They asked us to order through the mobile app, so we pulled aside to be courteous and not hold up the drive-through line. After placing the order, we came back to the window, and they acted like they were about to take a normal order anyway, which already felt unorganized and like a lazy way to handle drive-through customers. Then we were told the items we ordered weren't even available. I asked to cancel the order so we could just go somewhere else, but they said they didn't know how to cancel it and that I would have to do it myself. I tried, and it wasn't possible on my end. I then asked to speak with a manager, and she said she was the manager but also had no clue what to do. Overall, we felt poorly treated and completely unsupported, especially when it came to getting a refund. This experience was frustrating enough to leave a review. I would not recommend this location at night at all it's practically a ghost town and clearly lacking proper management and customer service. They need to really re evaluate their staff for night shifts.. its looks like I am not the only one experiencing issues around the same time of night. read more

We stopped in for some fast-food eats while on a stayca. It was a pleasant experience; a friendly / helpful staff, the standard Wendy's fare and also munching on apple pecan salad while the Praise and Worship music played. I would give this place less than one star if I could. I just ordered a taco salad got it home and it was disgusting. I've eaten these salads for years and so I thought I knew what I was getting myself into especially since online. it looks exactly like it's looked forever. Instead, I was greeted with a teeny tiny salad with varying degrees of rust and old lettuce. The only reason I'm leaving one star is because I can't do less or negative stars. So I went in today trying to use app for a free sandwich with a meal being purchased, they scan the QR code generated from app for in store use and say I can't use it in store. The child working the register even got his "manager" "Nicole" to consult on what to do. She said you can't use it in store but gives QR code for them to scan in store. It's pretty sad when a "manager" doesn't even know how to run the app, let alone manage a store and dealing with upset customers. Instead of solving the problem and overriding whatever the issue was she just said can't do it thanks. This Wendy's just cannot fill an order correctly. They consistently get it wrong 80% of the time so we have had to discontinue doing business with this Wendy's. Even worse if you try to alert someone other than the General Manager of the store, such as going to the website, your complaint is only sent back to the G.M. of that particular store. You would think corporate would what to know when a franchise is providing such terrible service. I guess they will never know they are losing their customers. On our last trip here, after everything was handed out of the window, we continue to wait for the rest of the order. The woman just glared at us because we weren't driving away. Finally, the woman opened the window and said, "do you need something?" We said yes, the rest of our order. She said you have everything. So we had to get out the receipt to prove to her we had not in fact received the kid meal. The meal was sitting on a counter right in front of them. Then when we got home and proceeded to hand out the food to all family members we then discover more mistakes and shortages. No chili, no fries, no dip for the kid meal. We were charged for these items, plus we were charged for two Frostys we did not order or receive. We called the General Manager and her solution was for us to spend even more money on our gas to make another trip back to their store for them to fix it. We asked them to mail us a refund or coupons but they do not mail out coupons. We feel they inconvenienced us in a big way and that they should make more of an attempt to correct their mistakes. For $28 they sent three burgers on buns , fries not bacon fries with cheese, Food quality in first order burgers were crisp, baked potatoes was dark yellow, old. French fries cold and oily. Wendy's made right, but not really. Replaced original order, but reorder condition the same for baked potatoes, they just drown the old shriveled potatoes in chives. I stopped in the drive thru today to grab a burger for my co-worker on my way back from a delivery. The line was short, only 2 cars ahead of me. So I wait...and wait...and wait. Well, almost 40 minutes later I finally pull up to the window to receive my food. A single burger. 40 minutes. I manage a small restaurant and we are understaffed, but I at least have the courtesy to let people know that it is going to be a long wait, so that they can decide if they would like to wait that long. On top of the 40 minute wait, the burger I received was cold, looked like it had been assembled by someone wearing a blindfold, and then stepped on. Ok so I RARLEY eat healthy stuff, but Wendy's Pecan Chicken Salad is my favorite thing ever! I always ask for extra dressing because let's be real I can't eat a salad without it! ( downside-you probably will have to as the cashier a few times for the extra dressing). This is the only location we will eat at. The manager Nicole from this location is tremendous. She takes care of the restaurant as if it was her own. She makes you feel like family. She checks up on you and makes sure you have anything you need. We always receive hot and fresh food at this location and I believe it's because of her. If I could give a no star review, I would. I went to the Wendy's on La Cholla near Walmart. While I was walking into the fast food restaurant, I seen 1 of the employees talking to someone in a car in the drive thru lane. Not from the inside, but on the outside. There was a car behind them that had to literally go around the the car as it was blocking the drive thru lane. I walk into Wendy's and I see a person coming from the kitchen area and looks at me without saying a word and goes to the drive thru window from inside.
