Great lil restaurant located on the southwest side of Tucson, First walking in. You notice the beautiful country style decor. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. You were able to get seated rather quickly and have your order placed. I see while it's called hustle bustle because they get you in get your food order and it comes out nice fresh and hot and delicious. Breakfast is served all day. They're open from 7 AM to 2 PM. . Wow! Amazing little spot on the west side. I ordered a BLT, my husband got the potato pancakes. Both were very well done. The real test was finding potato pancakes, and they were extraordinary! I really had my hope up for the place, looks really nice inside and out. The people are friendly and kind. I ordered a burger and the meat just tasted weird, it reminds me of the taste of frozen premade patties. I'm willing to bet they are all frozen premade unseasoned patties. When I entered, I got a weird-vibe and have a pretty good guess why. This restaurant lies in-between a MAGA Stronghold Trailer Park and a normal, mixed, middle class neighborhood. This place serves both, Which is a good thing. Just prepare yourselves. The wait staff was decent and service was quick. The food was good. It came out fast. Better than average. We found this place after we found our favorite breakfast place permanently closed. Cayote Pause is gone forever. This place is a store front restaurant. I had the Classic breakfast with sausage pattie, scrambled eggs and raisin toast. It was a solid 4. Velvet had the same without the meat. She said it was very good. Stopped in to Hustle Bustle March 26 after hiking in Tucson Mountain Park. It had only recently been opened so despite limited reviews, we popped in. Glad we did! There is ample parking and it is a family-run business. Turns out the mother is the woman who sat us at the table, a daughter was our server, and numerous cousins were working the other tables. It's a very brightly lit little spot with beautifully aquamarine-colored walls (you could still smell the paint in the woman's restroom! that's how new it was :-) ) It was very clean and seemed like a well-organized restaurant. There's a large high top area on the right side, large windows at the front, and all the staff we encountered was friendly. For such a new place, I was surprised at how extensive the menu was.
