It's been probably 40 years since I've been to an Arby's. It was never my cup of tea. But plenty of people like this restaurant so that's all good. I got the Italian beef dip today. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. There was a hunk of meat laying off the sandwich so I snatched that up and the meat tasted bad. I ate the sandwich still, not sure I would have if I didn't have the sauce to dunk the sandwich in. And I'm not sure if the sandwich is supposed to be served hot or cold. It was warm and cold. There's so many choices. This won't be one of mine. read more

I hadn't been to an Arby's in over six years. Here I was, in the middle of the Arizona desert, and wouldn't you know it.....an Arby's was right next to my next business stop. So, I pulled the trigger. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately welcomed by one of the employees, a super nice lady. The restaurant was very clean, no complaints there. Looking at the menu, I was a bit overwhelmed by how much they offer now. Chicken tenders, gyros, steak bites? Arby's has definitely evolved! I decided to stick with the classics since I enjoyed them back in the day. It's sad they don't have the Big Montana anymore, but the Half Pound Beef 'n Cheddar comes pretty close. I got one (with curly fries, of course). Still good! The sandwich was stacked, flavorful, and the mix of Horsey and Arby's sauce hit just right. It definitely satisfied my appetite. I regret not giving them another shot sooner. I wish there was a location near my house, but if I come across one in Orlando, I'll definitely stop by. read more

Madison has helped me in the past but this might be the first time writing on Yelp about how she went up, over and beyond for me today! I have got mobility issues and she asked me after I sat down if I would like to order and she took my order and my card and took care of my meal and then brought it to me at my table and asked me if there was anything else I was in need of! Why, I did not even have to ask for napkins!! 1 star removed because the "Arby's app" doesn't seem to work for this location, bit of a noodge. My family took advantage of a recent coupon in the mail to get a $1 turnover (up to 6) and got 2 cherry and 2 apple -- the flavors they offer. Bonus: NO DAIRY, and we're lactose intolerant. Warmed up in a toaster oven (or hot from their warming area) these guys are flaky, tasty, and do the job without being overly sweet at all. Protip: try them with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg at home. We sometimes also add a dollop of non-dairy whip, on the side, for gourmet flair! Will visit again! read more

We went to Arby's to get a to go order on 3/3/1020 at 7:55pm. The employee who was working the register was a man named "Jesse." (I will leave out his last name for privacy reasons). My son requested a side of cheddar cheese. We got home and my son shows me his little cup of cheese that I paid .89 cents for. It only filled the bottom of the condiment cup. Now, whether it was the person in the back filling the cheese or the person putting the items in the bag and handing it to us, at least two people should of known better. You know, it's not just the fact of the money of being charged for an item but, the lack of care of taking care of customers that is so bothersome. I am ashamed of this establishment for allowing people who work and to not notice things like this and allowing it to happen. Would this fly it it were anyone of of the employees it happened to? Food was as expected for an arby's and the store was very clean. The employee running the front seemed pretty busy, however she took her time with each customer and was very friendly. I have ordered online twice from this location. Both experiences were disasters. The most recent was I had paid for my food online, upon arrival the restaurant could not fulfill the entire order. Thinking it would make it simpler I told them to cancel the entire order and just refund the money. They claim they can't whether it is an entire order or just for the one item I had paid for that they did not have. Multiple calls to overseas outsourcing and dealing with an insolent customer service rep who claimed he has no idea how long the refund will take has convinced me, this isn't a one franchise problem, it's a HUGE corporate problem. I will be vocal online, file with BBB, and BOYCOTT ARBY'S as a whole. Too bad...they have a few healthy items on the menu. I'll stick with Jimmy John's. I came here for lunch during the weekday and the drive thru line was quick. They had the 2 for $6 beef n cheddar with bacon sandwiches. The fries were fresh, but missing any salt. No matter what you get it will always be amazing and worth the wait since they take their time and want it to be as perfect as possible. I could not be happier. I went in to use my birthday coupon which is a free small milkshake and curly fries if you buy any sandwich. This Arby's has always been good to me. I can't say that about some other locations, but this one gets my repeat business. The chicken strips from a kid's meal are really good. I will give one rating ... because there was a couple of disturbing things that I saw and as a customer I was treated very poorly and was actually offended .. the manger was not wearing a mask at all and I was very concerned about this .. plus I had asked a question about one of the coupon deals , over all he basically in a very unprofessional tone and very rudely said "well that's going to be a little pricy and yet I kept asking how much would it be without the coupon he just still was rude about it and when he answered it offended me like I couldn't afford the meal , at least that's how I took it from the attitude he gave me and the answer he rudely gave me. When I got home one of the order was wrong I asked for some cheese on my ham sandwich and there was no cheese and I asked for one sandwich instead of two , so it was just a little disappointing and it was my first time going at that location and I think I'll just take my Business at another Arby's location and maybe I'll get a nicer experience at another Arby's location.. so I thought I'd at least say this because I was very disappointed and upset very and offended. read more

Literally 1 person in the Restraunt other than me. 2 cars in the drive thru. 4 team members on staff loosing their minds about how busy it is and audibly complaining about customer orders. The thing most people seem surprised by with Arbys is the price. It's expensive for fast food. My husband and I always joke we'll need to take out a loan first before ordering! We only go maybe once a year to Arbys, and this location is nice. It's way cleaner than most fast food places! It generally takes them a bit for the drive thru, since they have to dump in sides to cook when they're ordered, and it takes a couple minutes for some. I ordered a #9 combo reg. size. It came to 10.40. I was going to give the drive thru guy Seth exact change but realized I didn't have the .40. I gave Seth my debit card instead. He looked at me a moment and realized I was a senior citizen and said hold on I will give you the senior discount which then made my order 9.36. I was then able to pay cash instead of using my card for fast food. I was not aware that Arbys gave senior discounts. Thank you Seth for saving me some money ! Was at the Catalina store 4/1/21 and only the employee at the drive thru was wearing a mask. Was asked why they said the governor said they don't have to and they have rights. But Pima County Health still requires restaurant employees to wear masks. But I told them it's for their customers and a good image for the store. They didn't care. I normally love Arby's but this location needs to work on how they cook the food. I came in for lunch and ordered a meal which came to about $11.00 which in my opinion is a bit high but whatever. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu. I waited a good 15 minutes and when it finally arrived the chicken was so overcooked it was rubbery. It was so gross but even more so were the curly fries. They tasted so old that I literally gagged when I swallowed the fries. They were horrendous. I went up to the counter and asked if they could make me fresh ones and they did. When I got the "fresh fries" they tasted like they had left them in two week old oil. They were so greasy and oily that there was oil leaking out of the container they were in. I decided to get an Arby's Melt since I couldn't eat the rubbery chicken sandwich. I ordered and AFTER I paid and the transaction was over the guy that rung me up goes "so we are out of the sesame buns we normally use. Do you want a brioche bun or the onion bun. I told him if I had known that I wouldn't have bothered ordering one. All he said was "yeah, we are out." So I chose the brioche bun. When I sat down to eat that. It barley had any cheddar on it and the bun was so stale I could thump it and make a sound. Ugh. So much money wasted on two shitty sandwiches and gross fries. I was on my lunch break with very limited time. When I placed my order they said nothing about a significant delay. They took my money, THEN asked me to pull over. I waited as long as I could then circled back around and told them I'd waited as long as could, could I have my money back? They said yes and proceeded to dither instead. My husband and i just stopped by there to grab a quick lunch to bring home around 1:15. Out of everything that we ordered they got all our sides wrong. They charged us for larges and gave us smalls. So they charged us for what we ordered but did not give us our order correctly. Normally we check the bag and i did but not thoroughly enough aparently. We dont live close so by the time we got home and noticed i called right away and the phone just rang and rang to no end. No machine for a voicemail nothing. It would have been nice to at least be able to bring this to their attention. Im upset. The employee in the drive thru just wanted to get rid of us as fast as he could.
