It was a hard day at work in the oil fields, making sure everyone's homes were heated in the blistering cold Tucson winter that was upon Southern Arizona. I had recently slipped a disc between my L4 and L5 and the pain was almost unbearable. All I could think about was my Jersey Mike's California Club that would be waiting for me when I was finally off. When I got home, the bag from Jersey Mike's was on my doorstep, my heart raced, my stomach did a somersault, thinking about my dinner was what got me through the day. However, much to my surprise, instead of getting anything close to what my heart was yearning for, I received a plain piece of bread, with turkey on it. NOTHING ELSE. The size you ask? tiny. A half of what I ordered. I don't know who decided this joke would be fun to play on just a simple working man, but it was heart breaking, demoralizing even. I don't know how I will be able to continue on in this life. I hope this Jersey Mike's location identifies the young man or woman who enjoys inflicting such wounds and emotional turmoil on a working-class man, during the holiday season and punishes them to the absolute extent that corporate policy allows. This place is just really gone downhill. Walked in nobody's behind the counter back door is open. Some young guy finally comes up Texar order we both get the number 13 I get a mini my wife a regular. I got my sway my wife asked for pepperoncinis on her regular. We go to sit down and the floor looks like it hasn't been swept all day. I bite into my sandwich, and there is peoeroncini on it. We take the sandwich back up there and the guy remaking. It just seems to be smirking and smiling the whole time. My wife had to ask three times for side of pepperoncinis so that she can put it on her sandwich. Don't know who's managing the store, but they need to do some serious training read more

A little bit of a wait if you order the chicken bacon ranch sub, but it's seriously so worth the wait! The staff are sweet, the location was clean, and even better my parents and I all loved our subs! They'd been there before, this was my first time into the location but it did not disappoint. Worst service ever at a jersey mikes. Ordered a giant sandwich as I was going to split it in half to eat for dinner and the other half for lunch tomorrow. The associate put it together so sloppy I asked for jalapeños on side in a container. The associate put a few in a very small container and I made the comment that for the size of the sandwich I would need at least 6 containers since they were so small. I asked if he could just put them in a small cup and he made the remark that just because they're free I couldn't have all of them which was uncalled for. I must say that these are some very good and very well made subs. They use great ingredients and care about what they're doing as they're making the subs. If this review was based solely on the quality of the food, they would get five stars hands down. I wasnt happy about two things here. One they have several employees there and only one person making sandwiches. She did an amazing job and I could tell she new more than anyone there. I was there around lunch time though and one person just can't keep up with the amount of customers that come in at lunchtime. Number two is the price. 9 bucks for a 6 or 7 inch sub is a little too high for me. The price being already high, they have a card reader that asks you how much you want to tip. I hate that! They try to guilt trip you into tipping someone for doing their job. It's like tipping a cashier when you pay for gas or something. And what, you should only tip if you pay with a credit card? I LOVE Jersey Mikes! This location has fast and friendly service. My fave is #13 but I have also loved others. The difference from other places like Subway, is the great bread and they use boarhead coldcuts. The bacon is cooked just right, nice and crispy!! This is my fav go to sub shop. Although this place is a chain, it is fantastic (especially this locarion) for classic cold sandwiches and Philly-style sandwiches. This location has courteous employees and they are generally speedy (I haven'tever really had to wait more than a minute or two for my order to be ready at pick-up). I usually order the Chipotle Cheesesteak with extra cheese and it is just right. They typically use white bread as their go-to and it doesn't taste overly processed or "bready" (like Subway's breads). They slice the meat and cheese right then for your sandwich. I've tried a few different things, but now my order is almost always the same: turkey or Cali club, Mike's Way with banana peppers. You can add any veggie you like to your sandwich for free, which is nice. My fiance and I often get a giant-sized sub and share; it saves a little. I have a hard time finishing a regular size unless I'm really hungry, so I sometimes keep half for later. "The Juice" does make the bread soggy if you're not eating your sandwich right away. Sign up for their loyalty club, and they will send you lots of coupons, plus you earn points toward free sandwiches. read more

Not my favorite. I tried but it's not good. I ordered the meatball sub. It wasn't even cut in half. The cheese tasted slimy. That the only way to describe it. this location does nothing but mess up orders. several times in the past we let the little errors be forgiven. tonight i ordered 2 regular subs that ended up being onlu meat, cheese abd bread. one was supposed to have lettuce, onion, tomato and banana peppers along with extra mayo... the other sub was just onions and lettuce with mayo ...nope it was just meat and no cheese and no lettuce onions or mayo...all I got from management was mistakes happen... once is a mistake every time is lack of attention to detail.... hoping manager can get the refund done because she said I cant had to come from higher up than her... i would recommend you go to eegees or subway or jimmy johns... I understand that part of the job is to be fast & efficient; however, Becky is a poor representation of customer service and how a manager should represent/carry themselves. If I start placing my order w/ one of the staff (Jasmine was amazing), as a manager Becky should not interrupt until I've completed my order- period. If Becky opts to interrupt, she needs to slow down when speaking w/ patrons- as the transition can be confusing...once completing the re-order w/ Becky, there's no need for additional snarky comments about how the patron only wants to talk to one person. Overall, the food was fresh & good, as always, the remaining staff members we're outstanding (cudos to Jasmine for handling the awkward situation so well)...Becky is in dire need of management/people skills classes- she is seriously lacking and is a poor representation of Jersey Mike's. I've intended to try this place since I found out they were in Tucson, and finally got around to it today. I just happened to be in the area. I ordered the Original Italian and got it Mike's Way. I have to say that it was the best franchise sub shop sandwich I can recall. The bread was just right with a semi-firm crust and a tender crumb. The meat ratio was perfect, and the toppings were very fresh. A few negatives though -- I wish the dressing had more of a vinegary bite to it. Not a show stopper, and Mike's has sure succeeded without my advice. The big one though, is only having bagged chips as a side option. Even some slaw, or potato salad would be welcome. read more

I went to the store and ordered two turkey and provolone subs. If the turkey and provolone was sliced any thinner I could read a paper thru it. Move over Jimmy Johns! This place is pretty good! Yums: I had a club supreme and my boyfriend got a Chipotle Cheese steak and were they both pretty tasty. There was plenty of meat and fixins on the subs and I love the to-go packaging! Staff is super friendly and the store was very clean. Hmmm: I wish there was a different system for the hot subs. It is yummy and worth the small wait but it seems weird to get your cold sandwiches and then have to wait for the hot (they should come out together). Also I think that the hot subs should be asked if they want lettuce or something else on it because my boyfriend wanted to add mustard and lettuce and that didnt seem to be an option unless we pre-asked but we didnt know that we should do that. Overall I will be going back but I think I might try calling ahead next time so I dont have to wait :) read more

Just bought a turkey sandwich from here. I had it "Mikes way" with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, vinegar & oil, pepper and a pinch of salt. They cut the cheese (hehe) and turkey right there to make the sandwich. I ate it when I got home thinking it would be soggy but the bread really stood up to it all and was still crunchy. It was delicious. I can't wait to go back and share their sandwiches with my family. I hope they stay! Such a treat when you're so use to Subway and Eegees. Just saw someone's review about $15. I just ordered a sandwich bc I already had a drink. Mine was $7 something. ... And the person ate "in disgust"? Wow. Glad I didn't have their experience. The bread was flaky... That I love. The food is great. I would give four Stars at least. However the children who work there have no idea what customer service or professionalism is. Always a nightmare ordering from these dodos. They spend more time talking with each other and being obnoxious than actually paying attention to the customers. A lot of times I wait for someone to make my food AFTER I've ordered because they need to finish their goofing off before they decide to make it (incorrectly I might add). And instead of apologizing to me for their inability to listen, they just bicker at each other for being incompetent, which they all seem to be. I'm embarrassed for them. We ordered a sandwich to be delivered to Casa Marana Craft Beer. Seems they should know local places where people might have food delivered. So I had to find the address. One problem is we got no napkins or any other condiments with our sandwich. The biggest problem was the last two inches of my sandwich had no meat in it.
