menu items and the responses I get are short and lead me to believe that questions aren't very welcome. I honestly don't want to blame the staff, because what are the odds that the business has just happened to hire only people who are miserable on a daily basis? Also I am one of those people who believes that every human is doing the best they can in any situation. So is it maybe just that it's a stressful environment due to the crowds? I know it does get very busy from time to time. Anyway, regardless of the reason it still makes for a situation that I don't care to repeat. The first two times I met friends and this last time I went on my own and even took a book and stuck around after eating for a while just to try to really get a read on the place. It just strikes me as somewhere that's kind of loud, hard to talk in because the tables are so close together, and has an overall feel of hustle and bustle. I know that some folks in Tucson love it, so I still say if you haven't been, you should check it out to develop your own opinion. Plus there are plenty of five-star reviews here as well! read more

We have been to Le Buzz dozens of times ~ it is a true family favorite. Everyone is welcoming and the environment is friendly and upbeat. Make sure to get there early so you have a full selection of your favorite pastries they're all so delicious! If you don't know where to begin with the menu I'd like to share my personal favorites.. Le Buzz Burrito;can't go wrong. Tortilla is perfectly made and the roasted tomatillo salsa pairs perfectly with the egg + veggies + pot + sharp cheddar. It was my First time here and I came because the pineapple upside down pancake special looked delicious. You walk in order, and seat yourself. They have indoor and patio seating. I was so disappointed in the pineapple upside down pancake. It looked nothing like the one I saw online, it was under cooked, not enough or the pineapple topping. Ended up eating around the edges mostly. I also had the "nila and nanna latte" monthly special and I was not impressed. The toppings were chunky and at the top and hard to mix. It was not as flavorful as I would have expected. I also had the mt Lemmon omelette (it was okay, a little runny. Came with 4 pieces of huge dry bread, I ended up throwing those away). A really cute breakfast/coffee place to meet. The 2-2-2 breakfast on line says $8.49 and was actually charged $14.25. Delicious blueberry buckwheat pancakes and scrambled egg done perfectly but the bacon tasted like it had been sitting since yesterday and barely warmed up and all served on cold plates! My review is solely based on take-out pastry and latte experience: The two times I came in, I had specialty lattes--one seasonal, the gingerbread, and then the vanilla cardamom signature. Both were delicious, and the temperatures were just right. If you have your cup, they are happy to make your drink in that vessel, too. The staff was friendly and pleasant despite seeming busy on both weekday visits. The Le Buzz cookie is perfect--if you enjoy kitchen sink-type cookies, that is. The edges are just the right amount of golden crisp, while the closer you get to the center, the softer the chew. Oats, nuts, chocolate chips, and toffee make the texture more complex with each bite. The size isn't too large or small to leave you wanting more. The fact that their namesake cookie compelled me to write a review for them should say it all: get the Le Buzz cookie next time you're in for brunch, lunch, or a quick coffee run. I LOVED this place. My entire family loved it. I already can't wait to go again. Everything from the food to the drinks to the location and the overall aesthetic was amazing. I ordered the chicken chilaquiles with an apricot almond latte and a prickly pear lemonade. I actually wanted to try the Amber almond latte (I believe it was called) that was advertised outside, but the barista thought I was talking about the apricot almond latte. I wasn't a huge fan of the apricot but it was definitely a refreshing drink if you like citrus coffees. My brothers ordered the apricot almond latte as well and they both LOVED it. The portions are a really good size. I got the 2 x 2 x 2 plate for my kids to share and it was more than enough food for them. Wanted to love this place, but stood at the pastry counter, while the employee who worked the counter starred at us and never greeted us. We stepped back to look at a menu and others walked in and were greeted. So we went straight away to the register to order, while others continued to be greeted and ordered pastries. This place was a gem! I'd been for coffee before, but this past weekend was our first time enjoying a meal here and it was great. We went for brunch and the counter service ordering was quick and efficient. I got a breakfast plate with bacon, eggs, toast and potatoes and everything tasted homemade, not greasy and fresh.
