Been wanting to try a Jamba for a long time and finally took the time to do so. It was warm and I was thirsty so had the orange smoothie and it was refreshing. It didnʻt have a strong orange flavor-tasted a bit like Tang-the powdered drink. It did hit the spot for me and they have so many good-sounding choices that it is hard to make a decision. Had an awesome surprise at work today when we were given Jamba smoothies and a gift card by store manager. I didn't know that they catered, will definitely consider them in the future. the manager was on time and accommodating given the office strict security policies. I got the Caribbean passion flavor and man! was it delicious! That was just what I needed when your grinding away in the office doing trainings. The location is so close to my office too. So lucky , just wish it would be open earlier so I can stop by before my shift to get some breakfast and a juice. thank you Jamba! I'll be stopping by periodically to get my fix. read more

I love Jamba Juice! My sister and I came to this location after a long day and the smoothies just instantly revived us. I got the Apples n' greens and my sister got the acai super-antioxidant. The Apples n' greens will always be THE classic and my favorite drink. The acai super-antioxidant was incredibly creamy and had a surprising tangy(but good) kick. This location was very clean and I love that the kitchen is open so I could see the ingredients that are being used. The staff were also very nice and accommodating! read more

What does one say when you are threatened with police 30 seconds after walking in the door. I can not wear a mask due to medical reasons. I was with my grandchildren and their mother. I was ordering and Rachel, a very unpleasant person, orders me to leave, points to the door and says she will call the police. That is not the way it works. I called corporate and immediately asked for the policy. Rachel was a huge fail. My investigation points to no masks, only on staff. When is this going to end? When I eat to much chocolate or sugar candy it affects my breathing; I feel like it's a struggle. Well, ate to much chocolate and woke up struggling to breath. I must say today I am disappointed with Jamba Juice. I have always loved the food, smoothies and bowls. Have spent a small fortune there! But today, because my phone was not working well, I could not get my reward of 20% off app order. I tried and tried, there I was in the store, order placed, cashier saw the reward, yet I was not entitled to it. I went to my car and plugged the phone in and still tried, it wouldn't put the food in the basket. Ugh!!!@@ It was a $16 order and every little bit of discount helps! Truly a shocking experience. After a particularly intensive bike ride featuring a flat tire, I headed over to the local friendly Jamba Juice for a smoothie. This review is not based on the quality of the 5 smoothies we purchased, those were delicious! HOWEVER, this review is based on the HORRIBLE customer service and absolutely erratic, unacceptable actions of the employee who told me to "not come back," and YELLED for me to "get out" multiple times and when I asked for her name, she YELLED, "I don't have to give it you." This happened at 8:10 a.m and I had just witnessed a man leaving this Jamba Juice yelling at the doorway, "you should not be in customer service" to the same female employee! Little did I know I would be the next customer to experience her wrath! I have already contacted the Jamba Juice Guest Relations. As a customer, I have a right to provide feedback RESPECTFULLY & CALMLY. At this Jamba Juice location, if you provide this employee feedback, you will be told to not come back! When so many businesses are struggling with COVID-19 restrictions, I don't know of any franchise owner who can afford to have their employees turn customers away because of their rudeness and unacceptable customer service. I knew this Jamba Juice was right next to Albertson's, so I decided to stop here. Yes! They have mango smoothies. Two different types: one made with sherbet, one made using only fruit and juice. I thought smoothies were made with yogurt, but whatever, give me the one with sherbet. I don't know if it's the sherbet, or if they slipped some powder in the mix while I wasn't looking or what, but my smoothie tastes like chalk. I'm not one to really leave negative reviews because I believe in giving businesses second chances but sometimes you just have to. So I come to this Jamba Juice store very frequently (Glenn & Campbell) and so I obviously have the app where I can gather points for every purchase. So when I ask for a receipt with the bar code to get my points for the order I paid for or ask them if I can use my $3 off coupon their attitude changes from nice/polite to ALWAYS having such a bad freaking ATTITUDE. It's so irritating. Like really, I'm a paying loyal customer and they have to act so annoyed and negative just because I ask for my receipt with the barcode so I can retrieve my points. Like, what the heck?! Is it that hard to so simply give me my receipt for my points or take my coupon from the points I've paid for and gathered. Sometimes they've gotten my orders wrong and not once do I get an attitude with them. I just simply ask if they can fix and that's it. But to treat me this way. I've missed out on 4 orders for points already. And yeah sure to everyone else may think it's just points it's whatever but um they have an app to get points for drinks for a reason, right? Love the options and okay with the prices. Your visit depends on who is working and how many are working. I've been here with super friendly and pretty quick service when there are a lot of customers. I also have been here when they have 2 employees and 4 orders in the "red" on the order screen and people are leaving because 1 of the 2 employees os standing and staring slack jawed.
