Beautiful day for brunch at 5 Points. Attentive service with a smile, off to a great start! The huevos were incredible. The tortillas were crispy and covered in a delicious tomato sauce and covered with avocado. Absolutely delicious. A nice selection of cold beverages that accompanied the meal. Plenty of parking available. Come on down!

Had a very "girl dinner" date here and this might be the way to go with Five Points at dinnertime. The appetizers are all so well developed and enticing that it is very easy to get a satisfying spread by just loading up on apps. The pisco sour is a very solid sour. Also super dog friendly which is always a huge plus :)

We had an amazing dinner at 5 Points. They have great options of veggie forward appetizers and great sandwiches and entrees. Also nice selection of beers. We can't wait to go back.

Great vegan options for breakfast and brunch. They occasionally have vegan food on their seasonal dinner menus too. I've been eating the beet burger with fries for a few years now and it is always a delicious staple at 5 Points. The Ranch Hand Salad is also really good if you like roasted pepitas/pumpkin seeds. I had a carrot cake last weekend that was amazing and regularly see a vegan option among the baked goods. sometimes they also serve a street noodle for dinner that I would eat every day if I knew how to make it. The waits are never long here, you can make reservations if you're worried, and the staff are very nice.

The second visit was every bit as good as the first. The food (Huevos Rancheros with Pork Shoulder was the best I've ever had), service, and ambiance were all outstanding.

I've been trying to eat here for quite some time. Let me just say it exceeded my expectations. It's a lovely open space with a cute front patio as well. The food was full of flavors and the presentation was on point. I only regret I didn't have space in my belly for dessert. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit again when I'm in Tucson!

Hands down best meal we had in Tucson! Wonderful gem of a spot. Everything was beyond delicious, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. Highlight was honestly the cabbage, which came recommended. Inventive dishes, creative cocktails, and great attention to detail. Friendly service. Highly recommend!

If you can't find close street parking, gonna be a little hike, because i didn't see a lot anywhere. Corner of 6th/Stone and 18th. Ambiance/Cleanliness-Vibe is hipster diner...a bit pretentious...clean enough....3 stars Service-OUTSTANDING..from the moment we walkd through the door until we left, were greeted warmly and checked on. Staff was attentive and engaging. 5 stars Food-my buddy swears by the Huevos Rancheros. I got a double cheese burger with bacon and fries. It's a damn good burger..beefy, juicy, proper bun...and crispy, tasty fries....it was also the most expensive burger i have eaten outside of a steakhouse/Las Vegas...4 stars

Congee with the Chinese mushroom chorizo special
    Evie S.

I really liked their veggie mushroom congee with the Chinese mushroom chorizo special on top during the Chinese Chorizo festival. They are a bit pricey but the portion was big. I also enjoyed their smoked beet sandwich. I believe they changed to a new house-made bread for it recently so I want to try it again. They usually have house made baked goods inside , sometimes vegan. I enjoyed their tahini mesquite chocolate cookie. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

We were going to the Viejo Barrio neighborhood and wanted to find a restaurant close by. This one came up first and we're so glad we came. Really delicious brunch, healthy snacks, and if you're looking for a boozy brunch, this is the place to come. We feel really good and ready to explore more of Tucson.

Great ambiance. Jesus kept my coffee full and was knowledgeable but was respectful to our conversations.I had a salad with a side of bacon and a gf lemon cookie made in house. Coffee was strong and the quality of the ingredients made the simple menu standout. They had a fun little store with local artisan goods. Highly recommend.

5 Points is still just perfect for both brunch and dinner! They change their menu from time to time, but there's always something new to love even if you're sad about the loss of a favorite (so long, griddled banana bread with espresso... You will be loved and missed forever!). The staff is lovely: very friendly, providing laid-back but efficient service. I've always been into the light, bright space with its trees and cute paper lanterns, and I love the new layout as well. I found that spreading out the tables and shifting the market shelves brought down the noise level considerably. 5 Points is a local gem that deserves all the hype!

I was in Tucson for the weekend and my friend told me I had to check out 5 Points -- and she was totally right. It's a cute little café on the corner, and I'm so glad I stopped by. I got the grits and eggs to go, and even in a takeout box it looked great and tasted even better. Everyone was super friendly too. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!

We came during May, when it starts to get warm, but he did well since there is a good amount of shade out on their patio and they provided a nice big water bowl for our special boy. The staff also were kind enough to move one of our chairs out of the way so our dog had lots of room to lay down. Staff were all very kind and never seemed annoyed with the dog (you can always tell at a restaurant if they are, and they were very happy to accommodate him). Very dog friendly!! The food: We gotta talk about their French onion soup. It was pretty dang delicious! The broth itself is quite nice, a nice cheese portion, and the baguette was divine. I also had their French Connection sandwich (with a side of fries), and it had a great combo of ooey, gooey cheese, firm and flavorful ham, and served on a really delicious loaf. Really solid fries, too. We didn't end up getting any drinks but saw several people ordering yummy looking bites. If (but likely when) we come back to Tucson, I'm making a point to return to Cup Cafe!

The one who served us was very nice and even made a drink recipe I came up with. Unfortunately, their bar is not well stocked so had to make a LOT of adjustments to my recipe. But appreciated his suggestions and effort. Now for the bad stuff. They have a jazz club attached. I figured the whole place would have that ambience but was disappointed that wasn't the case. Generic pop on the patio and inside is very noisy. The preferred dress of patrons appears to be gym shorts and t-shirts. Drinks were a little weak so I switched over to bourbon on the rocks. But the prices are reasonable. Maybe a nice pre show stop if you're going to the Century room.

This beautiful restaurant is inside a building that opens into a small plaza where people can dine outdoors if they like. Its romantic but not arrogant and a very down to earth place. I have been here several times and this last time I was here, I came over after a sunset hike at Tumomac Hills. I sat at the bar and had a nice bartender take care of me. I had a PJ Margarita which was thirst quenching and refreshing after a hardy hike. I ordered the turnip salad and a side of frites. My turnip salad arrived and I gobbled up the goodness that can only happen with fresh veggies prepared this way and then waited for the frites. I got tired of waiting for the frites so asked the bartender to close me out. He asked if I wanted them to go and I said no. I should have better communicated that I wanted my salad and fries to arrive at the same time. Oh well, my mistake, no big deal. Bartender was very nice about it, took off the fries and also gave me 20% off HH pricing for my drink and salad. Overall, a good experience here, love the decor, and the pendant lighting at the bar is what drew me in initially. I'd definitely come back again when in Tucson.
