I was craving a blizzard-like ice cream treat while my friend & I were on our way home after shopping. My friend suggested this place so we hit up the drive-thru. I got a concrete mixer with cookie dough & mini M&M's, size Med. Medium was a good size, the "ice cream" part was delicious but I did find that the cookie dough was lacking some sweetness to it. My friend ordered a small HeathBar concrete mixer & got a medium. We were charged for a small. We also ordered her boyfriend a strawberry shake which was in the same container as our concrete mixers were. The boyfriend said it was very thick so we believe someone made it into a concrete mixer vs. a shake. But we were charged for a shake. What we ordered on paper was correct but they messed up two of the three items and they even had us pull over after we paid to wait for our items. If I'm to come back I'd like to try a different concrete flavor. read more

This was my first time at a Culver's. But I've seen it on so many food reviews that I just had to try it. We got a side salad, it was nothing special, just what you would expect. We got a caramel and cashew scoop of ice cream. I was a little disappointed that it was already partially melted when we got it. But it was ok. Next time I think I'll get a concrete to the toppings will be incorporated. We got some cheese curds which were fresh and hot. But they're quite salty though. Lastly we got a spicy chicken sandwich. This was VERY salty. But it was made hot and the bread was nice and soft. All in all it was ever so slightly better than your average fast food experience. After you order your food, they make you wait around the corner to get it. It took a little bringer then we expected to get our food. But things were made fresh so that was nice. read more

I have to say Culver's is a solid "good". I had a craving for a spicy chicken sandwich, and my go to place is closed on Sunday, so I thought I would try Culver's. I got the spicy crispy chicken, and I got my room mate the regular crispy. I also decided to try the Mac n cheese, as it looked yummy on the menu. Service was fast, and the staff was friendly as I went into the store to pick up my order. My sandwich was good and spicy, however I was hoping for more complex flavor in the spices. Great burgers if you are in a hurry. The fries are great. A meal with drink and a second sandwich only with no drink or fries will run you $15 or less so it's not cheap to eat here but it tastes good. The restaurants no matter which one you go to, are always clean and the service is quick. Friendly staff. My husband likes the fish dinner and I usually get the double burger only meat and cheese al-a cart which is less $$ if you are on a carnivore diet. Did you know that every fast food restaurant has a al-a cart menu? I didn't until not long ago and I used to buy the food from the regular menu and waste money and food. The restaurant has great ice cream too. I get that for free for doing the survey. So keep your receipts. Definitely going back for a fast great burger. read more

I'm not one to rave about any fast food drive thru but if you're in a hurry and want something quick and tasty stop in to Culver's. I've only ever gotten the mushroom/ Swiss burger but they've always been fresh, not sitting warmed up under lights like other fast food places. A well run fast food chain restaurant. The service was very slow as I watched the cashier have a long pointless conversation with someone in the lobby while a line formed waiting to purchase a meal. Long been my favorite spot for fish fry, but Covid has not been good for them. The ketchup dispenser was empty, I let the staff know, it took them 1/2 hour to fill it. My fish dinner arrived with stone cold fries after 30 minutes. I don't get it, the fish was hot... The lemon wedge that came with my dinner looked 1/2 eaten - see photo. So why 3 stars? I love Culver's. Their fish and chips rock and burgers are top notch as well. This Culver's isn't as good as others, the food is decent but just not as fresh, and the place isn't as we'll tended as others we've been in. Staff is friendly enough but not as enthusiastic as you come to expect in Culver's. The place seems a bit run down as well with the bathroom not very well maintained. If you are gluten free they will give you a burger all disassembled and cold- for extra money- it is the worst. If you ask them for the common courtesy to assemble your burger as everyone else gets- they will tell you they wont. Even if you tell them it is your food allergy, and you have lived with it your whole life and you would like to please just be treated like everyone else- they will tell you no. They will only provide you a cold disassembled burger with the dry bun in a separate bag. Terrible! Don't offer gluten free options to people if you refuse to actually make their food. It is insulting! Have you ever had to eat gluten free? It is already like all your food tastes like cardboard and is dry as can be. The courtesy to assemble food goes a long way. Especially if I told you I am willing to take the risk. read more

Driving through New Mexico on New Years Day, imagine our shock and dismay to learn that nary a Dairy Queen was open. Like, anywhere in the state. Thankfully, we found a Culver's on Yelp, took the considerable detour off the freeway to get to it, waited in line, and were delighted to add about 2,500 calories to our daily intake in a matter of several long draughts from a cold frosty cup of ice cream shake. I don't remember what I got... it was chocolaty and delicious, and also, in one fell swoop, destroyed my resolution to eat healthier. Just four short months later, I'm ordering larger Old Navy shorts online during the "ShelterInPlace mandate. Coincidence? I don't think so. We don't have Culver's in California, and that's a damned shame. Everyone should be able to ingest frozen custard with a large fries without fear of reprisal or extensive mileage requirements. Culver's is my "go to place" for Fish and Chips. I get the North Atlantic Cod dinner (2 piece $11, 3 piece $13) with crinkle cut French Fries and Coleslaw. The fish are nice solid planks, not pressed together mash like fish sticks, lightly battered and fried crispy brown. Served up fast and piping hot. Excellent dipped in tartar sauce or with malt vinegar and lemon. The fries are Crispy on the outside and hot and tender inside. The coleslaw is fresh and cold. The sauce is just right and not too sweet. Someday I will have to try their Butter Burger. I recommend Culver's for a great "Chippie" as the English would say. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Bathrooms are clean and odorless. read more

The true downfall of this Culvers is the attitude of the staff. The food is traditional Culver's quality with the exception of the flavor of the day custard. I always find that this location is a little light on the mix-ins. But it's truly the huffy and disrespectful attitude of the staff especially in through the drive-through that makes me realize there are other Culver's in the area and I may just need to start driving to them. It would be worth it to not be so frustrated by the horrible customer experience. read more

I sure do Love these burgers. These are smashed style burgers. My recommendation is a double. Isaiah as usual got a kids burger with pickles and he was in love from the very first bite. A small side of a apple sauce and an apple juice. And to top it all off he felt that he needed some frozen custard (ice cream). The wife had a chicken sandwich with some French fries and I had a bacon double with fries. I think that these burgers are nostalgic in a sense that it reminds me of dinners, drive in's and dives :) but with a modern tempo and class. The atmosphere is so nice and inviting. The dining room area is modern contemporary and they bring the food right to your table. And if you ask nicely they will get you what ever condiments you want. Even ketchup which is easily accessible. But how cool is it that they will go above and beyond for you. Needless to say we don't come here often. We save it for somewhat of a treat. This place makes good burgers, that's why we go there. They must be under new management now though because they changed the driver through signs. They are very misleading. It says the burger both myself and my friend wanted was 5.69. I ordered 1 meal and 1 burger and the price was 18 dollars. The only price showing on the board was 5.69 and for 2 of this meal it's 18 dollars? Then they just give you a number placard and tell you to wait in the parking lot. Then the delivery kid can't find us. So I have to go in and get the food. So I use a drive through that doesn't tell the prices, go wait in the parking lot and then have to go inside to pick up the food. I love their burgers but will definitely never return to this location. When I asked why the price was so high, she said because one of the burgers had everything on it. Ketchup, mustard and pickles. Culver's food is really just okay. The custard is pretty good, and my husband and I love their diet root beer, which you really can't get anywhere else. I've tried a burger, chicken strips, onion rings, fries, cheese curds. If you are craving some junk food, it just might hit the spot. We find ourselves at the location in Payson returning from camping trips, because they have a dog-friendly patio and good atmosphere, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. The staff is pretty nice, and I think they are doing a good job operating in COVID times. Tables are roped off and hand sanitizers are available. They also have closed the self-serve soda fountain. read more

I normally love Culver's, but had an abysmal experience here a few weeks ago. Ordered a patty melt to go. By the time I got home with it, I found that it was burnt to a crisp.
