The food is pretty good and is more of a basic sandwich shop. Just make sure if you do order delivery to have the exact amount of cash on you. Even when your bill is $12 and some tip money then make sure you don't hand the driver a $20 bill. Cause you'll have a very low chance of getting the change back. The driver forced me to give them an extra large tip cause they didn't have a single $5 bill or even $1 bills on hand. read more

My daughter and I just placed an order on the app. We paid with a card but I messed up putting a tip on the card so my daughter said she had the cash to give her. The girl came with the food and everything was fine then she came back. Apparently, my daughter accidentally gave her $25 instead of the $5 she was supposed to give her. I LOVE their sandwiches. The bread is so much better than what you get at Subway or other sandwich places around here. They stuff the sandwiches with plenty of meat too. Not just one or two thin slices. The price is a few dollars more for each sandwich than other places though. The one complaint I do have is even though they are VERY fast with their delivery, they have brought my order wrong several times. I'd rather wait a couple extra minutes for the right order than have to wait for them to deliver it right a second time. They have always been very nice when I have to call back though and bring some extras (like cookies and chips) for the wait. I also love that my regular orders are saved through the app. read more

Ehh. Its a sub shop, nothing special. I ordered the BLT and the bacon was ice cold. No option for toasting it, there as no flavor. Its sad when you have to ask for pepper, and add your salt and vinegar chips to add flavor. We also had to get up and ask for napkins. I love Jimmy John's and was excited that one was opening up nearby. I placed an order online and ordered 3 sandwiches one for me and the other 2 for my kids. The daughter and my sandwich was on point except that they forgot to put sprouts on mine. My son's sandwich had onion in it and the Sandwich doesn't even come with onions . The onions stank up my whole kitchen , i took them out and the sandwich still tasted like onions, so my son refused to eat it. I understand that this place just opened and everyone is learning but it was an online order and I picked it and Everyone was standing around so I didn't look busy. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. Today I placed an order for delivery through the app (which is so easy to use, and I like that I can earn rewards) but within what felt like 5 min my door bell rang and the food was sitting on my porch neatly packaged. I never even saw the delivery driver they were so fast. All of the 4 sandwiches we ordered were custom and the orders were all correct!! My mind is blown! They really are freaky fast! First let me say this, the food is very good and of high quality, and the staff are friendly.The reason your not getting 5 stars is this. I have been in on several occasions now (4 times in the last month) specifically to try the new Frenchie sandwich. Every time I come you are out of them. The reason given, you only make so many a day, and you have been sold out every time I come. So if the sandwhich sells that good, and your advertising on TV this specific sandwich, in my mind you should make it, that's just plain good customer service. To be fair I was offered the Italian made like the frenchie, however I had to pay more for that sandwich, and it really wasn't the same as the frenchie I have been wanting to try. Also, if it sells that well, maybe it should be a part of the permanent menu. So for me, right now I dont think I will be in again for a while, if at all. There are other sandwich/sub places in the area I can go. I'm only 1 guy with my own opinion, I'm Pretty sure you are not going to care, or post this review, but at least I had my say. The TV ad did not say anything about specific times the frenchie would be available or only a certain number per day made.
