We ordered a Gyro. Very little meat, the picture showed a lot more. No receipt! Staff was friendly. Store needs to be mopped.

The app is super convenient. The staff is always great to work with. The managers are awesome as solving problems and the drivers know exactly where to put the good when they show up. My family has their regulars they like but I like to try new things. This Gyro is amazing. I even called the store to let them know. So good. read more

Decided to have a quick dinner here a few days ago, and thought I'd have Jimmy Johns, since I don't come here as often as I used to when I was living in Colorado a year ago. Food: This sandwich is my go-to for almost every occasion and when I want dinner. Tasted good, so no complaints. Temperature: Perfect as it wasn't too cold or to hot. I like my sandwich just right :) Atmosphere: Upon entering the location, the store was empty, and an employee was on the left side of the entrance table just on his phone and doing paperwork of some sort. The employees were nice, but often time looked disinterested in the customer experience, but I could of caught them on a bad day. They were still nice though. Value: Still a great value for solid subs. Especially because the quality is good here, so no complaints. I genuinely am pleased when I visit jimmy john locations. Recommendation: Honestly, the food is good. It's what you expect from here. The only thing I might add as a recommendation is employee to customer interaction being a bit more engaging, but as I mentioned earlier this could of been an off day, so the benefit of the doubt goes to the employees this day. read more

We had two sandwiches. The Ultimate Italian was very good; lots of meat. The #5 Vito Unwich literally had one thin slice of meat and one thin slice of cheese. That was it. Lots of lettuce and tomato, but there should be just as much meat on the Unwich as there would be on bread. That was pretty disappointing. read more

Ok, I'm blown away today. To be clear I like Jj's subs. This is the same shop I've visited for years now. It's placement is perfect for a quick stop on the way home from work. Today my breath has been stolen. I can no longer afford to here. 1 little ranch cup now costs $1. That is friggin crazy! To add bacon it now costs 4.50! That's the cost of a small sandwich at Safeway! Is the bacon made out of friggin gold? What's the deal Jimmy? I can't afford to eat at a sandwich chain with my family anymore. How sad is that! First, why offer delivery and then go through the whole order, take my payment and then give me my pickup location! Second I pick up 1 paper bag containing 5 sandwiches. Ordered from this location on Sunday, 10/18at approximately 5:00 pm. We were very disappointed with the quality of our sandwiches. The quantity of the main ingredient in each was unacceptable for a Jimmy John's sandwich. We ordered online and drove to the restaurant to pick up our order. Upon our arrival we were the only ones there. One employee was cleaning tables and the other was somewhere in the back out of sight. We waited, which was fine since we did arrive earlier than our pickup time. However, those sandwiches were made like they were in a rush to get it done. The amount of turkey and tuna was quite skimpy and unacceptable, like I mentioned before, for a sandwich with a reputation like Jimmy John's. Again, very disappointed with this quality. read more

I order from here when i can since I've fallen in love with their beach club. The portions are so good and i really feel like im getting my moneys worth of a sandwich. Jimmy John's you are my guilty pleasure! It's so nice to have this northwest side location across from the Foothills mall. The sandwiches are freaky fast and the staff, as I find at every Jimmy John's, is very courteous. Downside on my last visit, they did not have any sprouts due to the recall and the staff apologized for that. I had no idea there was a recall and was very happy to be informed of it by the staff. Jimmy Johns is better than Subway but it is still not healthy. The first few times I went I thought I was being healthy. Some of their subs have 1,200 calories. Their service is wicked fast which is a good. I would recommend giving it a try but I am definitely not a regular here. I would just recommend going to Sprouts and getting one of their $5 sandwiches. This is the worst location I have ever experienced. Their flippant attitude and lack of quality control is overwhelming. Ordered 3 Turkey sandwiches. All to be exactly the same. No, they were not prepared the same. Also, we asked for light mayo and there was so much mayo that after arriving at my 7 minute drive, the sandwiches were soggy! I've always loved jimmy johns sandwiches.. this particular jimmy johns gets my three star reviews for following reasons.. I would have given 4-5 stars if I hadn't had an unpleasant experience last time we visited. My husband asked for avocado To be added to his sandwich after he had unwrapped it.... The worker on the other side of the counter told him he could not take his sandwich back due to cross contamination, which is very understandable. But the worker also mentioned that it would be an additional amount for the avocado, which my husband had no problem in paying. They then took back what they said, and told him they could not sell him the avocado on the side. I had a little bit of an issue understanding why as their only explanation was that they did not have containers to put any side request. We didn't bother to continue to ask as we didn't want to make a big deal out of it. A few minutes later another family came in the restaurant, and they ordered as usual and got their food and sat down. I noticed that the man in the family got up with his unwrapped sandwich and went to the worker on the other side of the counter and asked her to do something with it. They had no issue taking the sandwich from that customer and did whatever he requested and gave it back to him. It made me upset to witness that they did exactly what they just said they couldn't do with my husband sandwich. We finished eating, and I proceeded to speak to a manager. And very kind words I wanted to express how I felt to him as they did not treat all customers the same. His response was that the other customer only asked for them to cut the sandwich. My response was how do you know what that customer did to that sandwich? I thought you couldn't take a sandwich back from a customer due to cross contamination?? I also mentioned that we didn't make a big deal about not being able to buy the avocado but now I wanted to know why.?? Why couldn't they put it on the same paper they wrap the sandwiches with, the same paper they wrap the pickles with? There was no explanation. I love Jimmy John's. Met a young lady being offered an assistant manager position at one of the Jimmy Johns. She expressed how clean they are and I should dine at one. I stopped at the one on La Cholla and was disappointed in the flavor of the cucumbers on my veggie sub. They had such a horrible taste I removed them and kept watching other people dining-in to see if they had the same reaction. They tasted like they'd been brined in cleaning solution or someone threw a powdered medicinal from a gel capsule inside the moist pre-cut batch. With all the conspiracy theories out there I know I'm not the only one who walks into a place and finds the order taker curt who've you've never met before and wonders if these are a group of very intuitive seekers that do not like you immediately so your food will be tampered with. Just say'n I'm not eating at Jimmy John's and if you don't like the 'clean up' being done currently....well how blind for you cause it's not just the U.S. so stop trying to change my internal organs outcome. read more

I happen to love jimmy johns. But this particular jimmy johns is the literal worst jimmy johns I have ever been to, the staff is rude, short and childish to say the least. Once when I went in the crew members were on top of the counter spaces standing rotating mayo and pickle jars; which I found unsanitary due to the fact that nobody cleaned the top of these counter tops after standing on them. Also one of the crew members did not have a hair net covering his long beard which I find disgusting. All of the workers were joking, laughing and dropping metal trays which were ridiculously loud in the echoey jimmy johns restaurant. This jimmy johns has made my order wrong several times and has skimped out on ingredients. Who puts two slices of cucumbers on a veggie sandwich!?
