came in today on a whim and what can I say? Nicholas and Nate gave me the absolute best service. Incredibly friendly and efficient. Best experience I've had a Jersey mikes in a while. Give these guys a raise!!! read more

Parking is hit or miss. Off hours likely to be ok...weekday lunch time...not so much. Ambiance/Cleanliness-somewhat generic....but the location is CLEAN. Like that the cold case is stocked with deli meats...it's a cut above. 4 Stars Service-So the guys building my sandwich used the endest of ends on the cappacolla, yielding nasty looking slices....but at the end...built a good looking sandwich...personality? Memorable...and 2 stars. Food-damned good sandwich, especially considering it's a chain. Rosemary Parm bread for the win(holds together nicely for the duration, sturdy comes to mind). Mike's Original Italian in a regular size is an ample and tasty portion. It's a very fair value. Mike's Way makes it too wet, my go-to is mayo and pepper relish. 4 stars read more

Pat and Nick lightened up my day and made my sandwich the right way (mikes way). Can't wait to comeback in just for them hahaha.

I tried the Buffalo giant sandwich on white bread and it was delicious! One of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. Staff was super friendly and helpful since I hadn't ever been here and helped me pick something from menu. I did not wait long for my food even though it was busy lunch hour and lobby was packed. Staff worked hard to get everyone's food out quick! Restaurant was clean and still lots of places to sit indoor and outdoor. read more

Love the person with the undercut! They always have a great attitude when my boyfriend and I visit and it makes our day

used door dash and our order was stolen, due to the failed attentiveness of the employees. we then called the store and the guy answered with a terrible attitude, and told us that it wasn't his problem and he didn't care what the problem was. he should've given solutions and helped out. honestly so upset with how this outrageous man answered the phone. thank u goodbye. we also got our food and my sandwich had no lettuce and tomato mayo or salt like i asked. clearly they need to go to school and learn how to read. read more

delish subs. I wish they had cheddar cheese though! haha! I used to frequent this place as it was on my way back to work from running errands but since all the grant road construction I go back another way. Staff was always nice! read more

I admit, I have a weakness for Mike's Hot Italian Sub at Jersey Mike's. But this isn't a food review. This is a human being/customer service review. I had some time to kill between appointments and stopped at JM on Speedway for lunch. At the table next to me, eating his meal, was a person with impaired vision. I drew this assumption as he was reading something in braille, wore dark shades and had a mobility cane. "Pat", who I think may be one of the managers, checked on this customer a few times, offering to bring him refills, napkins, take his trash etc. Pat also told him to let him know when he was ready to leave and he'd escort him out (to his ride, I think). The customer was very appreciative. I was touched by the extra effort. Then, as I'm writing this review, Pat came over and offered to get me a refill and take my trash. Note that JM is a typical order at the counter and bus your own table kind of place so I'm impressed when there's unexpected service. Franchise yes, but I'll be back. PS....The Hot Italian was extra hot and tasty! read more

Another day another great sandwich from Pat and Ryland. I have been coming here for some time now and the service is always exceptional. The team works with a smile and diligently. Happy to get my lunch here everyday! read more

This is a submarine sandwich shop, so nothing complicated or fancy. I got a regular-size classic Italian sub ($10.75), my friend got a cheese steak. Mine was good, though I would have liked it better without the jalapeno slices; that was my fault. Service was fast. read more

I came in after a long day looking forward to eating a sandwich. After driving home the order had been made wrong and they refused to remake it over the phone. I drove back and received awful attitude by the associates being laughed at and received dirty looks while asking for the order to be remade. read more

We like the original Italian and the Philly Cheesesteak. We hope to try more of the sandwiches in the future. They also cut the meat right there for each sandwich and all the toppings look fresh. Good sandwiches overall. read more

Maria and Patrick were the best! They both Helped us with our big long order and were amazing!

Great food! Very friendly and welcoming staff aimed at getting your order right the first time . Well maintained restaurant.

I got a gift card called Zillions where I could choose from a bunch of different restaurants or retail. I chose Jersey Mikes because I wanted free lunch! I read a bunch of reviews before ordering online and found out they are considered a more top end sub sandwich chain. I ordered the club because I wanted something that featured mayo (but you can customize any sandwich). I didn't know it automatically comes "Mike's Style" (with tomatoes, onions, and vinaigrette). I was concerned the onions would be overpowering but they weren't. I also thought there would be too much meat but it was a nice balance with the fresh crunchy lettuce and soft bread. When I went to pick it up the server was friendly and quick. The restaurant looked clean and there were a couple of groups at the tables and another group ordering. I ate my sandwich at home and it was way above what I'm used to with subs. A day later I'm still thinking about that sandwich, which is what drove me to write this review--and I hardly ever write these! read more

Not as good as some of the other Jersey Mike's locations I've visited, but the ingredients were just as good as we can always expect from Jersey Mike's. Ultimately it is about the sandwich, and they did a good job here. The service was just OK, a little slow and not very friendly. We were just passing through on a road trip, but were grateful for a good sandwich. Not as good as our best experiences at Jersey Mike's, but still good. read more

I went here at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and they were out of chicken salad because "the morning crew did not prep it". I walked in and the girl was sitting on her phone texting someone and didn't even see me for a couple minutes. One of the workers was on a phone call outside. There was not a single person in there. When she told me that they were out I was a bit shocked because no one was doing anything so to tell me no one "prepped it" irritated me because that's the one thing I came for and it's new so I figured they would have it stocked up or at least make more when they are sitting around doing nothing. Won't come back to this location. read more

I stopped in for a drink for a long drive. The sweetest gal gave it to me for free! Made my day. I bought a burger next for a man that was hungry. Paid it forward. Very clean establishment! read more

I have been to another Jersey Mike's location and had high expectations for this one because of it. I wouldn't say this one was disappointing, but just simply wasnt the same quality as the last one. The sandwiches were good though and one of the trade marks of Jersey Mike's being the bread, the bread was top notch. It may not have been as good as the other location, but it's still high above any other chain sub shop out there. I will definitely return to this store and am willing to try any other location. read more

Sandwiches are great but bread quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes perfect n chewy other times almost flavorless n stale. Service is fast but not the friendliest on the high end for price read more

My guy and I went in to this location for another try. Let me say this visit was like night and day. The shop removed the booth seating and now there is now a clear direction to get in to order and one to exit . Much less chaotic than last visit. Pierre and his crew were very friendly and everyone had a mask and gloves on. A plus guys! I asked for the Veggie, no bell peppers, and he ordered the Club with extra mayo, same as our last visit. The order was prepared quickly as we watched and my other half even asked for salt on his sandwich and they were happy to oblige. Yea, my man is a bit odd, lol. We were happy to get our sandwiches home and let me tell you, they were delicious! This is how I remember them in Denver. Usually we've purchased sandwiches and Ed hasn't been able to enjoy due to dental issues but the kicker on this journey was when my guy said that this was the best sandwich he's had in years. Happy bellies here for sure. Thank You Pierre and crew! I think we'll be back! read more

My favorite Jersey Mike's, the service is always wonderful and they always get my food right!

Yes, it's a chain or franchise or whatever, but I am consistently impressed with the sandwiches here. Today I had a regular size Chipotle cheese steak and onions that was absolutely outstanding. I'll be back again. read more

They have a really great staff that's fast and efficient. But I don't think the sandwich's are worth the price.

The best sandwich. Told them about problem in app ordering gluten free bread. They got back to me asap & fixed the app & gave me 2 free subs. That is what customer service is about. So now they're my only sandwich shop. read more

This was a excellent surprise. Never been here , but it s across from our air bnb and open till nine. Got the n late and here it was. So they have white or wheat, small, med or Large. Medium is a six inch. I had the Italian. But the surprise to me was, All meat and cheese sliced on a slicer deli style off a block. Made a nice pile. Then I upgraded to Mikey s style. That meant lettuce and tomato and onions. Worth it. Not heated. Really really good sandwich. They will not be passed up anymore like I have for years. Great Stuff!! read more

amazing service by manager on duty they were out of bread but the manager sade and her employee were very accommodating and so sweet and sincere. they were timely despite having multiple orders to fulfill and made sure to give us their sincere welcoming energy and just promptness. 2 VERY amazing young ladies! read more

These subs make me nostalgic for my past, growing up on the Jersey Shore. However, unlike the sub shops on the Shore, they arrange them assembly style, whereas real New Jerseyans have their favorite sandwich artists that they frequent. That said, this is as authentic as you can get, from the shredded lettuce, to the way they pile on all of the ingredients and the dressing. I recommend getting it Mike's Way for an extra dose of authenticity. The sandwiches here are more expensive than the other chains, but they are totally worth it. The customer service here is spot on. Every person who works there is down to earth and has their own version of what the best sandwich is here. What a super great location! read more

Yesterday I went into Jersey Mikes to order myself dinner. As soon as I walked in, this guy with blonde hair and a mustache immediately greeted me and asked for my order. Afterwards, I got checked out and had my delicious sandwich. read more

I was feeling sandwichy, so I thought I would try Jersey Mike's Subs. This was a clean store, lots of customers enjoying food and in line to place an order. I got the pastrami with double meat to share with a friend. It was delicious, a little bit on the salty side but very good. I'll come back to try a cheesesteak. Yum. read more

The 4-stars is as compared to other fast-sub shops only (otherwise, overall, it'd probably get 3 or 3.5 at best) Let me start by saying my young teenagers love the steak and cheese subs here (either the #17 or the #56)... their favorites, above Subway; Jimmy John's; etc. But since I'm the critic, here are their several demerits. Ordering is easy, at the counter/cashier's with menu overhead. Not having clean and available tables is a pet peeve of mine and all too often, especially during lunch rush, this location might have a few tables available, but they've clearly been eaten on (greasy smears and crumbs everywhere). Other than that, the establishment is on par with similarly situated fast-food delis. Their bathrooms are individual, spacious and generally clean. Parking is ample and free in their lot. Fountain sodas are self-serve (but no plain seltzer available). The steak and cheese sandwiches come loaded with grilled peppers and onions (#17) or add grilled mushrooms and extra cheese (#56). The bread is a bit too thick and overwhelming, relative to the quantity of meat/filler, but it's an ideal philly sub roll otherwise (chewy). The cheese is perhaps the weak link here. It melts into a gooey, artificially sludge, not like one might imagine genuine swiss or mozzarella to be. In this sense, when compared to Fresco's subs for example, Jersey Mike's ingredients fall well short of the 5-star mark. That said, the youngsters love 'em. Table clean-up is DIY. They also have a decent club/membership which gets you deals emailed or texted to you about once a month. read more

I've visited this location twice recently. The first time I ordered carryout. I was waited on quickly. The gentlemen taking my order and ringing me up were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. I got my food quickly and it was delicious. Everything always tastes fresh and seems to be quality meats, breads, vegetables and cheeses. My favorite is the Big Kahuna steak sandwich. I think it's a bit pricey but you receive large servings. On Sunday, my son visited for the first time and ordered the Reuben. He enjoyed every last bite. We'll definitely visit this location again as it's very close to our home. read more
