If Stephanie and Karen aren't there this place SUCKS !! We went in there last night for burgers ,, Huge Mistake,, Sierra was at the counter but didn't know how to listen and didn't give a shit. We ordered 3 burgers one large fries and and 3 drinks again big mistake. 2 of the burgers were wrong those were fixed after some wait time the coffee and shake took forever to get and,, in the dining room the tea dispensers were empty, I let someone know who brought out watery very weak tea , I asked for my money back which came much later, the tea in the back was wrong and the tea in the dining room was missing, the whole tile we were there no one made Tea, but hey I got a free large water and my 3.25 back eventually . I was a fast food manager for many years , I saw the issues immediately but no one else did. All those people are long on mouth and short on ears but they don't care. This was my first time at whataburger and I really enjoyed it. The buffalo Boneless wings were very scrumptious along side the Dr Pepper milkshake. The place wasn't crowded so me and my best buddy could chill in the restaurant with no problem or issue at all. I recently ate from this Whataburger location for lunch and it was a less than pleasant experience. I ordered from the mobile App for convenience. It was a curbside order that was made fresh & fast. My soda was nasty, it tasted diluted with no flavor or carbonation. My burger was cold. My French were cold also. The order was prepared accurately, but it felt like everything had been sitting on the counter getting cold before brought to my car. Okay I am writing this review for the primary purpose of commenting on the way this restaurant is handling the pandemic guidelines. The restaurant is doing a class A job on this front. I felt safe during the time I went in until leaving. Do note I am speaking only about going inside and ordering to go. I cannot say that the customers inside eating were doing a good job of social distancing. In fact they get an F. However the staff were all wearing mask and the correct way. They blocked off the self serve soda machines and had a staffer attending to your drinks. The restaurant had arrows for you to follow up on entering and exiting. Went for lunch today. Had the jalapeño cheese burger. It was huge and tasty. The toppings were fresh, the fries were crisp. Can't complain about the food but the star of the show was the service. just walked by around 2 am because i do not have a car. i was intrigued by the OPEN 24 HOURS sign that took up one of the windows at this restaurant. As i tried to enter the restaurant, the doors were all locked. As i signaled to an employee that i wanted to dine at the establishment, an employee yelled at me "NO, GET OUT OF HERE" i am disappointed that a food establishment would advertise themselves as 24 hours and then actively deny those not fortunate enough to have a car. This place is supposed to be the In-and-Out of the Southwest. Everyone from Texas, New Mexico and Arizona swear the burgers and fries are better, so I was road-trippin' through Tucson and needed to try it (again) so I could post an "official" review. I got the #1 meal, a single 4-oz burger patty with fries and a drink. I got the single patty because I wanted to add the trimmings they offer as upgrades to burgers -- jalapeños, bacon and cheese. The burgers also come with lettuce, pickles, mustard and onion. Pretty good set up. That cost $8.88 all-in. Couple of things I like about the way they serve the meal inside the restaurant: 1) they give you a number and bring it to you at the table, and 2) when they bring it to you they also have a bunch of sauces to choose from, including two different types of Whataburger ketchup: the Fancy and the Spicy. The Fancy is your standard ketchup and tastes a lot like McDonald's ketchup. The Spicy has a Sriracha taste to it, and isn't too spicy. Both are pretty good, but are on the sweet side. But I'm a ranch dressing kind of guy when it comes to fries, so I like that hey also have their own ranch dressing. The ranch is also good, though it's not too much different from buttermilk Hidden Valley Ranch. The fries are great, crispy and come in good portion. But again, taste a lot like McDonald's fries. The burger is unique -- it's a little wider and flatter than In-and-Out, and the patty has a unique flavor, too. There's no mayo, no special sauce, you have to get the trimmings of cheese, jalapeño and bacon are a must to really get the unique taste. It's a little chilly inside the restaurant but, then again, I'm in Arizona so...I guess I'd rather be inside and cold than outside and cooking in the heat. One advantage Whataburger has over In-and-Out? They're open 24 hours! Nothing worse than needing some greasy food after a long night out, and then finding out that In-and-Out is closed . Whataburger is super good, and anytime I'm near a location I'm coming through. But come on Southwest folks, let's be honest, this is no In-and-Out. read more

Just went through the drive thru & got the kids meal of chicken strips with gravy. Got home & guess what, no gravy for dipping. Tried to eat the chicken without any dipping sauce & literally could not eat it. It was so dry & cold & so thick with breading. It was awful & not worth eating. My husband got a burger & he liked it. But I doubt very much if I try going there again. My expectations might be too much to expect everything in the bag after paying the prices that we have to pay so that the employees can get their 15.00 an hour. I did call the location to let them know that it was missing part of the order. They offered to make it good but I don't want to go back! Don't leave without double checking your order is correct!! If your order isn't right, they tell you to drive it back and return it to them in order to get a refund. Otherwise the rude female employee (as mentioned in other reviews) will tell you that you can only get credit on your receipt for, "the meal you wanted". Wait times are also very long, for some unknown reason in the middle of the night. So, don't recommend this place if you're on night shift and trying to grab a snack and head back to work. read more
