Great service and super accommodating! I did a big order for friends lunch and everything was delicious and well prepared. We liked that they separated the lettuce and tomato too. So after contemplating whether or not to try planet subs I finally tried it on December 20th 2023 I got the turkey sandwich and barbecue chips and a Coke zero the prices were affordable the portions were great it's just that the bread didn't have much flavor and neither did the turkey meat or the rest of the sandwich I would come back again only to try something different hopefully getting much better results stay tuned for upcoming reviews on the next time I'm feeling brave read more

Awesome experience. We stopped in on our way back to CA for some lunch. The hostess/cashier/owner? that took our order was the perfect example of how customer Service should be! Very friendly, inviting and made us feel welcome. We had the Dagwood Sub and Chicken Tortilla Wrap. They were excellent. Good Service, and good food at one location, is rare these days, but at Planet sub Service and good food exists. XO read more

I have been going here for some time now. My husband and I work down the street. I probably go here about once a week. The food is always fresh and yummy. AND Suzanne and her partner are ALWAYS so so nice and genuine! It's like going into a family members house. They welcome you with open arms. I really recommend the BLT! My fave! We came here randomly because my wife had not eaten all day and just needed something. So happy we did, she got the classic turkey and it was so good we came back next day. She got the turkey again and I got the Super Hero and both were really good. Food was good but service was better, very friendly people. read more

Stopped in while getting tires at Wal-Mart, easy walk across parking lot. Warm Welcome as soon as we entered, followed by some baseball talk which is always welcomed (I had on NATS WS Shirt). Ordered the "Experience" (1/2) and Wife ordered "Superhero" 1/2 Combo. I did a water & was given a full size cup which is always nice. My Sandwich was delicious, never had anything like it so it was an Experience, a good one !!! Bread was toasted just right and the sandwich flavor was different in a good way. Definitely enjoyed it. Between the sandwich & sharing my wife's chips was full, and still capable of moving-LOL. I had a couple bites of my wife and hers was also delicious. Bathrooms were immaculate, and the seating area was spacious and also very clean We were asked several times how was everything, and our trash was even removed as we sat & talked. Very fresh and delicious subs! They make the bread fresh daily and you can see it being made in the background. Very nice dine in sports themed place. The subs are huge for a good price. They los the ingredients and meat. I wasn't expecting much but was really surprised on my first bite. I have really enjoyed every sub that I've tried so far! Which is at least 6 different subs. The "experience" is very tasty! The owners are there most days whom are good hearted and ready to help. Which I feel is an added bonus to how comfortable the environment makes you. The bread is fresh and delicious. But don't take my word for it. Get in and give it try! read more

I've been here twice now and I give it 5 stars! I've only had "the experience" and it is so so good. If you are in the Tucson Marketplace area I encourage you to go!!! Apparently they make their dough from scratch! They have one of those Coke Machines where you can choose from like 100 different drinks! Wow You ever go somewhere and after say now that's how a business should be run ? We had a sweet young lady take our order. We explained it was our first time here and she welcomed us and explained the menu. I got the Experience and my boyfriend got the Super Hero. Both sandwiches AMAZING. The Super Hero has a ton of meat! The EXPERIENCE was an EXPERIENCE, an excellent experience. The chicken was cold, however the put it in the toaster to fix it. The owner actually came to apologize and gave me a gift card to come back. Even with this very small error it was a fantastic experience and I'm definitely coming back. They have a bread mixer and it says the bread is homemade, also says they have home Made gluten free (Bona Dea) bread. They also have Roman Wraps, big deli pickles. The BEST warm sandwiches and the homemade potato salad is to die for!!! I could eat it all day! The vibe is very calm with gentle music in the background and the owner and employees are kind with excellent customer service! I have been here 2x now and absolutely will be a regular customer!! They also have a wide drink variety and a nice kids menu! The price is the same as subway but 1000x better quality- I had the chipotle chicken sandwich today and the chicken was so juicy-so good! Found this place by accident, thanks to Yelp. Excellent subs! Probably one of the best Italians I've had other than Santoros. Excellent counter lady. Very patient while we decided what to order. She made suggestions and went into great detail on what was in each choice. The service here was superior and really made the place. Very reasonable prices considering the size of the sub and the quality and abundance of the ingredients. Very happy we found this place! read more

FRIENDLY, VERY clean. Stopped by here for the first time while waiting for Walmart to finish my tires. If you're used to Subway/Jersey mikes etc, this is a whole different level of goodness that the others dont compare! I'll definitely be back. Just like all Jersey Mikes locations, the interior is open, the seating is spread out where you're not on top of other hungry customers, and the music is always enjoyable. It's never really super busy, which is surprising, but I can't complain as a quiet restaurant is always nice when eating and talking with friends after a days work. I highly recommend not only Jersey Mikes in general, but specifically this location. Dare I say the best location in Tucson? Yes, I do.

The sub roll was excellent, much better than the other chain sub places. We shared a Torpedo, they don't skimp on the fillings -- lots of meat, and it was perfectly toasted.
