Went through the drive thru. Raining outside and about ten cars waiting in line. I prob waited 15 mins before getting to the window. When arriving at the window, the guy was friendly. Then I noticed he was walking around the leaking ceiling. There also seemed like this has been leaking for many years. Possibly even mold growing from the hole in the ceiling. Lots of black residue near the ceiling. I am hoping my food is good. read more

Pulled in at 12:15, drive thru was about 10 cars deep so went inside. 3 people in line but cashier was very nice and communicated that she'd be right with us. Took my order within 5 minutes and ready in less than 5 minutes. I took my food to go. Frosty was perfectly chilled and my southwest avocado salad was incredibly fresh, all of it! Overall excellent experience. Also, the drive thru line moved very quickly. None of the cars I saw were still there. read more

Manager took our order through the drive through and failed to ask if we were complete with our order. Just assumed we were and told us to go to the front. Had to wrap back around again and order for the second time. Regular employees know to ask if that is all for the order. Could have been solved with one question. What a shame that Wendy's doesn't care about anyone but themselves. I was on my way to my disabled client and I wanted to eat before I got there. I ordered online I paid online I went to pick it up and was told that I couldn't get my food because I was on a moped. Didn't tell me this before I ordered before I paid or before I went to get my food. I was promised a phone call and a refund. Two weeks later and I don't have either one vi I only hope that other caregivers and nurses will see this and send a message to Wendy's by not spending any money at this embarrassing example of greed. read more

I have been always in love with their Apple Pecan Chicken salad. Other than that I love their frosty! At this visit, I used my $2 off coupon for my salad. The price is a little pricey but they made it fresh so I guess that is worth it. Wal-mart's Caesar Chicken salad is much cheaper. The service was nice at that time I visit read more

This Wendy's location is my favorite location close to work close to home. Typically this location is very good as long as you don't go after 2 PM on any day. After 2 PM the management seems to disappear and the children that work there have free reign of the place and don't seem to care about quality service any of those important things. Last week I went and received cold fries which is no surprise for this location as their fries are awful. I took them back and got a refund the teenage manager offered me a free Frosty. Like that's going to make up for the gross fries. Today I go through and an awful young man named Brian waits on me. This kid should not work anywhere near the public has a bad attitude and just doesn't seem to like his job. In fact he was bad mouthing the previous customer that went through the line right before me with another employee. hoping that I would get a fresh sandwich I left and got home and of course the sandwich is cold and gross just like their fries. What a waste of time and money to go to this location. The only time you can get good food is from 11 AM to 1 PM weekdays. If you're unfortunate enough to go to this place on the weekend you better have a full stock of toilet paper because I almost always get sick on the food there during the weekends. I think the health department should look into this place. I bet they've gotten a lot of people sick over the last year. Such a shame waste of money waste of time. Me and the b/f are in love with the vanilla frosty! The managers and many workers know me by name from all of the times I've visited so often, they also know my car. The managers Bedriah and Belinda are awesome. Sometimes I would get watered down frostys and they would replace them as well as when a whole order was not so good, I got the entire thing replaced after contacting the area manager on the website. I haven't been to Wendy's in a long long time and after my visit today I remember why. Just the other day I saw a commercial for a Dave's double looks so juicy and hot and fresh on TV I thought I'd give it a try. Well it didn't take very long for me to get my burger and apparently they cooked my hamburger patties several hours ago because they were cold cheese wasn't melted and there was one pitiful piece of lattice on my Dave's double.There are so many choices for a great hamburger in Tucson Wendy's is not one of them read more

I saw the commercials for the Pretzel Burger and I had to try it, but I'm trying to loose weight so my husband told me that I had to find out the calorie content so that I could make room for it in my diet. So I went to the drive-thru and ordered a single Pretzel burger I asked the person if she knew the calorie information on it or if I should go online. She said she'd check and tell me when I got to the window. When I got to the window she said it wasn't on her poster but it should be online and then took my credit card. When I got the receipt back I noticed that I was charged 5.99 when the sign said it was 4.79. When I brought this up she said, oh I charged you for a double. Quick question, if I'm concerned about the calorie content of a sandwich, WHY would I order a double burger? I then watched 3 grown women try to figure out how much I should be refunded. The double was 5.93, the single was 5.18 after tax. Without a calculator these 3 women could not figure out that it was .75 and instead just gave me the .93 since they didn't have a calculator, this all took 8 minutes (I live a 2 minute drive away from this Wendy's) and by the time I got home my burger was already cold. After all of that, the burger was decidedly disappointing and not worth $5+. Also the calorie content of a single Pretzel burger is 680 calories, 300 of which are in that Pretzel bun. So after I was about half way done with the burger I ditched the bun because it was not amazing enough to warrant the work it would take to counter at the gym later on. I still generally enjoy their burgers and am always a fan of the Frosty, but skip this promotional Pretzel Burger, It's just not that good and REALLY unhealthy. read more
