I selected the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen, and my husband chose the Spicy Chicken Sandwich accompanied by waffle fries. Both dishes were exceptionally good; in fact, I would even go so far as to say it was the finest chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. I am still thinking about that chicken sandwich and eagerly anticipate my next visit. There was one individual attending to the counter, and I am unsure of the number of staff working in the kitchen. Nevertheless, the service was quite commendable. They offer a compact dining area indoors and a few tables on their patio. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for both their Ramen and their outstanding fried chicken. I certainly plan to explore other items on their menu during my next visit.

That said, their chicken really is is good. The breading is nice and crunchy and the white meat is tender and juicy. Love the dipping sauce. I like their fries -- they are crinkle cut and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Not a big fan of their coleslaw, but YMMV. Plenty of seating inside with booths, but we had a big group and they have a great long table for a large crew. If you are craving chicken tenders, this is the place to go.

First Impressions:…read more This was my first time trying this place, and I'll be honest -- I was pretty excited. I've heard a lot of hype from friends and online, so I had high expectations going in. Visually, the food looked fine when I opened the box, but unfortunately, that's where the excitement started to fade. Interactions: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. They handled my order professionally and made the experience on the customer service side a positive one. Service: The food came out on time, and I didn't have any issues with the ordering process. Everything was packed neatly, and nothing was missing from the order. Food: Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to the hype for me. Everything was noticeably cold by the time I sat down to eat, and even beyond the temperature, the taste and texture were underwhelming. The fries were bland and limp, the chicken tenders lacked flavor, and the toast felt more like an afterthought than a real side. The sauces were the only thing that gave the meal some life, but they couldn't carry it on their own. Value: Considering the price and the reputation, I was expecting better quality. It didn't feel like I got the freshness or flavor I've heard so much about, which was disappointing for a first-time visit. Recommendation: I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I also believe in honest feedback. While I was really let down this time around, I'm open to the idea that maybe I just caught them on an off day. I might give it one more shot in the future, but as of now, I'm not in a rush to return.

I ordered a full chicken specifically because I wanted two chicken breasts. When I got home, I noticed there was only one breast and three thighs instead. It's not a huge deal, and I'll still come back, but when you order a full chicken, especially at that price, it's nice to get exactly what you asked for. Overall, they do a good job, and this is still one of my preferred spots when I want something quick, warm, and reliable.

Then I saw their breakfast combo deal (breakfast burro, salad or wrap, and a drink for $10.99) and couldn't pass it up. I ordered the Fiesta breakfast burro and it was SO good. The turkey sausage was fabulous -- I'm not a fan of big chunks of sausage in my burros, and this was a perfect fine crumble. Every bite was balanced. I also got the Green Reviver drink. You can definitely taste the freshly blended fruits and veggies. It had a little viscosity at first, and I wasn't totally sure about it on the first sip... but wow, it grew on me fast. Kind of addicting, actually. For later, I grabbed a Cobb salad with chicken and it was super fresh and flavorful. The avocado slices were generous (which I love) and everything tasted crisp and just-made. I'm eating great today thanks to this combo and will absolutely be back. The counter server was very soft spoken so it was difficult to hear anything he said over the loud music. I was disappointed that their combos don't include a drink. I ordered a combo #3 that was $13.49 for a slider, a tender and a small fry. Then I had to drop another $2.19 for a small soda. That's a total $15.68 for a lunch combo meal! Way too expensive! It took me 15 minutes to get my combo. People who came in after me received their food before me. The food was marginal at best. The tender in the slider was warm and tender/soft. The side tender was dry and stringy. The seasoning they use was too salty for my taste, and wasn't very hot. Less salt and more hot would have been much better. The fries were warm but very dry. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, especially the front door that was encrusted with oil, grease and seasoning. And worst of all I was bothered by at least 4 flys throughout my lunch there. Overall, not impressed at all. Highly doubt I will ever return to this restaurant.
