This stop gets 5 stars just for the vibes . Lots of seating options , indoor our outdoor . We chose outdoor with the live band. My honey cinnamon latte was divine . They do serve breakfast ALL- day ! You'll find many vegan options here . Definitely a gem in town .

I came here for brunch and really enjoyed it! It's a cool, charming spot on 4th with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. I ordered the Migas plate, which included scrambled eggs mixed with torn corn tortillas, served with a side of beans and a cup of salsa. The staff was friendly, and despite how busy it was, the service was quick. The food was tasty, and I'd definitely come back again!

We had a really great brunch prior to our visit to the Tucson Museum of Art. The food was simple and good, we ordered the Migas plate sub tofu for egg and we also enjoyed a glad of iced coffee. The day was windy but we still sat outside and enjoyed our meal. Lots more seating outback than inside, inside had a small sit at the bar area and a cozy indoor space. Parking is on the street or down the street parking, all metered. Bathroom for guests and great service.

Four out of five mornings in Tucson we had breakfast here! Charming cafe, large patio seating, dog friendly tho we don't have our pup with us. Everything we had was so good we would have it again, but we wanted to try other items. Oddly enough neither of had breakfast burritos which is usually the husband's favorite. We had French toast (with berry and lemon curd topping) tofu scrambles, eggs with the "usual" (but better than usual!) and a bagel sandwich with humans, greens, tomat s and olives. Everything was yummy. Service was friendly, attentive and at the same time chill!

I've been visiting Cafe Passe since I was a student at the UA (many moons ago) and these days, love stopping by during the sleepy summer months. The staff is always so friendly and the space is so warm and welcoming (but appropriately cool, given the AC.) I ordered a hibiscus iced tea and taco salad with beef and a side of salsa during my most recent visit and was quickly reminded why this has been a longtime favorite for so many. The tea was delicious and flavorful and the salad simple and perfect. The beef was perfectly cooked and the veggies crisp and fresh. Caffe Passe continues to be a gem of the 4th Ave/downtown area.

I'm updating my review for sure. So you know the song "Big Yellow Taxi" by Joanie Mitchell saying you don't know what you got til it's gone. After being closed for many years it opened up last year, I missed it so much. Updated kitchen and table service with a larger selection on the menu. So the song was almost right, but I will not take it for granted ever again.

Went here on a Sunday, which just happened to coincide with the 4th Ave Street fair. To our pleasure though, the restaurant was not busy, and we were able to grab a spot in the cute outside ally for seating . We ordered the breakfast fries, breakfast sandwich, ranch fries, and the lemon blueberry French toast. Our server was nice buuut not attentive I think, as she came back 3x's to confirm something or ask about something she forgot. The food was good, with the exception of the French toast which was incredibly soggy and cold (even to the touch). I don't understand this as I would assume it was made fresh. Anyway, they rectified the situation and all was good. Overall, cool visit, but does t necessarily pull me back to go again.

Super cute cafe with " hidden " shabby chic garden out back. Very casual and kitschy. Coffee is done well and service friendly!

Cafe Passe is an absolute gem at the heart of 4th Ave. The building itself has quirky charm, and my favorite area for caffeinated bliss is back in the courtyard. I typically think of Passé as a relaxing brunch and coffee location with quiet ambience, but during a recent visit on an otherwise generic Sunday, I happened to catch live music there too, which really made my day. I didn't realize they host performers regularly now, and the menu has several options that were new to me too. Both the to-go and main dining areas can be busy during street fairs and other events, but in general it's an easygoing place with quick access via the trolley and excellent access to local shops and businesses. Already looking forward to heading back and sucking down lattes all afternoon!

Awesome little place that really puts some love in their food and customer service. Uploading pictures of menu as of 1-6-2026.

I am glad this place opened back up again! Fantastic workers and supporting local. The ambiance of this cafe truly takes you away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. I miss pieces of their old menu with croissants and hope they can bring that back in the future. Attached is the meal a friend and I got for our lunch. I have gotten quesadillas and they had gotten a more breakfast like dish with French toast.

Ambience Coffee Service I've been twice, ordered the same French toast breakfast with house made lemon curd, berry compote, scrambled eggs and sausage. The eggs taste like real eggs you scramble (as they should), sausage tastes like they made it there in the kitchen as well. The berry compote and lemon curd is amazing. I've had a cappuccino and a specialty coffee I can't remember the name, but had honey and cinnamon I believe- both fantastic. There is a wonderful barista bar so the coffee drinks are legit. The ambience is wonderful! Casual, cozy, eclectic and little European maybe. I've eaten both indoors and out and love the different options for a unique vibe. Tucson has a lot of restaurants that can take folks not from here some adjusting. I wasn't used to the grabbing your own menu, seating yourself, sometimes going up to order or sometimes a server will come to you. It takes getting used to. Cafe Passé has a sign telling you exactly what to do and with some light humor as well! You grab a menu and someone will be with you and take your order. I felt the service was very attentive! My first visit we had one server and the second no less than 4 people served and checked up on us. For me, this is a happy and cozy little spot I can relax, read, knit, visit with friends and family all while enjoying good coffee, food and atmosphere. Let's not forget the terrific historic 4th location! When you leave you can check out all the great shops.

It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

Same charms, different bartender, and new summer (May) craft cocktails that have become quite substantial (see pic of double-sided menu). Though we arrived at 4:10 (right after their usual 4p opening) on a Saturday, no happy hour, but we were first patrons and grabbed the big bay window. We are both on a mezcal discovery kick and ordered the Black Cathedral ($16) and the Girl Dinner ($16). Each was as described (pic) and delicious. We had dinner plans and needed to leave at 5:15 - just as things were picking up. We'll definitely be back sooner.

I was disappointed that I didn't hear more Christmas music, but I guess I should've went to the Charlie Brown Christmas show for that. The performers were extremely talented, and the host did a good job too. I got a hot chocolate, which was okay, as well as the mixed nuts, which were also okay. My large party also tried the popcorn, and it was a bit stale. I was saddened to see that there are no longer charcuterie boards on the menu, leaving only and truly "small bites" that don't really hit the spot.
