I will say the burgers are not as juicy as it used to be. I was informed by someone I don't know if it's true or not that they were using frozen patties. I tend to believe it since the burgers are much drier than they used to be it's still a great burger, but not as good as it used to be I like their protein style animal style, but since the burgers have started being so dry, I go there only once in a while it used to be my go to place for a burger. Per the usual with any In-n-Out, the place was packed and busy, yet all of the employees were all very nice and friendly. I ordered 2 Double Doubles, both with raw onions. What can I add? Today I had a cheeseburger animal style with chile peppers. I also enjoyed the animal style fries. I enjoyed the unlimited tea that came with it. In and out is the only "fast food" restaurant I can eat at that will not make me feel absolutely sick to my stomach after I eat it. I typically use the drive through I go after my shift at work so it's late at night when I get off. The staff is always so friendly, but there's one staff member whose always smiling no matter how long the drive thru line is, Logan i typically see Logan in the drive through hes taken my orders a few times and he is always smiling, super friendly, always asks how im doing. . You know you are at a In n Out when the parking lot is crazy full and the line for the drive thru is longgggggggg. This location was no different then the many locations I have been to. Service was fast, great, and the food was good. Finding a table was like a race and we had to be on the lookout for the next available one. I'm at this location frequently. Was there 1/28/26 at opening time. I only go to two brands of fast food anymore. In-N-Out and Chick-Fil-A. All the other brands have clueless, slovenly, unconcerned employees and run down facilities where they think the customer is supposed to cater to them and not the other way around. In-N-Out and especially this location has always had friendly, helpful employees. I even had interaction with the manager yesterday and the same applies. They actually care about the customer. The store is always clean and orderly. Food is always fresh which is why it may take a few minutes. The standards there are not only good for the customer, but for the employees as well. Our experience was a good one that we hadn't experienced at an In-N-Out for about 12 years (none of their restaurants in NM). My granddaughter says In-N-Out have the best cheeseburgers ever! It is one of the few places she will finish the entire thing. What I like about this place is how well staffed they always are. I usually count a dozen employees behind the counters. The service is better than most fast food places. And I'm talking about the orders are NEVER wrong! The food is prepared fresh; you have a clear site of the kitchen and you can watch them wash and cut the potatoes into fries; watch them cook and put together the burgers. The restaurant is very clean with someone constantly walking around picking up trash or cleaning off tables. The drive thru is pretty unique in that they ask if you are taking your food with you or eating in your car. If in your car they give you placemats. Now that we have moved to Indiana, I expect we will be constantly comparing cheeseburgers to those at In-N-Out. I know my granddaughter misses their cheeseburgers already! read more

Things have certainly changed in the last year plus, but at least you can still get your In-N-Out fix! You have at least 4 options here, which is nice, to get your meal. Go through the drive thru window, which looks like it will take all day but is actually quite fast, walk-in and order for take away, order for sit down with limited seating for social distancing or have your food delivered!
