I placed an Uber eats order, and it arrived very quick, but I also live across the street from them. The food, the potatoes were on point just simply delicious seasoned to perfection kind of crispy on the outside the chimichanga or whatever it was not that great. The chorizo that was used had a lot of oregano like super strong and don't get me wrong. I like oregano I just don't like it this much lol. You do have the option to not include the chorizo. I just didn't know I wasn't going to like it, so if you're not a super fan of oregano, I would still probably get this chimichanga, but just ask them to not put chorizo in there. Can't speak for the ambience because I was not at the restaurant. I have driven by there and they have a really nice outside sitting area. It looks really nice. read more

Waitress was very slow. Had to ask for water 2 times and then finally had get the hostess to bring some water. Food came out cold and with out the toast. So the waitress checked in and I asked for my toast and she brings me the wrong toast (I ordered sourdough) My friend ordered a spiked lavender lemonade that was never brought to the table yet still on the ticket. Don't get the Bacon Cheddar Cornbread unless you like it right out of the refrigerator. Overall for being a new location everything was terrible and leaves a lot of room for improvement. read more

We had excellence service when we went in on a Sunday morning. The location has awful parking but the ambiance inside is nice. I got a delicious breakfast sandwich and our entire group loved their food. It's a great place to take visitors from out of town when you need a good brunch spot. Definitely recommend. read more

Inconsistent quality of food. We have been there more than 4 times, loved that it is near Costco. And why can't they serve fresh hot coffee. It is always like warm Grrr read more

As always there is a wait probably because the food and service is so good. We waited about 20 minutes on a Saturday (not bad at all). Our food was served with friendly stall and cooked to our liking. We were very happy all around. We will be back, maybe even tomorrow read more

I'd like to start by saying that this is the first time I have visited a First Watch location. The ambiance is relaxed and the seating is nicer than expected. I chose to sit outside since the AC was freezing indoors. It took 10 minutes to be greeted by a server and only after I went back to the host stand to request a server. I ordered a cup of hot tea and the server, although very friendly, didn't know what kinds were available other than pomegranate. He offered iced tea as an alternative. I asked for sugar and milk if he could find black tea bags. The sugar never arrived. The hot water was luke warm. The Floridian French toast was delicious but the butter I requested also never came and I had to go to the bar to ask for some. I'm not expecting anything above and beyond here but for a fancier brunch location with prices to match, the staff should be attentive and be trained in what tea bags are available as well as providing basics like sugar with tea/coffee and butter with pancakes or French toast. I wiped the table with a wet napkin when it felt grimy and this is the black dust that remained... read more

I really wanted to give this newer location five stars as I love first watch and this one is close to my house but unfortunately, the service was really not great so I will go with four stars. I checked in online ahead of time and when we got there, I wasn't greeted immediately but once I was, we waited about 5 to 10 minutes. we were then sat and not greeted at all for about 15 minutes and I was with three small children who were hungry and thirsty. I asked if somebody was going to help us and finally a lady came by and didn't explain that she was helping anyone else and I just assumed she was our server as she took our drink order and our food order and walked away. We then sat for about another 15 minutes without getting any of our drinks which by the way we're just water. I saw her in the back because we sat by the kitchen and she was literally walking around with her water bottle. When she made contact with me, I said excuse me can we please get our waters? She's like oh your waiter is working on it. It would've been nice to know that she wasn't going to our server and she could've just said that she will relay this to the server. For us to sit 20 to 30 minutes with no drinks and no help is pretty ridiculous. There was one server who noticed we were not getting help and he jumped in right away. He got us our drinks and he made sure that our server was working on everything else and he also continued to check on us even though he wasn't our server and he is the reason I am giving this a star 4 stars. The food was excellent and once I complained, the service got a little bit better. I definitely do recommend it for the food and I just hope that their service improves. I may give this spot another chance in the future. read more

Appears to be the newest branch for this breakfast/brunch spot. I didn't realize this was a chain. Breakfast/brunch items offered all the day. We had the works frittata and frittata rustica with bacon drizzled with maple. The frittatas were a little bland but the sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms on the rustica made up for it. Service was ok and since this spot is new, not much to say about the decor. read more

We came in for a quick brunch. We were sat right away. Our server was helpful and made a few suggestions. She said she really likes the kale tonic so I tried that. She was right, it was delicious. I ordered the multigrain pancake with granola and bananas. Honestly, it was the best pancake I've had in a very long time. The checkout process was really fast. The gal at the front was cashing out people on two registers to get people out quickly. I can't wait to visit again. read more

We have been enjoying their restaurants for the past 3 years. I believe there are only 1 or 2 that we haven't been to. Food is constantly fresh and flavorful. Food choices are good and the creative drinks both virgin and alcoholic are fresh juice based. Definitely a go to for breakfast and lunch read more

Had breakfast for a party of two this last Sunday and there was about a 25-minute wait. The place was packed but staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. Once seated we had a nice & attentive waitress. We ordered drinks (I had coffee). A small coffee carafe was left on our table for refills; how wonderful is that!? My niece ordered their Purple Haze drink and loved it! It's a beautiful drink to look at! Once we ordered our food came to us in a reasonable time, served hot & fresh! Meal was perfect! The restaurant is spacious with plenty of booths, tables and looks like they can accommodate large parties. One thing that REALLY stood out to me that I rarely see (and the reason this review got bumped up from a 4 to 5 star) was their staff! Every single staff member we came into contact with was friendly, and helpful! As I looked around, I saw each staff member working and moving quickly. Their restaurant was running on all cylinders!! Finely oiled. This told me management must be awesome! First to hire all of the right people/professionals, second to properly train each one, and third, to keep everyone motivated. My hope is this restaurant would continue to serve the community in this same fashion for years to come. Be good to your employees and they will be good to you. I'll definitely return and will let the Yelp readers know if they are still AWESOME! read more

Our first time here... Lemon ricotta pancakes were very good... The spring special chorizo potato & egg dish is also delicious... The mint ice coffee was absent the coffee flavor AND I missed the description of the regular "ice coffee" being sweet and creamy . The service was below average... 5 stars for the food. 2.5 stars for the coffee and service. read more

Travelled to Tucson from Southern California for a family event. Came here for breakfast and couldn't be more pleased with our choice! My mom and I both ordered Eggs Benedict (hers with ham and mine with smoked salmon) and a spiked lavender lemonades. So yummy! The decor was adorable, and our server Josh was wonderful! Definitely recommend this place! read more

I was in town for business and looking for a breakfasts restaurant other than a chain. I stumbled upon this on Yelp and decided to try I had the eggs Benedict. It came with eggs and pancakes. I was impressed with the food/taste. Pancakes were light and fluffy. Orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. Staff was nice and friendly. The only hiccup was I ordered a side of potatoes that hadn't been brought to my table by the time I was finished. When I got the check, I had to remind my server that I never received my potatoes and to please remove it from my check. With all that, I will be back there on my next business trip to Tucson. read more

Was super excited to attend the soft opening. All 4 of us were extremely satisfied with our orders. Staff was well trained and super attentive. Everything was delicious and we were served in a timely manner. I was so satisfied that I returned on their first open to the public day because I had seen someone order the avo toast and was jelly enough to want to try it myself. It was scrumptious and filling. I'm not much for coffee, but their iced coffee now has me as a fan. Sweet and tasty. Again the staff was friendly and attentive. I can see becoming a regular now that they're in my neighborhood. read more

Food was great, came out fast. Waitress was great and attentive to our needs, but also left us alone to eat uninterrupted. The whole grain pancake was big and delicious. Kind of a limited menu compared to some other breakfast spots, but still a good variety with some unique options (like whole wheat pancakes, several different kinds do eggs Benedict, etc.). Overall, I'll return. read more

Beautiful restaurant! Hostess was super sweet and accommodating- clearly had her hands full though. Maybe schedule her some help :) Food was really good. Server was pretty awful though. We asked for waters twice and never got it. We were not aware we paid up front- so sat there for ten minutes waiting. I am also pretty sure she was high as a kite. Had no energy or personality. I think she said two words to us. read more

Ate here this morning for breakfast. The food is excellent. They have some unique and healthy options. I had the Floridian French toast. They serve the syrup nice and hot and most places don't do that. Service was pretty good, could be a little quicker, but overall still a rating of 5. read more

I came here with a group of 7 girls and the wait staff was so nice and accommodating. Toast was fluffy and the potatoes were crispy and soft. This location was very clean and nice to start my morning here. read more

Came for breakfast for the first time. Simply amazing!! Food was fantastic! Had the Lone Star Brisket Hash and the STRAWBERRY TRES LECHES FRENCH TOAST from the Summer Menu! Fantastic!!!! The service was very good and the menu selections were interesting and well described. I'm happy to recommend the brisket hash!

Food is amazing . I got the Frittata Rústica and it is a perfect breakfast....... The only part of the breakfast I really did not enjoy was the coffee. They have an excellent story of the origins of their coffee on the First Watch website but the mistake is they do not grind their coffee in house , at the restaurant. You can taste that it is stale. My recommendation would is to ship whole beans to your stores and grind them right before brewing. There is a night and day difference in the flavor and aroma. Your mostly a brunch restaurant so coffee is a big part of your menu. Service and ambiance are top notch.... Step up the coffee game please. I know it is possible! Thank you! read more

I came to have one of there famous Bloody Mary's with breakfast. First off I have to say, food, service, and atmosphere 10/10. I had the chickichanga with a side of potatoes and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! So happy with this new location! It seem to arise out of nowhere! We happen to stop by on the "friends and family" opening day, and were pleasantly surprised by a free meal! I ordered the sweet honey pecan salad through the First Watch Website - it was supposed to have chicken breast, bacons, pecans avocado, cheese and mixed greens with honey Dijon dressing. I received the mixed greens, cheese & avocado. When I requested a refund I was told it would take 6-8 hours to process the refund since I used their Website and that I'd get a call when it was done. Seriously 6-8 hours? That's utterly ridiculous. They offered to remake it for me but I left work to pick it up to have for lunch at work. I could not just get up to leave work a second time and act like it's no big deal. I was excited to try something new but I guess my order wasn't worth bothering with. read more
