In and out is the only "fast food" restaurant I can eat at that will not make me feel absolutely sick to my stomach after I eat it. I typically use the drive through I go after my shift at work so it's late at night when I get off. The staff is always so friendly, but there's one staff member whose always smiling no matter how long the drive thru line is, Logan i typically see Logan in the drive through hes taken my orders a few times and he is always smiling, super friendly, always asks how im doing. . It's super refreshing to be greeted with friendly smiling face after a long 8 hours. read more

What can I add? Today I had a cheeseburger animal style with chile peppers. I also enjoyed the animal style fries. I enjoyed the unlimited tea that came with it. Our cashier was really friendly and helpful. One of the staff delivered our food outside and kept checking on us. This has got to be my favorite fast food burger place in the whole US. I was staying at a nearby hotel. I walked over here to get a couple of delicious burgers for dinner. Per the usual with any In-n-Out, the place was packed and busy, yet all of the employees were all very nice and friendly. I ordered 2 Double Doubles, both with raw onions. Although, I usually will eat my burgers at the restaurant, for this particular visit, I took it to-go and enjoyed them back at my hotel room. They were indeed mmm mmm good! read more

You know you are at a In n Out when the parking lot is crazy full and the line for the drive thru is longgggggggg. This location was no different then the many locations I have been to. Service was fast, great, and the food was good. Finding a table was like a race and we had to be on the lookout for the next available one. My go to order: #1 - protein style with onions, no sauce, no tomato, and mustard fried meat patties. Oh and the "well done" fries! YUM! read more

I'm at this location frequently. Was there 1/28/26 at opening time. I only go to two brands of fast food anymore. In-N-Out and Chick-Fil-A. All the other brands have clueless, slovenly, unconcerned employees and run down facilities where they think the customer is supposed to cater to them and not the other way around. In-N-Out and especially this location has always had friendly, helpful employees. I even had interaction with the manager yesterday and the same applies. They actually care about the customer. The store is always clean and orderly. Food is always fresh which is why it may take a few minutes. The standards there are not only good for the customer, but for the employees as well. Their young employees get the benefit of the type of training and work ethic experience that will set them up for success in life. So, good job In-n-Out. read more

Today, we decided to eat at In-N-Out on our way to Casa Grande. My wife had the single burger with French fries and I had the Double-Double with French fries. Our experience was a good one that we hadn't experienced at an In-N-Out for about 12 years (none of their restaurants in NM). Love In and Out! Nothing I can complain about! Always great service, staff extremely friendly, constantly flavorful food, great prices, tasty shakes and fries. Most locations have outside seating, so you can bring your pooch. Most locations open late too! The double double "animal style" was quite amazing and I think it was really wise that they're giving peppers (2-3 each) in individual plastic containers. My granddaughter says In-N-Out have the best cheeseburgers ever! It is one of the few places she will finish the entire thing. What I like about this place is how well staffed they always are. I usually count a dozen employees behind the counters. The service is better than most fast food places. And I'm talking about the orders are NEVER wrong! The food is prepared fresh; you have a clear site of the kitchen and you can watch them wash and cut the potatoes into fries; watch them cook and put together the burgers. The restaurant is very clean with someone constantly walking around picking up trash or cleaning off tables. The drive thru is pretty unique in that they ask if you are taking your food with you or eating in your car. If in your car they give you placemats. Now that we have moved to Indiana, I expect we will be constantly comparing cheeseburgers to those at In-N-Out. I know my granddaughter misses their cheeseburgers already! read more

Look, folks go crazy about In-N-Out Burger, and yes for fast food it's good... but attention foodies, for the same money you can go down to the southside and stuff your face with some of the best tacos in the world. Still, I appreciate that In-N-Out is devoted to providing good quality and trying to be a good citizen in the fast food sector, so if you're choosing between fast food restaurants, then I'd go with them. read more

Things have certainly changed in the last year plus, but at least you can still get your In-N-Out fix! You have at least 4 options here, which is nice, to get your meal. Go through the drive thru window, which looks like it will take all day but is actually quite fast, walk-in and order for take away, order for sit down with limited seating for social distancing or have your food delivered! The food is still good quality and the staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you! read more

We just went there this weekend and what a nice surprise it was. It was so busy around 5 pm and I thought our food would be late and won't be in a good quality due to how busy it was, however I was totally wrong, we got our food within reasonable timeframe,and the food tasted delicious. the service was awesome and not showing overwhelmed by any mean. On contrary they showed impressive organizations. Also I was impressed how the place is so clean despite being that busy. I hope this will keep there standers this high. read more

It took me 15 minutes to get my combo. People who came in after me received their food before me. The food was marginal at best. The tender in the slider was warm and tender/soft. The side tender was dry and stringy. The seasoning they use was too salty for my taste, and wasn't very hot. Less salt and more hot would have been much better. The fries were warm but very dry. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, especially the front door that was encrusted with oil, grease and seasoning. And worst of all I was bothered by at least 4 flys throughout my lunch there. Overall, not impressed at all. Highly doubt I will ever return to this restaurant.
