What's not to love? Great prices, good food, and a little something for everyone. As a non-meat eater, I usually get the grilled cheese with whole grilled onions and chopped chilies. I like that they offer various customization options without increasing the price. The Neapolitan shake is a nice treat and at $3 and change, super affordable! My partner always enjoys her meat burgers, and fries. Service is quick and friendly, no complaints here. I do wish they offered an actual veggie patty option, I'd be here more often read more

We managed to get out West again, Tuscan, AZ, and there was no way I was not going to the In-N-Out Burger. I like the In-N-Out. Fresh hamburgers. They make their own fries. Very reasonably priced. I had their #1 item ordered, a Double-Double, two burger patties, dressed up with lettuce, tomato, little Russian type dressing and pickles on a soft hamburger bun. My wife had a single. Did I mention they make their own French fries..cradle to stomach. They were busy. I mean busy. In-N-Out is set up to handle crowds. They must have 12-15 people working together as a team. Everyone was smiling and into their work. Happy. I was happy we got to talked to people who go often. What a following they have. Cash or cards. Plenty of parking even though right next to the store they were building a large car wash. In-N-Out looks like a burger joint with both inside and outside seating. Nothing overly special here. I like to avoid fast food but this Is a good fast food place.. I have been many times, the service was fast and efficient and the food came along quickly. Staff really cared and wanted you to be happy. That's consistent with all the different in and out.I've been to in california and other places in the west. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Having said that the service was fast and efficient . It's also about being realistic about the food. This is not a high in bistro but it's a great burger place. I find the The small burger and the small fries are plenty enough for me. They also have a secret menu, That's not-so-secret anymore and they even have a section on their website that says the not so secret menu. That you can google and see some of the choices you have, Normally I get grilled onions, They also have chopped chili's that they can put on your fries or in a burger. And sometimes i've had what's known as a neapolitan shake which is chocolate vanilla strawberry layers in a shake. It's a great choice for a fast food restaurant. The parking area is a little small so normally I don't go in.I just do the drive through at this location. read more

Tonight I pulled into the drive thru a little bit before close and received the absolute best service from a young lady named Karla. props to this girl for being upbeat and welcoming despite the late time and the fact that i wanted to add something to my order despite already ordering. Lines were short and service was good. It was pretty busy, so me and my friends sat outside. The tables were clean and the weather was pleasant. Our food was ready in just a few minutes, despite ordering nearly ten burgers. $60 for a full meal of 7 people is a steal. I got a pink lemonade, which was decent and some root beer which was great. Idk why, but at this location, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onion BETWEEN the meat patties. At every other location I've been to it is never a problem. I thought IN N OUT was only a California thing. I had no idea they were in Arizona!!! To my surprise when I was looking to find something to eat I happened to stumble upon IN N OUT! The quality is just as good. The staff is just as friendly. It was really close to were I was staying at so I had it a couple of times during my stay in Arizona. The best thing to eat here for me is of course the double double with animal fries and soda. I was also not aware of how late they close. A lot of restaurants where I was staying at closed at 8pm, but thankfully this location closed at 1:30 am. It was a great surprise to know that IN N OUT was in Arizona! Great quality food as always!!! Happy I came. read more

Love the basic food menu because it's so yummy. I will always feel better about myself when I get my burger wrapped in lettuce ;). I also love their yellow peppers! Amazing customer service but horrible drink/food. I appreciated the customer service, when I arrived they asked how I'm doing but my drink was probably the worst drink I've ever had. The soda was flat & tasted like dirty water with no ice, extremely disappointed with the soda but The burger lettuce was full of water so ruined the whole burger. Please dry the lettuce after washer then applying to burger, it makes a huge difference. read more

I have been to several In-N-Out burgers over the past couple of years and they have been consistently good, however the one at Tucson Mall on Oracle Road has been consistently bad. The buns have been overcooked, dry, the sauce is minimal and the burgers just do not taste the same. Last week, my husband and I thought we didn't get any lettuce in our burgers at the Oracle Road location, only to find out that the let us was wadded up like a golf ball in the center of the burger, not even visible from the side of the burgers. I implore you to drive to another In-N-Out in Tucson if you want to enjoy a good burger because the Tucson Mall location burgers are not up to the standard of other In and Outs anywhere. read more

Nutty, honey, Carmely (if that's a word) and I especially enjoy the crunch from the Phyllo dough! It can get busy there, however, it was pretty quiet for a Thursday. There are PLENTY of places to sit and they even have plug availability /charging stations for your phone! Casual setting. I fear i might have hooked myself on Greek food, so I'll be on the hunt for other places, stay tuned lol! A total win here, I'll be back !

The counter server was very soft spoken so it was difficult to hear anything he said over the loud music. I was disappointed that their combos don't include a drink. I ordered a combo #3 that was $13.49 for a slider, a tender and a small fry. Then I had to drop another $2.19 for a small soda. That's a total $15.68 for a lunch combo meal! Way too expensive! It took me 15 minutes to get my combo. People who came in after me received their food before me. The food was marginal at best. The tender in the slider was warm and tender/soft. The side tender was dry and stringy. The seasoning they use was too salty for my taste, and wasn't very hot. Less salt and more hot would have been much better. The fries were warm but very dry. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, especially the front door that was encrusted with oil, grease and seasoning. And worst of all I was bothered by at least 4 flys throughout my lunch there. Overall, not impressed at all. Highly doubt I will ever return to this restaurant.

This is the worst service I've had in my life! I do not know where to start. First of all I was discriminated by the server or worker named Brandon, he was offensive and racist against me and my company. We were mocked by a worked named Brandon for speaking Spanish and were disgracefully discriminated. We were laughed at and we felt horribly bad for that. The restaurant is not bad. The service was good besides Brandon being racist towards my friends and I. I do not recommend this for anybody if Brandon is working there. I apologize for my long paragraph but something had to be said about this individual working at in n out on Oracle road. I am deeply ashamed of such a company worker involved in this situation. Such trouble some behavior could lead to hazardous situations. I would hate for myself to become less of a in n out consumer because of Brandon please do something about this issue. Burgers and Fries delicious as always. Until....... There was no ketchup even know I ask for some, for some weird reason the person did an action that looked like she was putting ketchup in the bag. When I drove all the way home looked in the bag no ketchup -____________-. Really. (This was 3 months ago) Today I went here went to the drive thru. Asked for 3 ANIMAL STYLE BURGERS and fries. I had to repeat it at least 2 times but then decided to drive up to the window and told her. Luckily I looked in the bag to see if there is ketchup and there is :). Our family stopped by this In-N-Out location recently and had a great experience. The burgers were fresh, hot, and made exactly how we ordered them. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The fries were crispy, and everything was prepared quickly even though it was busy. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. It's always a solid choice when we want something simple, fresh, and consistent. ANIMAL STYLE!!!! Any time I'm in the area I have to stop at In-N-Out Burger. I order a double double protein style and animal style. Highly recommended. It'll come with no bun only lettuce and the patty is cooked in a mustard sauce and then topped with sauteed onions. read more

There is an employee called Brandon that was very racist to me and my friends. We were talking in spanish and he was mimicking and mocking us when he clearly did not know how to speak spanish. I hope they act upon this behavior because racism is very disgusting read more

In n Out is hands down my favorite fast food places. The shakes and the burgers are the best around. The only problem with this location is the drive through is slow. Other than that i love this place. read more
