    Thai Salad with tofu
    Brittany S.

Salad and Go has become our go-to every time we're in Arizona. It's such a reliable spot for a quick, healthy bite that doesn't break the bank. The salads are always super fresh, generously portioned, and surprisingly affordable. This time, I went with the Thai salad and added tofu--such a great combo. The peanut dressing is hands down my favorite; it ties everything together with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. It's refreshing to find a fast-casual spot where you don't have to compromise on quality or flavor. Whether you're grabbing something post-hike or just want a clean meal on the go, this place never disappoints. Now that we live in AZ we will be regulars.

I am obsessed with salad, And go! The Thai salad is so good. I could eat it every day! Is my go to place when I don't have time to cook or sit down and eat out. It's very fast service on a drive-through with extremely fresh produce and value Menu items. My son's love their breakfast burritos which are the most economical breakfast burrito available unless you're buying frozen! My husband's favorite salad is the Cobb salad with chicken. In any event all very Coppus! There is no indoor seating at this drive-through only establishment.

This is the Thai salad with tofu (I always just get whatever dressing comes with it, this one is a peanuty one - yummy!)

I'm a big fan! For a while, I was getting salads at least once a week. My favorite salads are the Thai and the Roasted Autumn. Salads and wraps are the same price (approximately $7) and you can choose tofu or chicken (I love the tofu!) They offer a little protein box with options, burritos for breakfast, and soup -- I've tried these a few times and wasn't too impressed. They have varieties of lemonade and cold brew coffees for under $2. The blueberry basil lemonade is really tasty. The cold brews don't seem consistent and a couple times they tasted pretty bad (so bad that I threw it out or once asked for a remake, the remake tasted how they usually do) so I stopped getting those.

We've been to Salad & Go a handful of times in the past couple of years, but often forget about it as an option. A friend had given us a gift card, so we stopped on our way home this week. We both got the southwest breakfast burrito, mine in a bowl, my husband's in a tortilla. I appreciated them having a couple of options without potatoes. When we pulled them out of the bag, they looked kind of sparse, but when I put mine in a low carb tortilla shell, it easily filled it up. It was a satisfying breakfast. I've had their salads before, and that is always a good deal! We'll do that next time.

Still my favorite fast food place in Tucson. I have never been disappointed with the healthy delicious options. The seasonal selection is always amazing. Their current Roasted Autumn Salad with sweet potato and brussel sprouts is my current go to selection. The price on the drinks was increased to just over a dollar but still absolutely worth it. Staff has always been very friendly. Highly recommend.

I get the same salad, with a few varying ingredients, and it always slaps! The ingredients are fresh, order ahead is so convenient, and the staff is quick and delightfully charming. If you haven't added the buffalo chicken or Brussels sprouts to your normal salad, you're missing out!

    Turkey and Bacon Sausage Burrito

Wow their turkey sausage and bacon breakfast burrito is one of the best I have ever had . Big portion. Service is excellent and friendly drive thru staff. Clean outside and Colorful Ambiance .

First time trying SAG. Love the concept, price, drink offerings and salad varieties. I was expecting more protein than what was in my salads ( I ordered a buffalo chicken and Thai tofu). The amount of the greens/vegetables is generous, but the amount of protein for both the chicken and the tofu (especially the tofu) was skimpy and not enough for what is supposedly a meal sized salad. Also the Thai salad dressing was unexpectedly overly spicy. The tofu was well marinated, but wish there was some indication that the dressing has spice. The chicken corn chowder was decent although again not a lot of chicken. Not sure I would order it again. Some of the photos from other reviewers show a lot more protein in their salads- not sure if they ordered extra portions though. Everything tasted fresh and I would return to see if the amount of protein is the same. Granted an extra protein portion at $1.44 isn't going to break the bank, but it would be nice to have some gauge of what a protein size is so expectations can be proportionate.

The shrimp went to the bottom after I shook it :( but there was a good amount in my salad which I'm happy about

I was invited to the influencer event and got to try some of their menu items before they open on 8/26/2021! I ordered the BBQ Chicken salad, Caprese salad with shrimp, frozen strawberry lemonade and the cucumber mint lemonade and it was all so amazing! The prices are seriously unbeatable! Salads are $5.74 Burritos are $2.99 And drinks are $1 My new favorite lunch location! So happy they are in Tucson! A new location will be at the tucson marketplace! Yay!

    BBQ Ranch Salad

I have wished for this and now it is here! Plenty of salad! Delicious salad too. Ordered the BBQ Ranch Salad, Bruschetta Caprese, Cobb Salad, Protein Box & Chowder Soup. Sorry didn't get a pic of my soup. I sipped it on the drive home. So good. So enjoyed it. I'll get a pic next time.

(well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have very good drinks. They really are intentional about the blend of flavors, they have a little something for everyone. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's been a shining star amongst Tucson restaurants and I am grateful they exist. Even to how they organize their menu partly by flavor profiles shows they genuinely LOVE food. We also got the Chilaquiles Verde and I was super impressed. The pork was incredibly moist and again they absolutely nailed the poached eggs. The green chile sauce had great flavor without being overly spicy, which I appreciated because I like flavor but not too much heat first thing in the morning. The tortilla strips stayed crispy the whole time and it came with a side of mixed fruit, which is always a winner in my book. Of course I couldn't pass up dessert. We tried the lemon blueberry lavender olive oil cake, which is gluten free. It was pretty crumbly (maybe due to being gf?) and I'm probably still 50/50 on lavender as a flavor, but overall it was pretty good. The coconut cream pie was the real standout for me though. Super creamy with great coconut flavor and the slice was huge! Our waiter did a pretty good job and even though the patio was fairly busy, it stayed comfortable because everything was shaded. There were a few flies hanging around, but that is kind of the tradeoff for sitting outside. The interior dining room looked really cute too, so maybe next time I'll try sitting inside.
