The crab was spot on -- easy to crack open, and the meat came out full and clean without having to fight with the shell. That's a huge sign of perfectly cooked crab. The shrimp was also cooked just right, tender and flavorful, not overdone at all. The sauce was incredible and tied everything together perfectly. Every bite had bold flavor, and even the sides soaked up the seasoning really well. Overall, this was one of the best seafood boil experiences we've had in Tucson.
