Super friendly service for fast fresh food!! Honestly so impressed with how generous and kind everyone was. We had to wait like two minutes for the beans to be drained and they gave us free chips. Love that they have vegetarian options! Plenty of seating inside but we took it to go. There was a line but it moved fast! read more

I'm quite disappointed with my visit overall but I can easily say that my chicken bowl and the drink were fantastic. I actually really love these new drink editions they have of organic juice mixes, I'd say it was the savior of the experience. Ordering was easy, the staff were good in that area. It was when we sat down and ate that I found myself disliking the experience. It felt like limited seating selections because there were serval tables and parts of the floor that were covered in food crumbs and trash. And the chips were stale and crusted with salt. We didn't feel compelled to ask the staff for new ones because the 'vibe' didn't feel open to that. If you know what I mean , then you'd understand that service positions are most appreciate when they support one enjoying the overall experience. Lastly, for having 4 people staffed, it didn't seem like it made sense for the place to be dirty, chips to be stale, one of the staff to be very obviously texting constantly and the other walking around the kitchen eating. Seems like they could be doing more to support the 'image' of the company and the people who come to buy food. Hopefully it's better next time. We've been to this location before and didn't experience this. read more

Been here many times (not this location) but it's a great spot! Food: As expected, food is tasty, fresh and hot! Service: I'm always amazed how fast the lines move with it always being so packed every time I visit! So I'm grateful. Price: I think the biggest con to this place is the price. Tbh, spending 22 dollars for a bowl, extra protein and guac with a drink, is insane. Recommendation: I'd still recommend this place just because it's always good, consistent and overall just a good experience. read more

Truly understand that this is considered fast food, but every time I come to this particular location they skimp on the meat and guacamole portions. Almost $3 now for a side of guac. And they seem to always give less than the normal amount at other locations. Same with the meat servings, I get what seems half of what I usually get at other locations. Prices keep going up and quality and portions go down. read more

Great food! Just found out about a kids meal which includes 2 tacos, drink & either chips or fruit! For $5 not a bad deal, especially if you aren't really hungry! They were fast & efficient as always, and restuarant was clean. Couldn't ask for anything more! read more

I genuinely don't understand how a restaurant justifies being "out" of items 2 HOURS before they close. I get off work late because I also work in a restaurant and went here for dinner. Not only was I rushed through the line but I was told they were out of veggies, white rice, black and pinto beans, and lettuce for the night... it's 8pm and they close at 10pm. Ridiculous read more

Genuinly the best chipotle I've ever had. I come here semi often but the chips were so stellar this time I had to leave a review. Probably the worst Chipotle I've been to. Mainly because of their portion sizes, you can tell they are trained to give very little of the obvious-meat, cheese, and Guac. Tons of rice, but when it came to meat very scarce, and the guac like a 1/2 scoop-not even the big scoop/hit ... I paid $2.70 for a TINY scoop of guac, was gone before I ate half. Hubby's bowl was half full. I asked for extra cheese and she sprinkled it on. Smallest bowls I've ever had at any Chipotle. If you think people don't notice, they DO. read more

The service was horrible. I got a quick quesadilla and the man taking my order said "what are you a liberal" and continued to be rude and disrespectful. The food was underdone as well. I wish I could go back and get a refund read more

Usually this is my go to place for food to go when I want something good and fresh! This time was disappointing in that the food was not right. Had the healthy bowl and it was mostly rice and very little else. To top it off the rice was way undercooked! So inedible I had to throw it out... Had I not gotten it to go I would have returned it immediately. Guess I'll think twice about one of my favorite places next time! read more

My 11/28/2023 dinner experience was awful. 1 bowl dish was made accurately. The other bowl was not accurately made. It was missing the salsa, the extra portions of cheese and sour cream were not added. I knew immediately when I ordered Chipotle that I was gonna regret it, but I also hoped that it wouldn't be regretted. read more

Amazing customer service, amazing food. The workers were so kind. When I asked for the brisket they told me there was a wait, and the manager offered free drinks for the wait. She was so kind. Ordered door dash, the sticker and label were correct but they placed it on the wrong food. The sticker clearly states bowel and it's on a burrito. Absolutely, disgusting. Horrible. I cannot believe they even call this a taco. The f****** Tortilla, the green part of it is so chewy. You can't even chew it and the meat inside is taste like dog food. I cannot believe it. And they gave me no salsa, so it's dry as hell. And I've never in my life headsouth towards East grand road. As much as I want to never go back to this place. How did these people stay open? And how do they charge so much for their food? I don't even understand why people would go there. read more

Good but not as fresh as used to be. We ordered online so there's no way to get extra pico...etc... The portions are much less but still a good amount. Will go to costa vida- much better and better price. read more

This location is really tight with the amount they serve you. I get way more at the location on Kino Blvd than I do here. My son picked me up tacos and they hardly put fajita veggies in it. Imagine a gorgeous day in a local park, lake nearby, swimming pool, ballpark, and a reserved shaded historic Ramada for friends, with a beer and wine permit... what's missing? We went online and ordered a complete catered buffet spread from the nearby Chipotle for 25 happy friends and family. The crew at Chipotle was amazing. They prepared fresh food, from scratch. I witnessed the staff prep, cook, package and carry to my SUV, all smiles. Our park party loved the Chipotle buffet with EVERYTHING fresh and smartly packaged, just like inside their Chipotle restaurant. Five BIG STARS from our group. read more

Put in a mobile order per my boyfriends request today to satisfy a craving for a burrito bowl. The food was adequate but our double chicken portion for his burrito bowl was actually smaller than a normal chicken portion and my quesadilla, while delicious, was hardly worth the hefty price tag. I downloaded yelp for this review. If you're thinking of going to chipotle drive the extra mile, this place just made a double serving of steak look like a pinch. Just sayin, if you're gunna charge 20 bucks for a burrito at least try to fill it. I can wrap my hand around it and I got "4" servings of meat in the thing. read more

Chipotle is great! I love the a la carte aspect of everything. Being able to customize my meal is the main reason I come here. I also like knowing that the quality of the ingredients is good. Chipotle has an app that allows me to order ahead and just run in and pick it up. Phenomenal!! I knock off one star because the rice is sometimes not quite cooked thoroughly. This is disappointing when you take a big bite of an otherwise perfect burrito and get a mouthful of crunchy rice. And sometimes the guacamole is a bit oversalted. None of these things prohibit me from coming, but I probably don't come as often as I otherwise might. Also, the location is a bit tricky to get in and out of because of the traffic on Grant and Tanque Verde. I know the store can't do anything about that, but it is a factor. read more

This is now the second time that I have come to this new location. And both times I've had the same girl take my order and she is so incredibly rude. She won't even greet you when she approaches you to take your order. She acts completely inconvenienced and annoyed the entire time, especially if you ask her to put anything Into your bowl or tacos, which is odd considering that's literally the he point of the restaurant. I've never felt so uncomfortable going to a Chipotle before. The food is fine, but I definitely won't be going back to this location. I suggest training your staff on being kind and respectful. I have worked in customer service for the past 14 years, so I understand what good customer service looks like, and this is definitely not it. Super disappointing. read more

Chipotle is usually a good option for me and I've been going to their restaurants for a long time (like 10 years). I've usually been happy with their consistency in terms of price and product, but I have to say I have been super disappointed the last couple times I went...to the point of totally avoiding now. Not sure if it's just this location, if it has to do with the struggles that COVID has presented for businesses basically everywhere, if there's a lack of care, or maybe a different supplier...maybe all the above. Regardless, the last two times I've gotten anything with meat, specifically the barbacoa and the steak, it has been super gristly and fatty to the point of completely putting me off and not being able to finish my meal. Really really bummed. read more

I came here midday very very helpful staff very friendly and good conversations. Cashier was absolutely lovely.

Chipotle is Chipotle, for the most part. A friend and I stopped in here for a quick lunch and while the parking was a little cramped, we managed to find a spot and go inside. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy and we didn't have to wait long in the line. The interior was clean and there wasn't a pile of trash at the trash can, like I've seen in other places before. I ordered the usual I get here: a burrito with chicken and a bunch of fixings, while my friend got a salad. The employees who helped us with our food were friendly and we paid and were out of there in no time at all. We ate our food at home and it was good. Standard fare, standard visit, but that's what I want when I visit a Chipotle. read more

This Chipotle location has kinks to work out for sure. I've gotten stale tortillas on more than one occasion, veggies that were cold and anemic looking, and sofritas that looked like they've been sitting in that bin since yesterday's lunch. I've passed up on guacamole that was almost completely brown on top. Why aren't they paying attention to how their food looks on the line and properly taking care of it? Oh, I know, cause the employees are always screwing around. On our last visit there, one employee kept screaming so loud that I couldn't hear the music over him and other customers were giving him dirty looks. But, on the plus side, they always give me a big portion of everything, and when I ask for more or less of something, they gladly oblige. The drinking fountain and seating area are also usually clean as well. I really hope this location gets itself together. Usually they do when they start off rough, so I have high hopes for them still. read more

Went to lunch here with some friends, have no major complains but my friend said her bowl tasted weird, no idea why. She got hers for free though, which definitely made up for it (even though it was before she complained... Hmm) Anyway, mine tasted great, and my guac was free! I come here often because the food is super quick to get on a school lunch break. Service is kind and generous, food is warm and bathrooms clean. Great job chipotle! read more

Chipotle has a high bar so it's tough to get a bad review from me. This location has an on point staff! Everything is always stocked, neat and good to go. I don't have quite the affinity for Chipotle as most people I know do, but Chipotle is usually a solid choice. It's fast, and I don't feel terrible after eating it. A burrito or bowl is usually two meals for me. I like their business model, and the ingredients are always super fresh. They have queso now, which is pretty awesome, but I do prefer Qdoba. Unfortunately, we don't have those in Tucson. The staff here is usually pretty good. Though, on my most recent visit, I got a trainee, and he was having a bit of a hard time. Another cashier made a mistake on the order ahead of mine, so it took longer than usual to check out. No biggie; it happens. The restaurant is clean, and I can get in and out quickly. read more

This is the nicest chipotle I've been too. Came here for Halloween and got two chicken bowls for $4 each because we were in costume. It was a crazy good deal. The chicken was super good and they hooked it up ingredient wise pilling that sucker with guacamole, black beans, cheese and sour cream. The staff were super happy and nice too. I was betwixt barbacoa and chicken (I don't come here often) and two of the employees suggested the chicken. I loved it. read more

I used to think this location was mediocre 2 years ago, but they have changed and compared to other nearby locations, they have the best food and service. I'd go out of my way for this location even if It means driving past several other Chipotles. The staff and managers never fail to deliver. Even if I'm having a rough day, I know I can expect to talk to a kind and positive human. Although I never sit down and eat here (I prefer to eat at home), I wouldn't hesitate to. One of my favorite restaurants! They are pretty quick with the lines and store is always clean. No diaper changing station in either bathroom and small parking lot are why I give it a 4 instead of a 5 star. The dining by area is usually really cold too read more

This Chipotle is a total crapshoot. The food is pretty much standard Chipotle fare as far as flavor goes, but sometimes you get someone who knows what they're doing and sometimes you get someone who clearly would rather be anywhere else. The last time I went, I had someone who was not only incredibly rude and didn't listen to what we ordered, she did something abso-freaking-lutely disgusting as well. Allow me to paint a picture: Three hungry people walk into Chipotle, ready for a delicious meal of non-GMO burrito bowls. We walk in and see this girl hurl her ungloved hand into the pan of chips in the back, shovel one into her mouth, and without washing or gloving her now saliva-smattered hand, shoves her hand back into the chips for another one. I was in shock and ready to go, but the gents I was dining with refused, mainly because they were starving, but also because they convinced themselves that if we were not getting chips it was okay. This same girl was in charge of salsafying my bowl, and I asked for one scoop of the pico and two scoops of the corn salsa. She ladeled two ginormous scoops of pico onto my bowl. Ordinarily, the difference between one and two of their regular sized portions of salsa isn't enough to get me agitated, but this had to have been the biggest scoop of salsa Chipotle has ever made, times two. When the cashier asked her what we had, she told him, in the worlds quietest voice, one chicken bowl and one veggie bowl. When he repeated what he thought she had said back to her, she said "No, try again!" This went on for several times, her refusing to repeat herself in the most condescending tone of voice possible. All I could think was, you aren't one to talk, being that you didn't put my requested amount of salsa on my bowl (I KNOW it's trivial, but I asked for it a specific way and my request was totally disregarded). Look, the times when they sort of mess up my order, or put things together in weird fashions are not enough to get my really riled up. But when you put your slobber in the chips you are going to serve to customers, patronize your fellow employees and not bother to listen to your customer, it is bothersome to me. And for this, they get two stars knocked off. read more
