Chè is a traditional category of Vietnamese desserts that can range from sweet soups to puddings, and it often combines various beans, jellies, and fruits with coconut milk and shaved ice, traditionally. This particular one here consists of coconut milk, pandan agar jelly, red beans, and water chestnut coated in tapioca. The hubby ordered the grass jelly and coconut milk dessert. The grass jelly has a mild herbal depth and it is balanced beautifully by the smooth, lightly sweet coconut milk. Here is some details about the resort. 1- The hotel agents are really polite and nice 2- Nice restaurant with nice view and high quality service and wonderful food 3- My room was clean with nice view of water fall 4- The resort is so quiet and you can enjoy of the swimming pool and have fun. There was also a few desserts and shellfish as well. The bathroom was one of the best I seen in Tucson. Our service was excellent.
