    Not your typical salad ingredient!

Found this in my salad . Should have just cancelled my order when they let me know they had to make my sandwich a salad rather than a lettuce wrap. Unfortunate, I have been going to this Baggin's for years but will just make my own lettuce wraps from here on.

I have nothing but love for the Baggin's food and their service. Just about all the soups, salads, sandwiches and sides are solid and the desserts are ridiculously yummy. I would happily drown in their tomato bisque. Never, ever leave without getting some limoncello cake! The people are always so friendly and helpful. They are especially patient when dealing with online customer service or order customizations at the counter. I will drop stars, however, for the new ordering system and loyalty program. Calling in an order is no longer an option. I tried ordering one of those amazing limoncello cakes over the phone and was directed by a recording to use the app or order online with the website. There is no way to talk to a person. When I went online and ordered the cake, I made a mistake and set up delivery for the wrong day. There is no way to change the order once it is placed, except to email a "contact@" email address. Granted they did respond quickly, but it was a little nerve-wracking, as I wondered if someone would get back to me in time to make the edit. The last thing I will point out is that the loyalty program only works if you place orders online or with the app. You can't walk in and order at the counter if you want loyalty points. Seems like an oversight that doesn't actually promote loyalty. The ordering system and loyalty program are relatively new, but I think they've been around long enough to have worked out the initial kinks, but until they change a few things I'll be enjoying their food and services a little less often.

Prices here are 30-40% higher than they need to be. Sandwiches are great but they think they're in NYC with these prices.

A really great option in the Park Place mall!…read more I've only been here a handful of times, not often that I'm out towards that part of town how ever every single time I have enjoyed my entire experience. The customer service is great, always ready to help and knowledgeable of the menu. Omar, owner, has a great personality. There is a consideration in the making of the food, use of ingredients for example the use of olive oil for the dressings and the chicken cooked fresh. Salad Nation is located in the malls food court, so that experience in itself can vary from very crowded, busy and loud to quiet and empty. Plenty of seating though! My go to choice is one of the salad size options (regular or large) that come in 'bucket' which is a deep bowl and of course some waffle fries. There are several dressings that sound deciduous but I find myself continuing to go back to the Cilantro Avocado. The waffle fries are insanely great. Hand batter and perfectly fried, some of my favorite in town... like top 3. Being that it's a mall, there is plenty of parking, bathrooms and space. You may have to walk a little to get to the food court but for me, it's worth it. Mom tip: Being a mom I bring my kids to the play area too!

Don't let the big bowl confuse you, you are able to mix it and get a good bite of everything. Even my husband who will never eat a salad would not stop taking bites of mine. There is a wide selection of toppings and dressings and protein choices (and the staff is very patient if you're a bit indecisive like me). And a nice choice of agua frescas. This place is located in Park Place Mall- We will be going back again to get our salad fix!

It's only halfway through 2026, but I already know this will make my Top 5 restaurants of the year…read more It brings me such joy to happily pay for food that truly deserves its price tag - and I'd gladly pay more. So many higher-end expensive restaurants serve bland, tasteless food, meanwhile this amazing mid-ranged restaurant is serving some of the best dishes I've ever had. The smashed chicken was probably the best chicken dish I have ever had at a restaurant. The skin was perfectly crispy while the meat was juicy and well-seasoned. The ginger and herb salsa verde was so fresh and aromatic. The cilantro rice complimented the lemongrass aioli perfectly. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and I'm usually one to reach for the salt shaker at most restaurants. Smoked olives are a concept I have never considered before. It's a concept that was executed perfectly here. So savory, flavorful, and complex. I'd love to have a few with a dirty martini. Speaking of drinks, my Casino gin cocktail was great. Perfect level of sweetness and tartness. I knew I had to order dessert after how good everything else was, even though I am usually not a dessert person. The oolong tea cake was nothing short of incredible. The tea flavor was subtle but paired well with the fluffy and light honey buttercream. Not too sweet at all. Of course, the service was great too. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. My first experience at 5 points made me realize that this is what restaurants should strive to be. I can tell there is passion poured into every dish with every ingredient thoughtfully melded together. I can't wait to bring everyone I know here so they can experience this too!!

I ordered the biscuits and gravy because it is my favorite dish EVER. Urban Fresh did not disappoint. The homemade biscuits were fantastic, with chive mixed in throughout. I could have eaten an entire bowl of the gravy and not been disappointed! It was so so so delicious. I was nervous bc it was coconut based but it all came together very balanced and I could not detect any coconut. I also ended up getting the sweet heart juice which has beets, carrots, ginger. It was so good!!!! Chauncey blended it as soon as I ordered. He pulled out the ingredients in front of me so it doesn't get fresher than that!! Please support local!
