I politely asked if it could be remade, only to be told, "That's just how we make it." That excuse was especially frustrating because the table next to us had ordered the exact same thing. I had actually seen theirs, which is why I ordered it in the first place. Theirs was NOT burnt. So clearly, "that's just how we make it" was not an acceptable explanation.
