While out in the north oracle oro valley area stopped by In-N-Out for a quick lunch . This location has incredible views of the backside of the Catalina mountains ,a beautiful view like no other In-N-Out location view I've ever visited in Arizona or California! During a weekday lunch hour it wasn't crowded like others visited before. Recently rated as the top burger on a Yelp hamburger collection In-N-Out always delivers consistent quality food and service as well . The Oro Valley Marketplace where located is a newer shopping area with newer stores , plenty of parking , reminding me of newer areas in Orange County in Southern California. I regularly come here (weekly) but my recent experience makes me less likely to ever give them my business again. I was haphazardly handed my order and upon inspecting it at home I saw it was all wrong. I drove all the way back and advised them it was wrong. The MOD tried to argue that only 3 burgers were wrong and I should just take the 4th one. So one of us gets a cold soggy burger? I had to argue why they should make all fresh correct burgers when they messed it up and made me have to drive 25 min back and forth. They offered nothing to make it right for absolutely causing an hour long fiasco. Poor leadership and a lack of accountability leads to a poor customer experience. This was a quick lunch with my husband during our shopping day in the area. The service was fast and the burger was not bad. I don't like their fries. Very dry and no flavor. Low price for any of these items. I didn't give this review 5 stars because my burger was placed on a piece of paper not in a basket or a plate and I had to put in a fries basket to be able to eat it using a fork and knife and not use my fingers since it does not contain any buns. The place was busy as any other restaurant at lunch time. The Flying Dutchmen item is from the secret menu and it's for anyone on the carnivore diet or if you are like me allergic to gluten. First time trying a burger here for lunch. It did not disappoint. I heard that their hamburgers are free from additives, fillers and preservatives. The burger I had was very flavorful and delicious. I was surprised how good it actually was. The fries were really good while they were hot. Once they cooled down they got hard and tasteless. This afternoon my other half and I were craving In 'n Out burgers so off we went. We stopped at the Oro Valley location and Inwas not disappointed. I ordered mx usual, Grilled Cheese with fresh onion, fries and a drink. My guy? He had the Double Double, fries and drink. So far I don't believe I've been disappointed in my meal. It's always has fresh quality produce, sandwich buns and delicious sauce or Spread as they call it. Yes, they are enforcing having customers stand at the yellow line. We skipped a free day at a Casino to taxi (no Uber in the olden days!) to eat my favorite Burger from my life in California. Not disappointed then. Not disappointed now. Not ever disappointed with the I & O. I kneel at their fry altar, their juicy fresh cut taters, their perfect size burger patties. They're so old school, it's sexy! Thanks In-N-Out but more importantly, thanks BK! The rest of my experience starts here; The Burger King restaurant in Catalina (Tucson) AZ needs to be managed properly. On September 21st of 2021 I placed an online order through the BK App, paid, was charged, then received a receipt and went to pick it up. Noticing the drive through was packed, I decided to walk in and pick up our lunch. I waited for several minutes until I was asked what I could be helped with and provided my online order number. The "manager" said she didn't have a "ticket" for me. I explained again, I was there to pick up my order and she replied "I don't have a ticket for you, I can't do anything for you". It was at this time that I showed her my receipt and the location for pickup. After realizing she could not problem solve I told her to either 1. Refund me or 2. Give me my food. She threatened to call the cops, I began to get irritated with him/her. After some back and forth, she disappeared. I then walked outside to call BK cooperate. So, as a customer I was told to leave, Cops were called, and to add, the manager wouldn't give me her name (massive woman with a boy hair cut). Then to add insult to injustice she followed me out of the restaurant and told me she would give me food "this time" but next time I would have to pay. I could go on and on about how I was embarrassed and degraded, but in the end it's very simple. Either service me or refund my money. She couldn't do that then went on to tell me and my wife we "weren't allowed back in her restaurant". I will never support an establishment like this with my hard earned money nor would I want anyone to waste theirs here as well. He's the sweetest, most genuinely friendly fast food worker I have ever experienced. His parents are raising him right. Clean inside and out you can watch them as they prepare food. We love sitting outside. Tonight our view was of the fire on the mountain. Hurry up rain! The crew is cautious with the virus, I observed customers wanting refills and saw the workers refill by using smaller disposable cups and then tossing them out to prevent contamination. They do point out to not cross any lines and only certain amount of indoor seating per protocol. We always prefer outdoor seating usually. We are from El Paso so we don't get to go to In N Out Burger very often so while we were on our trip, we decided to grab dinner here! First I want to say, this location is very quick and efficient! The line was LONG but we didn't wait as long as I expected we would. One thing I like about this location, is that in the drive through you can see them doing everything from making the burgers, fries, and shakes to packing everything up! Now onto the food, I ordered a double with fries, my brother ordered a double with animal styles fries, my sister in law got a regular burger with anima fries, and my nephew and niece got a cheeseburger with fries! This means that you no longer need to eat your meal in the parking lot with your car air conditioning running after going through the drive through. My favorite is the Double Double hamburger, French fries and a Chocolate Shake. This runs close to $10 after taxes, but it is awesome quality and taste for the money. The drinks are regular soft drink. I tried a chocolate shake but did not enjoy it - was not chocolaty enough. But the FRIES! we keep going back cause we love the simple menu - it might be nice to have a chicken sandwich but hey - they can sure make fabulous fries and a decent burger. We walked in the restaurant and it wasn't crowded or anything. We came here a second time, but through the drive thru. They have a glass window as you drive thru...so you can watch them make my food. America, hop on this trend. I like knowing how my food is handled. ANYWAYS...excuse my ADD moment, but the cashier was super kind and welcomed us in. I looked around and the restaurant was very clean. When I looked at the menu. I was literally shocked how cheap it was. I mean...where was this when I was broke and just moved out? You can get a Double Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and their special sauce with fries and a shake for around $6. Once I saw those prices I was quick to judge and say..."its prolly equal tasting to Mcdonalds" I was so wrong in every way. It was actually quite the opposite. They were clean, friendly, and quick. The quality of the burger was way better than I expected and tasted fresh. The fries were delicious..nice and crisp, and a good amount. However, the shake could have been a little better. I ordered chocolate, and it was more like vanilla. I asked the cashier if they could add more chocolate. He said "I can try"...wait what? try? Still didn't taste anything like chocolate.
