I went here this past week and used to love it however they've had some changes and now I was not a fan at all!!! I won't be going back! The crab puffs were so crabby there were chunks and I think onion also... yuck! I love crab puffs & used to get them before but no thank you! I got the teriyaki chicken and it was ok, it was very peppery and was disappointed they no longer have bourbon chicken. I also got the sweet & spicy chicken can't remember the name and that was pretty good but I just wish they'd trim the meat a little better and not so much fat! The chicken fried rice was awful, didn't even taste like chicken fried rice and was very bland and very peppery. I couldn't even eat it, it was so awful!! The lo mein also very bland, looked weird and orange looking and no flavor and hardly any juice to it. I used to love the rice and lo mein and I couldn't even eat it because it was not good at all!! The portions are pretty big, rice and lo mein was a bit skimpy but just bummer the food isn't good anymore and waaay overpriced for a 2 meat tray with rice and lo mein with a soda and crab puffs I spent 22$ and that was a total waste because the food was awful!! The cashier didn't seem to speak or understand English, I asked her about the bourbon chicken and she was responding but didn't make any sense to what I asked.. super frusturating! We ordered orange chicken and a plate with noodles and grilled chicken. Our 3 girls ate the orange chicken and all 3 of them got sick after eating the orange chicken. My husband and I are fine as we did not eat the orange chicken. My girls are having food poisoning symptoms. Will never eat here again and will be requesting a refund. read more

When you want something close to Panda Express, this joint will do the job. Price point is very affordable (at least it was when I went) and serving portions are HUGE. I shared my 2 plates with a friend and it was so much we saved some for the following morning. The spicy chicken, bourbon chicken and honey chicken were all delicious. I really enjoyed their bean fried rice because it tasted good and seemed healthy. Veggies and regular fried rice were also on point. I thought the chow mien noodles were a little irregular, but overall I was happy to eat the food. Definitely not the healthiest food available. Still, the food tastes good and it is very filling. This is one of the options in the Tucson Mall. They hype their bourbon chicken and that's what I chose to have. It came with rice and vegetables. The vegetables were tender and nice. The chicken was tender but had some burnt areas. I did like the flavor of the chicken though. It was a good size portion and comes in a styrofoam box whether for takeout or eating there. I said "May I speak with a manager because you are very rude." "she said yes" all smug and disrespectful. She then grabbed a guy from the back of the restaurant with the same uniform as her. This location is currently closed. The mall office says they have a range hood problem but I am not sure if that is true as I read a review recently that stated some people got food poisoning. I think the name is mis leading as this seems more like a panda express type eatery. I lived in New Orleans and their menu has no connection to Cagun food. I am unsure when they will open again. Google states they are open so I would call them first to check on whether they are really open. read more

I LOVE this place. I am so glad they give out free samples or else I probably would have never tried it but I am SO glad I did. It is ten times better than panda express (which is right next door). All this place needs is cream cheese ragoons and I'd probably never go to Panda express ever again. Now whenever I want lunch and am anywhere near the Tucson mall I stop here. For food court food that isnt a large chain its pretty good. Every time i visit the Tucson Mall this is my spot to grab a quick bite to eat and its inexpensive. For $8 you get a choice of fried rice or steamed rice, a veggie or spring roll, and 2 meats... what a ganga! I normally get the bourbon chicken and the blackened chicken-- mmm mmm good. My wife and I ate here for lunch at the Tucson Mall food court. We got the honey chicken among other things. All was good until I bit into a larger piece of chicken. It wasn't cooked all the way. My wife had more big pieces than I and she noticed the same thing on hers. She then took hers and my pieces up to let them know and to get our money back on at least one meal since everything else was, well, ok. The manager, do not know her name, turned from my wife and told the kitchen about the problem. My wife then proceeded to tell her we would like to have a refund on her meal due to the way undercooked chicken. The manager then gave her a hard time about the rest of the food (we had two meats, rice, and potatoes) being pretty much eaten and saying she has to pay rent. Never said anything about being sorry and will make sure that it will not happen again. Then she turns to the food vender next to her food place and starts mouthing off to them about everything. I then went up to straighten it all out. She took my wife's receipt, pulls the money out and gives it to her while mouthing off the hole time to us and the food vender next to her. Of course, rent came up several times. Not, we made a mistake and thank you for letting us know. I told her, maybe people need to know about her undercooked chicken. She just keep mouthing off. So I turned and announced it to everyone that was around. It's not right that food places like this serve food undercooked to there customers and give customers a hard time for something they did completely wrong. A simple sorry, I will get on it right away and let me take care of your bill or replace this old with fresh would have been great. Not so hard! Needless to say, we will not be returning there, nor recommend. We never saw her replace the rest of the chicken either. Please BEWARE!
