This past year, Angie's has probably been my most frequently visited restaurant. The prices are very budget-friendly, and the made-to-order food is consistently fresh, high-quality, and delicious. What started with lobster rolls eventually expanded into salads and warm bowls, and then came chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, crunchwraps, and burritos. I love how much variety they have added over time while still maintaining great value. My personal favorites are the lobster rolls, steak crunchwraps, and hamburgers. This location also has a self-serve soda and cold brew dispenser, which is a nice bonus. My only real gripe is with their online ordering system. On average, I find myself waiting more than 10 minutes past the estimated pickup time, so I've learned to place my orders at least 30 minutes in advance. Even with that inconvenience, Angie's remains one of my favorite spots. I hope they continue to succeed and keep serving tasty food at prices that are hard to beat. read more

You wouldn't believe veg heads could get a high protein salad at Angie's but you can ! We ordered the Greek no feta xtra falafel with house made chips and guac ( it's better guac than chipotle ) . Don't get it twisted this is fast food , but if you're on the go this drive -thru eatery can hit the spot . They've got locations popping up all over town . Came here to try the hype. I didn't grab photos because my kid had my phone but we ordered quite a few things to try: Protein Bowl with quesadilla side Cheeseburger with French fries Warm lobster roll Spicy fish sandwich Chicken Caesar wrap Angie's "Crunchwrap" chorizo Overall not too bad but I would not expect a whole lot. Cheeseburger was not bad, French fries were just normal. The lobster roll was ok, there was not much lobster in the toasted bun. Chicken Caesar wrap was probably my favorite thing and it was the smallest. The chorizo "Crunchwrap" was good but I felt the chorizo was not cooked fully in certain part of the wrap. If you eat inside you are supposed to clean and wipe down your own table when you leave. There is a paper towel dispenser and orange spray hanging on the wall. You also order on the kiosk, it's a self serve type of thing. You hardly interact with any employees unless you're in the drive through. The syrups were out on a few of the flavors in the soda machine, paper towels were out on one wall and out in the women's restroom. If you're looking for cheap then this is the place. I would eat here again but only get specific things like the bowl or regular wrap. read more

I was on the east side and needed to grab lunch and I remembered that Angie's was fairly close to where I was so popped in to check out the latest of the concepts. This combo location includes all of the Angie's concepts, which was neat. I've been trying out the Prime Grill by my house, so I wanted to try something different here and ordered a lobster roll with extra lobster and a fountain drink. It was relatively early in the day and there was nobody else in the restaurant, but they must have had a lot of drive-through orders because it did take quite a while to prepare my food. Once I received it, it was really good. The toast was a bit underwhelming, but the lobster was tasty and considering that we're in Arizona, it was really great to be able to enjoy a treat that I'm usually only able to have when I travel back east. The restaurant is very cost-conscious and I thought it was kind of neat that they have you basically clean your own table which, hey if it allows me to get lobster rolls in Arizona, I will happily wipe up after myself. I love Angie's. Where else are you getting a lobster roll for $15? You can add guac+chips and a drink for $2. Is it the best lobster roll I've ever had? No, but that's not why I'm here. I'm here for cheap food at a good but not great quality. You order your food on a kiosk then get to sit down in a clean booth or table. An order was placed through the drive through at the location on the east side of Wilmot and Broadway for Rib sandwich and a double chicken Caesar salad. The Rib sandwich was delicious, meaty with pickles and chopped red onion on a brioche bun. And my go to chicken Cesar salad with romaine and Parmesan cheese. I don't mind waiting for them as they prepare the food because it's a step above fast food. Thanks to Angie's for opening several locations here in Tucson, I love your food and your story. This location offers items from all the various Angie's restaurants, all under one roof. I've only purchased some of their salads, which right now all the ones with chicken are only $4.99! I ordered through the drive thru, but did not have to wait long to get my food at the window. The workers were friendly and efficient. The salad was nice sized, crisp, fresh, with plenty of chicken for my protein. I can't speak to the ambiance, as we didn't go inside. I'll have to go back and try some of their other items. read more

I ordered Angie"s last night for delivery. I ordered almost $50.00 of food and had french fries only delivered. I reached out to my driver who was told that the order was complete by the store employee. No fault of the driver. The store did not pay attention to my whole order. When the driver went back to get the rest of the food she found that the store was being run by a bunch of teenagers. She spoke with the manager who told her they would not remake the order. I asked the driver if she could give her phone to the manager as there is no phone number to reach out to the actual restaurant, the manager refused to speak to me. I have tried to reach out to corporate to file complaint. That is just a loop that keeps asking for the same info. I will NEVER eat at any Angie's restaurants. This was my first time and the experience was so horrible I won't give them a second chance. Apparently this is how Angie's does business. Don't waste your time on a company that does not care for it's customers. I would not give any stars but it is required to post a review. read more

First off the menu is so confusing and not intuitive at all with many of the menu items. Took my mom and I about 10 minutes to order. There's no help at the front. I wanted to get the surf and turf in the bigger size protein bowl, but finally figured out you are only able to get the chicken and falafel in the larger bowls. Once we were finally able to figure out how to order, I decided on the surf and turf protein bowl and my mom got the lobster roll. The lobster roll was so tiny, it was a joke. The lobster was tasty, but not worth the $16. The protein bowl was even a bigger joke. The steak and shrimp were excellent, but the sides it came with were approximately a tablespoon of each black beans avocado and sweet potato were not enough to feed a baby. The bowl itself was big, but the ingredients inside barely filled it up about a 1/4. I understand they're going for cheaper prices, but my bowl ended up being almost $14 with very little ingredients. Chipotle fills up their bowl three times as much. Their meats were very tasty, but not worth the price. disgusting food! No wonder they never seem busy. ordered a cheese burger and there was no cheese. There was a tiny 2 inch slice of onion and a tiny little slice of tomatoes. The burger was so thin you woukd think they would have no problem grilling it. Wrong! It was completely raw inside! Disgusting! the hamburger and fries both were also cold! Not a bit of warmth and it took just 5 minutes to drive home! you Can't call the place to talk to a manager because they have no phone! Save your money and go to five guys or in and out. This is across the street from the drive thru Angies Prime Grill and has a huge sit down self service area. No cash, order at a kiosk, get your drink and your order is out in a jiffy. It is really nice to be able to eat inside. Time will tell if people don't clean up after themselves. read more

I was just there last night and had a terrible experience. The inside was packed with people but no one had food. Everyone was waiting upwards of 40 minutes to get their orders. Personally I waited for an hour! Meanwhile, the drive through was moving like clockwork. One patron asked for a refund and was told they could only request it through corporate! The staff was unapologetic for the wait and didn't offer anything to relieve mounting tensions in the building! The wait for food even impacted online orders. Delivery drivers were standing around for long periods waiting on food. They even lost customers because they came in, saw the place full of people waiting on food, and chose not to partake. Some left because they overheard conversations about how long the wait is! These orders should typically be completed within 15 minutes or less. No one should have to wait an hour for a salad or a burrito! To make matters worse, the burrito was pooled with sauce! To the extent that the tortilla was soaked end to end, and it was pouring out of both sides! Enough to fill a shot glass or two. Personally that is a disgusting amount of sauce and it ruined the meal and almost ruined my clothes too. I never plan to eat here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either. read more
