I love chick fil a but sometimes they just miss the mark. For example, today's customer service was wonderful. The young lady that took my payment was so kind, friendly and engaging. I loved her energy given it was 8am and not everyone is a morning person. We ordered 4 entrees and 2 hot coffees thru the drive thru. We left and didn't think to double check the sauces of all things. When we got home I realized they'd given us 2 packets of honey roasted BBQ and 1 salsa for all of us to share. I was expecting at least 6 packets, 2 for each entree plus 2 salsa packets for the burrito. We also requested some additional creamer and half & half but didn't receive itl; however, we did receive at least 2 of each. Disappointing experience today. Last few months service getting worse and worse. New manager every week. Showed up for breakfast at 10:15 and 6 cars each lane ... Lines were not moving so lucky I was able to back out. Went inside and got in line. 1 new cashier, and she had to ask for help on every order. We got a gift card to this restaurant and went to use part of it today. We both ordered Cobb salads. I had mine with ranch dressing and my husband got lime avocado dressing. Nice, very nice...these guys and gals got the post-Covid procedures on point. Masked up, no touching credit cards, distance, quick swipe machine, and very fast service. This is the best location and all of Tuscon, let alone Arizona! Their service is exceptional, but the food is top-notch, and the employees are extremely friendly/patient. The restaurant is always clean, And there's always somewhere to sit-even though it seems they are busy from the moment they open in the morning, till the moment they close at night. The drive-through is fantastic, and they've never gotten one of my orders wrong. All of this company's locations have great leadership, But I've never seen leaders set the excellent example needed for line-employees quite like this store's leaders do...And on a 100% consistent basis. Truthfully, I never ate at many of the locations up in Phoenix before, until I experienced this location in Tucson. It definitely made me a lifelong fan of Chick-fil-A! read more

Well first of all, the food was delicious as always, but what really stood out to me was the service. I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget and the nuggets in the box were pretty tiny. I went up to Savanah, the lady that I ordered from and ordered another 8 piece nuggets. I explained how the nuggets were kind of small and she took care of it right away. This is the closest CFA to my house at about 20 mins away. Placed a curbside order for my family. Was told everything was in the bag. Got home found one of the sandwiches was missing. Called the store and the manager tried to make it sound like she was doing me a favor by offering gift card to replace the sandwich I was missing. I said you aren't replacing it if I never received to begin with and at the very least I should be refunded for items I never received, that's not doing me a favor, that's just not stealing. She didn't seem to understand that refused to offer me anything else. I said considering I spent an hour driving and waiting for this only to get home and find my sandwich missing entirely you could at least refund me and give me a coupon for a sandwich for next time. Well learned my lesson. Normally chick fil a is really good about getting orders correct so I believed them when she told me everything was there. Won't be going back to this place. there was a hair in my drink. I wanted to puke. it was lurking at the bottom underneath all the ice. the food was crappy from the start. the Mac n cheese was cold and the fries were all soggy. My sandwich was undercooked and I'm probably going to get salmonella now. The girl who served my family and I gave me a nasty look and had a horrible attitude . I later went up to the side counter to ask for more Texas Pete hot sauce and I was met with that same employee and her nasty attitude. she threw the hot sauce at me instead of handing it to me. Who doesn't love this place? Sure sometimes it's cars galore at the drive thru but that's because it's AMAZING. We went Friday evening around 5 and there were no cars in the drive thru and only a handful of people inside. Gave our order, got it in less than 5 minutes. The taste oooohweee...my first time having the chick fil a deluxe (with lettuce tomato and cheese) and it's now my new favorite. Just left this Chick-fil-A location, I came for breakfast. I will just say not satisfied at all. The food was not good as well as the service. I went through drive through and could hear the ladies talking about customers and not being professional. When I asked for condiments at the window they acted like I just asked for a free meal.
