No customer, 3 employees . 1 male busy making order . 2 female one was fixing the sign on the counter had her back to me . And one at the register laughing and giggling and not making a knowledge of my me wanting to order. The male stepped in and took my order and he is kind of just so his job from the times I see which I have daily during my stay in tucson. The hubby and I have started coming here after working out at the nearby gym. This location is always super clean and the employees there are very helpful. If I have any kinds of questions on any of their smoothies they are quick to answer. They've helped me numerous times in trying to find ones that I really enjoy. The pricing is very fair. This is the second time I've been to this location. I ordered a Veggie slim in trim w/ extra ginger, collagen and immune support added. I normally go to the location on Broadway which is more consistent w/ the consistency in regards to texture of the smoothies. However this location has consistently served smoothies that aren't completely blended leaving granules of the contents visible and chunky. I can feel the texture of the additives in my mouth and on my tongue. Think, taking a drink of your smoothie and finding a unblended chunk of "sand" in your smoothie. The texture is just not good. I'll stick to the Broadway location. Update: I went back, they made it over. Was much better. read more

I do feel like I need to go back and really look at the menu cuz it can be a bit overwhelming with all the choices and things you can add. I got the blueberry blast which was pretty yummy, loved the blueberry/banana mix, and the clear cup that it comes in - I like to see my smoothie! They didn't bother to tell us even though it was obviously our first time there and then they wouldn't give us a refund when we found out.
