We love Chick-fil-A, but this is the first time I've had a negative experience. I ordered through the app and when I was 3 minutes away they started making my meal per their app alerts. I waited in the parking lot 10 minutes before calling them and asking how long more. This is now 13-14 minutes after I had put the order in. When I called the person answering felt confused about my order and by the time the person came to bring my order, and had to go back in to bring a missing drink, it was almost 20 minutes from when I first ordered. My food was one step warmer than cold so I was not happy. I said thank you, because the guy delivering the food was nice enough and just left. I usually don't leave bad reviews but when something occurs over and over it must be addressed. The young fellow with the shaggy hair that runs the drive thru on weekday mornings needs a serious attitude check. Never ever dealt with a CFA worker with such a nasty attitude. Visited this location once and won't be returning. Very inefficient staff who also lack attention to detail. I've been here a handful of times, every single time I've stepped foot in through the door, I have been kindly greeted by Tonya. She is one the most hard working employees I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant, she is extremely hands on and attentive. She was sanitizing food trays and table markers while I was in line (other cashiers were busy) she immediately stopped what she was doing and took my order. Right before I left, she saw me walking my tray towards the trash disposal and took care of it for me (while she was cleaning tables) she is going above and beyond and out of here way for customers. She's is outstanding person, not just for Chick-fil-A standards, but in general. I hope Tonya is getting the appreciation and treatment she deserves at this location. I was surprised at how busy it was at lunchtime. Very long line of cars and a packed house inside. With all of that they were still able to get my order out to me quickly. I like all the choices for sauces and they have good sweet tea. I was disappointed at the size of my chicken strips. It looked like a kids meal. My wife and I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on Oracle Road near the Tucson Mall. We ordered and everything they did at this location was a 100%. All the employees were great. The food was great, etc. The only problem that I had was with the Customer Service employees. I'm not going to mention them by name, they know who they are. I recieved a survey from Chick-fi-A that I completed online and did not get a code to enter on my receipt. They asked me for my email and the serial number that I used.They said it did not match and wrong serial number. I asked​ if I could take a photo and send it to them and they could not answer me. They know who they are and did not solve my problem. I am a Veteran an 78 years old and worked in retail my previous 20 years up until now. I would have never got away with helping a guest the way they treated me on the phone. I always use and they said the serial number the contact them.I tried doing that and it not available at this time. I suggest using this location. They did nothing wrong. The problem was with customer service for not taking care of a problem that the receipt says do the survey and get a free sandwich.That's were the PROBLEM WAS. read more

We visited during lunch time and the drive thru line was very long, but they got everyone in and out very quick. The order taker was peppy, had a can do attitude and made me feel like it was a joy to take my order. It was an awesome experience. They made the food correctly with no error. The chicken sandwich was crunchy, melt in your mouth and hot. The fries were the same and the lemonade, perfection. When I go to Chick-Fil-A, it is always a conundrum as to what to order because everything there is so delicious! Should I get nuggets or strips? Sandwich? Regular or spicy? Shake? Freshly squeezed lemonade? IceDream? A different dessert? Oh, and the waffle fries! Never disappoints. I really like their Chick-Fil-A sauce for dipping. It has a sort of honey mustard taste with a smokiness to the flavor. Yummy. Good for dipping the fries, too. But if you just like ketchup with fries, they serve Heinz Ketchup, the best there is. How do they cook their chicken to be so tasty and moist? However you get it, it is always cooked to perfection. Their shakes are great. I've had the peppermint during the holiday season, and the peach during its season, and their regular flavors of chocolate and strawberry. All are very good. I love their service. Disappointed. Although I believe Chick-fil-A stands a head above her competitors in the space referred to as "Fast Food," my experience today left me disappointed with the "Eat Mor Chikin" company. Fast food, by its very nature, is about volume; and, as such, quality control is an everpresent challenge. Today they fell short in the quality arena. I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich from this location and discovered "Eat Mor Chikin" didn't apply to my sandwich. My lunch was more closely associated with "Eat Mor Greasy Breading." I'll try to attach a photo to this review, but if it fails just know the breading on one side was thicker than the chicken. Moreover, that slab of greasy breading leaves me with indigestion as I author this review. I don't ever recall not finishing a meal a Chick-fil-A before today. So I gave him my 8 count meal with Arnold Palmer (sweet tea) order. No smile from him or any engagement the whole time. Cool.... Waited to get to the window to find out he put my drink in wrong. I wanted an Arnold Palmer w/ sweet tea. He put it as a diet lemonade and unsweetened tea?? So the girl at the window starts question me like it was my fault and she couldn't believe he put it in wrong... dude... I was very calm but wanted to start flipping a little. Then my order of the 8 count w/ fries wasn't ready. Everyone before me got theirs. She said go to the drive thru parking spots. Okay cool, so I did that AFTER they corrected my drink. Sat there and realized she never gave me a straw (head lowers in annoyance) so the girl brings me my order and walks away super quick before I can mention my straw and I realized I never was asked about sauces! No sauces y'all! The whole time I waited cars were getting their food and leaving, so what the heck happened with my order??? Why was mine so hard to complete?? I don't understand. After an order mishap, I called and spoke to Ashley (one of the managers) and explained our problem. I had ordered at the drive-thru and was mistakenly given spicy chicken tenders when I ordered the mild (original) version. She was very apologetic and offered to comp our entire meal on our next visit. Today I went inside the restaurant around 9:30am and sure enough she had my name in a book behind the counter with our order written down perfectly! The cashier was a very friendly young man who made sure the food was exactly what we wanted. Their chicken is beyond compare! I only wish they would bring their cole slaw back to the menu!
