Chocolate Crush Smoothie

It's hot out there crew so treat yourself to the tastes and goodness of Vitality bowls, smoothies and all they have to offer. Pumping out some of the freshest most delicious drinks. The menu is way larger than I anticipated so it was pretty tough to decide. Thankfully the most amazing employee was there to assist in some recommendations. Avden guided us through a menu that you could tell she also enjoys which is always a good sign. We all ordered some drinks and all were so happy with our choices and it really helped our long day and drive back to phoenix. Wether your visiting or live nearby don't pass by this spot as they are able to get you going with fresh fit health conscious options that taste great anytime

I used to enjoy Vitality bowls when I lived in Oregon, so was happy to see one on my side of town! I enjoyed the small vitality bowl and my toddler had the kids sunsation smoothie. I'll probably order a medium bowl next time because the small wasnt big enough. Both were good but nothing special. I'm excited to try more items since the menu is large. I love that they also have fresh juice, immunity shots and food. The interior is cute but they only have one picnic table out front.

Tropical Paradise Smoothie

Stopped in for a smoothie and it was delicious! The young guy working was very friendly and helpful and told us what the most popular ones were and his favorites. We both got tropical paradise and it was perfect, not too sweet. Pretty pricey, but good quality.

We recently tried Nautical Bowls for the first time, and we have a new standard against which to…read morejudge all other açaí bowl shops and smoothie shops! The Nauti Bowl (my selection) was a heaping bowl of açaí and pitaya topped generously with peanut butter, banana, granola, and cacao nibs. I got the second-smallest size, and even so, was very full. The peanut butter and banana really make this bowl filling! My partner built his own bowl, and was quite excited that the options were so open-ended. The staff were super helpful, especially once we told them we hadn't been in before. I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to choose between house specialty bowls (which you can adjust as desired) or building your own from scratch. I also liked the variety of sizes: four options, ranging from small to quite large. The shop is clean, bright, and comfortable, with boppy music playing. It was a welcoming spot to sit and eat. Note: I was initially going to give Nautical Bowls four stars because it's casual counter service, but here's the thing I realized: they should be compared against their immediate peers (not, for example, a fine dining restaurant), and in that realm, they knock it out of the park!

The immune boost smoothie was so tasty! The store was nice & clean. My sis and I sat on the patio for a bit since the weather was nice. Great spot, we'll be back!

Teaspoon is one of the best overall restaurants in Tucson…read more I've been here a few times over the last year or so. It has never disappointed in service, quality or taste. (well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have very good drinks. They really are intentional about the blend of flavors, they have a little something for everyone. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's been a shining star amongst Tucson restaurants and I am grateful they exist. Even to how they organize their menu partly by flavor profiles shows they genuinely LOVE food. I love food too, and I love here. Try this place. Today.

As a whole, I feel like the side pairing of challah toast with jam and butter is an odd choice. I also ordered the iced Thai tea, which was quite weak. Overall--I wasn't really feeling it. When you go to Teaspoon, you're really paying for ambience over quality. There's no issue with the service here, from hosts to wait staff. The food is simply underwhelming, and thus so is the experience. I wouldn't be mad to return, but I don't know if this would ever be my suggestion.

I also appreciate the store's liberal refund policy when there has been food that wasn't good for some reason. The store is also always very clean. Sometimes for a while they're out of the organic red lentil pasta that's the only kind I can eat, but I just started stocking up when they do have it. What I especially appreciate about this location is that whenever we've needed help, every employee has been very responsive, and for me personally the most helpful has been David at the fish counter. I have a challenging illness that requires me to be on a very strict diet called low histamine, so I have to have extremely fresh fish and meat that's been processed and frozen very quickly. David always tell me which kinds of fish that I've been able to tolerate have been delivered that day, and gets me frozen fillets from the back because ones that have been sitting out defrosting are riskier for me. It's scary adding foods back into my diet as I improve, especially ones I've never eaten before like new kinds of fish, and he has made this process significantly less stressful.

I love whole foods but specifically this location…read more The service is always so friendly, employees seem to be happy to help.
