Wow. New favorite sandwich shop!…read more The Lemongrass Beef sub was incredible. The beef was tender and full of bright flavor, and the mix of fresh herbs, crunchy veggies, and a little jalapeño heat made every bite pop. My husband and I split the sandwich and we both loved it. I also ordered the Honeydew Milk Tea with egg custard and boba. The tea and custard were perfect and refreshing. The boba was still good, but the texture felt like it had been sitting for a bit. We visited about an hour before their 3pm closing time on Monday, and the other days of the week have later closing times, so that could be why. I enjoy Capriottis, Firehouse, and Baggins, but Banhdicted is on a whole different level. The drinks are wonderful too. Being right next to Lee Lees makes it an easy stop, and it is close to the Tesla supercharger which is great for grabbing food to go. Customer service was friendly. Service was fast. They have an app for earning rewards. Seating is cozy inside with a couple of spots outside. It was comfortable for the two of us and not busy on a Monday afternoon. It is officially our new go to spot for sandwiches and drinks!

I could go 'Bahn and on' about how awesome this place is!…read more I've known of Banhdicted for a long time and finally made it in: what an absolute delight! I got the BBQ Pork Banh Mi and my fiancee got the Lemongrass Beef Bahn Mi. Both sandwiches were fantastic: the bread is outstanding - soft yet a perfect crusty crunch - the meats were perfectly flavored and so tender, then wrap it up with the perfect flavor combinations of the fresh veggies & cilantro. The seat area is small & quaint, more of a takeout restaurant than a place you'd hang out. But if you choose to there are a few tables and it's a calm atmosphere. The staff was kind and got the food out ASAP. Overall I highly recommend and will be returning soon!

The sandwiches were good, but the soup definitely stole the show, and my in-laws loved it as well. We also had a community server named Alex helping deliver food and check on guests. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. I noticed how kind and courteous he was, not only to us but to the other tables around us as well. His customer service stood out so much that we actually asked him for his name before we left. Keep up the great work! And Alex, thank you for taking such great care of everyone in the restaurant. Employees like you really make a difference in the overall experience.

It's a local staple full of fresh breads, yummy pastries and stacked sandwiches. For me, it felt like Panera but 10x better. I went with Fridas Flight and my husband had Curt's Club. The thing that stood out the most to me was the bread. So fresh and light, you can tell it was made in house. We also got a sticky bun, on a recommendation from the very friendly staff, and this was SO GOOD. Highly recommend heating it up a little bit. Overall, with the extensive menu, you can pretty much find anything you want here, sandwich-wise. Definitely recommend if you're ever in Tucson!!
