I am not reviewing the food in this post. Instead I am reviewing the service and work ethic that I observed! I am a DoorDasher and I was waiting for an order pick up. I saw someone who did not look like someone who would be a normal employee. This person looked like a Manager or possibly the owner. What really stood out to me was that this person was sweeping floors , delivering food to tables, cleaning tables and other things that were needing to be done. I confirmed with him and other employees that he was the owner, who I later found was named Brian White. I noticed that he was not micro-managing his employees and was just allowing the fine-oiled machine to just function as they were trained. I could tell that he was not there to manage but to support them. It was busy and they were like ants doing their job as the assignments required. I could not have been more impressed with an owner and his employees as I was at that moment! read more

I stopped in today to get my fix of Spicy Chicken sammich, Brian was pouring drinks and delivering food to the dining room. Every interaction I have had with Brian has been positive. He makes eye contact when talking to you, quick to resolve issues with orders, and to see him helping out made me smile. That...is the difference between a boss...and a leader. We went here twice in less than 24 hours as we were passing through on the way home from Texas and we needed something easy and dependable. It's just what you would expect from a chick fil a. But on a busy evening we got chicken strips and chicken nuggets that were not fresh which I didn't understand. For breakfast, we order a slew of things including a spicy chicken biscuit and a fruit cup. I was dissatisfied with the portion sizes of both of these items. The spicy chicken patty was barely spicy, and it didn't even cover three biscuit. The fruit cup wasn't completely full either. All in all it was fine. read more

The food is always delicious. You can't go wrong with the chicken nuggets with waffle fries and the chick-fil-a sauce. The mac and cheese is creamy and fulfilling. The kale salad is refreshing. Most locations have gotten down the drive thru flow and get you through quickly. I haven't had the same luck with curbside and it often takes two to three times as long. Make sure you double check your order before leaving because it may be inaccurate or missing things you ordered. Staff is always very friendly. read more

The portion size on grilled chicken nuggets was nowhere near what it is supposed to be. almost 7 dollars for the smallest 8 grilled they could find. supposed to weigh 3.2-3.7 ounces and came in at 1.9 all for 7 dollars. I don't want the free order next time, I want what I pay for. This is the second time at this location as they are saving cost. Driving into Tucson with my family convoy and everyone wanted Chick-Fil-A. Stopped by the store on Ina and cruised on up. No line. The lines always go fast but I think this was a first. The order taker, I didn't catch his name, was very pleasant. I was asking questions and reading the order from text messages - I think it may have been confusing because my order was all jacked up lol. Something went wrong with the payment reader so I was sent to the next guy. Brandon. Also very pleasant. Something told me to ask for them to read back my order which is when we realized things weren't quite right. Went to the window and got my order all sorted with the manager. All the employees were working together to make sure that my large order was correct. They were apologetic and very pleasant. Not in the least bit dismissive or apathetic. I parked for just a few minutes and my order came out which I didn't even bother to check. I got home and everything was perfect. They even gave me a couple of certificates for a couple of free items for my next visit because of the wait. I think when things go sideways how your team reacts and gets things done really allows them to shine. We'll done Chick-Fil-A your team, service and food rock! Before diving into my review, I must note that if you want chicken tenders that are not spicy and reside or visit Arizona, good luck trying to find them. I've been to Yuma (only to fill up with gas and eat, which is really the only reason to go there), all over Tucson, and one in the Queen Creek area, and ZERO chicken tendors without spicy. It's a conspiracy, just like Pluto losing its place as a planet. Anyway, due to the tenders issue, I went with the 8 chicken nuggets. I never had them before and I found them to be quite good, if you are not into gluttony. Five I think isn't enough, just due to their size. I also had their small fries, which I give to my dogs. From their perspective it was a winner. I usually go Doordash here, and everytime the fries are cold or lukewarm bordering on cold. Yet the chicken soup, nuggets, sandwich is always hot. In this order, I went with their chicken soup, cup. There is enough there, but if you want to go full without eating anything else, you must go bowl. Their sizes for soup are far better than Panera. Finished with a large lemonade, which I enjoyed. It tastes fresh and refreshing. I've gone to the Ina location's drive thru one time. It's an awful experience just because where they are located and the traffic coming from whatver is behind them. Plus unless you are heading from the I-10, you have to make a U turn to head to the restaurant. read more

This place has really gone down hill. The tables and floor are covered in trash. The tables are crooked, the chairs are disorganized. The employees are sitting around in their phones. The ladies with red hair are barking orders at people and sitting back doing nothing. The kids who play here are like wild animals, hanging on the doors, hitting each other. It's like kindergarten fight club. The food I order is sometimes correct. Sometimes it's wrong or missing. Sometimes it takes forever to get to me. Today I was waiting in drive thru, as usual since its SO POPULAR, and when I pulled up to get my order I was told it would be 4 minute wait since they just ran out of sandwhiches. The staff is always amazing with a smile on their face --and, when they talk with you, they make eye contact and make it seem like you are the only customer there! I am talking the staff that is standing in the heat in the drive thru lane all the way up to the people at the window! The food is always served to drive thru line within 3 minutes tops! If you're ordering inside--you get your food I would say within 5 minutes. (Knock on wood) I have always been given the correct order, which means I can order with ease. I am so glad to have this as a lunchtime option during my work day. We make sure to hit this location for lunch once a week! I would recommend you try it out! I cannot get over how smoothly this place runs when packed. Two drive thru lanes, an order taker for each lane, and then the person coordinating how the orders are put in place per car. Thought this was going to take forever, but they really are quick. Nice work! Hubby got the Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich and an order of waffle fries. I got a side of mac n cheese and then made myself a salad at home to go with it. Hubby loved his sandwich, said it was fresh and very tasty. The mac n cheese isn't bad for fast food. Service getting my food the first time around I got my food and was good to go notice I got someone else's food. We drove all the way back with our wrong order, the manager cut me off refusing to remake our order that is now cold, they only replaced the wrong item. I was greeted at the drive-through with a gentleman that was obviously having a bad day so I excused him for not knowing how to correct my issue but when I spoke with the manager, Andrew, at the front counter he explained that he couldn't help me with the issue on the app since it stated it had been redeeme. I then showed him the text where my wife gifted me the item 4 minutes prior and the proof that it hadn't been used at his location and he said he couldn't help me with that and acuse my wife of using it elsewhere. 1st, I don't pull elaborate long cons to score small Mac-n-cheese's. 2nd how dare he accuse my wife of this. 5 stars through and through. They were fairly busy, but the line went quick, and they brought our food out to our table before we even finished getting our daughter situated in her high-chair. Not only were the high-chairs clean and crust free (rare), but they came with a cleansing wipe and a sticky placemat. An employee (Dan) refilled our lemonade twice, took our trash, and got us some extra wipes. The chicken was amazing. Juicy & tender on the inside, and a light crisp on the outside. This place is worlds-away better food and service-wise than any other "fast-food" place you'll step foot in.
