Don't recommend coming to this Place, if you support your veterans I went last night 02/26. Drive thru with my lady who is a US Air Force veteran. A young gentleman took our order and once we asked for "Military discount" he then proceeded with a comment stating "America home of the free even tho it isn't free" which then I replied with "ok how will you get out the matrix?" To change the subject on not being so dark. However, he then continued and made a disturbing statement " I will wait till Trump (Our current president) ruins our country so I can be a refugee" then after he stated "I hate this country" Now I get it both parties are not aligned with each other but I respect every veteran that served this country and so should everyone that is from America. Ordered an ice cream cup for my kids meal on the app a little before 9pm after i got off work. I walked in to go get my order that i had to still wait 25-30 minutes for and heard an employee yell " who the hell is ordering ice cream right now" it was obviously me like 35-40 minutes ago you guys just take forever to get to orders. When i got my food a guy came up to me and said "we are out of ice cream could we offer you anything else" and i gave them my pick of what i wanted but i was still embarrassed because everyone on that shift knew it was me who had ordered ice cream when it wasn't available due to them prioritizing pre close than their customers. Food quality is great, service is great, and the best thing about this place is it's consistency. 9/10 I have 0 issues with my order and if I do it's usually because the portion sizes will be really random (strips or nuggets). I would give it a 5 star, but it's hard to do that with the prices being pretty expensive, so the value isn't really there like it used to, and is pretty much the reason why I don't go as much unfortunately. I walked in that day because the drive through line was so long. I thankfully only had three people ahead of me in line and was able to get out quickly within ten minutes. Iced tea really tasted like tea. Small fruit salad was arranged delightfully and satisfying. Potatoes are unsalted, so you can adjust to your preference. Spicy sandwich is indeed spicy, solid medium level and didn't need more (while still being able to taste food). The kale salad was delicious, soft and crisp at the same time, honey adds perfect touch of sweetness and tastes like very good coleslaw. Service was lovely, hire ppl with disabilities nice 2 see. Restaurant was clean. Employees hardworking. Got some food to-go for a friend. Used the app for both orders. Not easy to find a place to eat if u sit alone. Note: This restaurant is a Chick-One restaurant, where they are trying out a limited menu. MISTAKES: on 1st order, they forgot the almonds in the "crunch" salad. Yet included condiments that I didn't ask for. On take-out they forgot the #bacon on to the club sandwich and that was really disappointing. These seem like very basic mistakes, not to mention food I was shorted, so I don't appreciate it. Bad 1st impression, but I still respect the company. Not sure what happened to their front door that day, either. In future I will be more picky & pushy about orders, but it's not my style. If that kind of mistake happens again, I'll prob take business elsewhere, because I don't recall other fast food chains making those kinds of mistakes.
