    Double Bacon Parmesan Hash.
    Brenda L.

Just me that came in for breakfast after shopping early at Costco. Was greeted by a very nice young man to seat me. Then I had the most wonderful server, Josh. He treated me like a queen. They were very busy, because of the time of the year. But Josh never rushed me. He was very attentive and my food came right out. He checked on me a number of times to make sure everything was good for me. I had the Double Bacon Parmesan Hash that was delicious. With a great cup of coffee.

    Maple Bacon CroissantSandwich!!! So good!!!

I'm talking about the Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich. I tend to be adventurous in my eating. I wanted to try this New Breakfast Sandwich at First Watch, but I was hesitant, because I don't care for bacon. Ordering this Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich was the BEST decision I've made in a while. It was delicious, down to the Bacon Maple jam. I strongly recommend you giving this a try. The pickled jalapeños were not hot, slightly spicy, and added the perfect touch. This is a MUST EAT!!!!

First time at this location. It was University of Arizona's parents weekend so the place was packed but we expected it. The gentleman when we checked in said it was about a 25 minute wait however we ended up waiting about 35 minutes to get seated. Credit to them when we did get seated they were relatively quick to get our food out to us. The food was delicious. Ordered the breakfast tacos and million dollar sandwich. Only complaint was that the million dollar sandwich left me still a bit hungry as it wasn't very big. Overall, nice place tasty food!

This location is my favorite one. The atmosphere is open and inviting. The bathroom was clean. Had a great server whi resolved an issue for my wife order quickly with the manager. My order was good and hot with fresh greens.

    Elevated Egg Sandwich

We just had a very pleasant experience at this location for Easter brunch! Although they were packed we had no problem getting sat quickly, we opted for the bar since we were just two people. Our server helped me decide on the Elevated egg sandwich and I was not disappointed! The million dollar bacon is a great side to share because there are 4 slices of sweet goodness. I love that both our drinks came with a lil extra. This location has a good parking lot and a nice patio with pretty views of the mountains. I definitely enjoy this location for convenience and stellar service.

A great name for a breakfast place! A bit of a wait but worth it. I had the lemon ricotta pancakes. Super yummy. My daughter had the Pesto Bowl with a side of First Watch Potatoes (home fries). We each had a tasty iced coffee drink (Honey Crunch and Mint Mocha). This is a very popular place and there are several locations and they have breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'd love to come back and try this place for lunch or dinner one day.

The service was excellent. Our server (nice young lady) greeted us with a smile and was very personable. I had the honey caramel crunch iced coffee less caramel so it wouldn't be so sweet. It was delicious. The food: Elevated egg sandwich w/potatoes served on a hamburger bun with mayo, (not my preference as I'm more of a mustard kinda girl, but it was light) over medium cooked egg, avocado, lettuce and bacon with a lemony dressing. It was a good size so it was filling and delicious. The potatoes were good but not cooked to my liking (cooked thoroughly & crispy) they were cooked on the outside but just enough on the inside to be edible. They were seasoned good though. The Barbacoa chilequiles were delicious and the presentation was spot on. Overall, good experience and the food was good.

    Chicken Quinoa Bowl

I came here for lunch on Tuesday and I can say that their food is consistent between locations. I tried the exact same 2 dishes and they tasted the same. I had the Salmon Eggs Benedict and first noticed the hollandaise sauce was very lemon-y. Overall the dish with potatoes was really good but not super filling. He ordered the Pesto Chicken Quinoa bowl for lunch and it was delicious but again, not super filling. The Mango Passion Palmer was too sweet.

First timer to a First Watch, I thought it was a great establishment, one I would return to and recommend. We almost didn't go because from the outside, the restaurant did not grab our attention, but when you walked in it was an open and airy place with a farm style ambience. The service was friendly and helpful on the food recommendations. The food was quality, fresh and tasty, no one was disappointed with their meal.

The line was the usual long line and with my dog, was much better as people talk and pet dogs in line and it went fairly fast. The line was in shade with the nearby tree so it made it that much better. The ambiance is the misters around that are welcomed by all, the pretty tree and greenery and fencing and signage they have used to decorate this small outdoor place so well. The shaded and covered tables outside had various chairs and enough space for people to rotate in and out- esp with our dogs that love the cool brick to lie on:) Now, the absolute best part is the food- still amazingly worth waiting for and delicious!! I got the burrito( basic has potato, egg, beans , cheese) and the protein I added was bacon and extra was guac. Also got the 16oz Dirty Chai. My friend came for first time and was surprised to open her order and find two burritos- I knew and wanted to see her face- she loved the taste and the fact she had lunch or dinner later as one truly is so full of deliciousness- it fills you up! Prices are reasonable. Give it a try, I think you'll like it. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. (well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh!
