I placed an order thru Uber Eats...first, our burritos weren't made the way we had order them. We also placed an order for a pint of beans. Los Betos forgot our beans. I called them and the girl who answered the call told me she placed the beans with the order and asked me if I was sure there were beans. She was adamant she put the pint of beans in the order. I told her why would I call if I wasn't sure??? Then she said I can stop by and pick them up. I replied why would I do that, the whole purpose of delivery is so I don't have to pick up. If I pick up the beans, I just wasted money on delivery and tip for delivery...it defeats the purpose of delivery. If I want a refund I would have to go in store, once again defeating the purpose of delivery. I am very disappointed Los Betos won't fix the problem they caused. First time there and ordered a chorizo burrito and super disappointed. Got home and started eating and the burrito was filled with papas in a red sauce with very little chorizo. The only thing I tasted was the papas. I will not be going here for my breakfast burritos. The rest of their food could be amazing just not the chorizo. read more

We came in ordered through the drive-through 2 carne asada burritos. 1 with only onion double meat and the second one with everything double meat. When we received our food the only onion burrito was labeled only onion but when we started eating the burrito it had tomatoes. Both burritos had tomatoes. Whoever prepared the food obviously knew we wanted onion only but they didn't bother to fix the burrito when they put the tomatoes. Instead they gave it to us like that. What if we had a tomato allergy. When we went back to the window the lady said she would fix it but when we got the corrected burrito that didn't have double meat. We got jibbed twice. I've ordered the steak egg cheese potato breakfast burrito and also the tomato onion egg cheese potato breakfast burrito and they were both very generous servings and both tasted great. The highlights are the tortilla and the fresh eggs and the super affordable pricing - and it's fast. We liked it! We had rolled tacos with cheese and quacamole and beef tacos. All very good. Prices were friendly! Very casual. Friendly counter service. We will be back. Breakfast burritos might be a common thing in Arizona but, I moved to OKC and they have zero breakfast burritos here anywhere. The closest I've found is in Midland Texas. So word to the wise, don't take your burros for granted and Los Betos is doing a great job. read more

This location has been the spot to go for the past couple of years for my family. We go on a cross country road trip and stop for breakfast burritos before hand. Craving a taco salad or carne asada burrito then stop on by. I really enjoy the chicken taco salad, it's been a current rave. P.S. the large fountain drink is foam and there is even a burrito that just has potato and carne asada! Yum! The food is not overpriced and has always tasted and looked good. Everyone serving food out of the drive thru has been extremely helpful and very nice. I recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They really have so many choices. read more

I've bought from the Valencia place for almost 10-years with no problem. Stopped by Saturday May 25 for two breakfast burritos. Ate one and half the other later. By Sunday morning I was down with food poisoning. As of today 5/27 I'm still sick. I new something tasted different when I ate them, boy was I ever right! I have eaten here twice and was not overly impressed either time. I will say that the chicken tacos are very flavorful and pretty good, but the chicken chimichangas were very soggy and "ok" at best. The portions are good sized. Wouldn't rule out a return visit, but wouldn't jump at it. Not very quick for a drive-thru restaurant. read more

I stopped in for a breakfast burrito the other morning. I wasn't impressed - it was a potato, egg, and cheese burrito. The potato's were like tiny frozen french fries, hmm.... not good, also not a huge fan of the watery salsa cups that come with it. I also wish they had orange juice to purchase with breakfast, orange soda just didn't do it for me. Visiting Tucson for a few days, came here for dinner because we were tired of driving and it's walking distance from where we stayed. This is a Mexican fast food joint, very simple, shabby no thrills. We ordered a California burro, Cuban burro, fish taco and a chicken tostada. True to the nature of fast food, we've got our food shortly after. Took it back to our room. The burro is basically burrito, the Cuban burro is make of simply 3 ingredients: pork/carnitas, pickles and mustard. The California burro: French fries, steak, cheese and cilantro. To our surprise, the food was tasty and very good. This place has a drive through and it seems like that's where the locals go. Inside the shop is practically empty. So to make up for our low expectations of it at first, we are going to give it a 4 for taste in the fast food rank. read more

This is wonderful authentic Mexican food. The prices very reasonable at a little bit over $5 for my huge Cuban burrito that was stuffed with shredded pork, cheese, pickles, and I think a mayonnaise mustard type sauce. It was excellent especially taking a bite of pickled jalapeno with each bite. My husband had the two taco carne asada with beans and rice. The beans were creamy and fresh and hot! The rice was good but the tacos were out of this world! The flavor was outstanding with the homemade Pico and guac on top. We would definitely recommend this place again. read more

I love this place. My family and I have been going here since I was a kid. Their breakfast burritos are awesome! They're big and reasonably priced, I'm pretty sure they use french fries instead of diced potatoes which is funny to me. I also love the horchata and salsa verde. 10/10 recommend! Just be careful because there are other places in Tucson called "los betos" and they aren't the same as this one. read more

Their prices here are way wrong. I ordered a Machaca burrito to go and the price here said $6 but it ended up being around $8. part of having a yelp page is updating the menu and pricing so the customers aren't deceived and it creates a negative experience. Having pictures on the menu would also help since many customers order according to how the food looks. read more
