If i could give a 0 I would. Let's start the food was good. Service was ok lots of people standing around while the dinning room was a big mess. The floors were disgusting and windows were dirty the tables were needed to be wiped down the drinks had water all over the floor. I've worked in the fast food industry and I was shocked that with all the employees standing around not 1 was cleaning the dinning area. Okay so I'm gonna set things straight, the food is good like any other chipotle. Here's the thing. GIVE MORE FOOD! I just paid 17 dollars for a bowl and this is how much I got. Service was super shitty, the lady kept trying to get me to pay for my order before it was even complete and wait time, having fresh food ready during peak hours is highly important for a restaurant. We were pretty bummed out with our experience. Of course, the food was delicious! We weren't greeted unfortunately. Therefore, we didn't know it was our turn until the first server stared at us with annoyance. She was not having a good day, you can tell. The ongoing cough and profanity was a bit too much for us. Feels kind of weird to review a national chain like chipotle, but I figure I might as well since I eat here so much. I always order a vegan bowl or burrito. If I get the burrito I tell them to put extra rice. It's just a super easy way to ensure you get two meals out of it. With the burrito you can't do that because it gets overloaded and they can't close it. Also with the bowl, definitely try a side of chips and use your chips to eat your chipotle bowl like it's a bowl of salsa. Chipotle is life. read more

I visited this location on 10/10/21 around 7:00pm to order a salad. I double checked my bag and noticed I only received a spoon. Asked the cashier for a fork and was told they didn't have any. No explanation or apology given. Hard to eat a salad with a spoon. Not sure why a supervisor or Manager couldn't go to Walmart and buy some forks until shipment came in. I love chipotle! However, this particular location consistent disappoints me. I have taken several breaks from this place, hoping they would get better. But after my last visit, I can see nothing has changed. Unfortunately, I don't plan on ever going back to this location. I consistently receive bad service here. Multiple take out orders they forgot my side of guac. When I told them about, their response is not caring and unapologetic. Had an employee who was making my food ask his coworker to finish making my food because he had to take a deuce. How do I know that? Because he said it in front of me, and was not trying to hide it. Very good food and great vibes. The staff were very kind and polite. The steak was very juicy and rice was well cooked!

So I don't love Chipotle, it's relatively tasteless to me considering all that I add to the plate. My family really likes it though so now and then I go along with it. So for my family's sake and for the fact that chipotle is not burgers or fried foods, I would give it a solid four stars. For my own experiences I'd give it 2 stars. I ordered a quesadilla today, it's a large tortilla with a handful of cheese folded into a square the size of a piece of bread for $9!! I took it back and asked if this was the normal presentation of a $9 quesadilla and the manager said yes, BUT when they offer you 3 sides they are included in the $9. I assumed it would be an added charge so I just got the quesadilla. She replaced the quesadilla and let me add the 3 sides so I feel a little better about the $9 I spent. The staff is friendly, I personally just don't love the food and you pay the same price whether you get a lot or a little, so load up! read more

Yea something is amiss here. Employees must give priority to to go orders. Didn't even acknowledge me or even look at me when stepping forward or about 5 minutes. The food looked old, no one cooking like you normally see, and when I did finally get going with my order, another worker interrupted and I had to wait for them to finish. I'm not special by any means nor am I entitled to anything, however, some common courtesy would be nice. I mean hey whatever they have going on was weird. Wouldn't go back nor recommend to anyone. Always liked their food, but the owner needs to do something with the employees. Came in this morning 5 min after they were supposed to be open. The girl at the counter told us they were not open yet. When I pointed out the time, she responded we're not ready. When I asked them how long, she just said when we're ready. We left. I don't need attitude to go with my order. From some of the other reviews I've read about this location, the attitude has been in place for a while. If you order delivery or take out - don't expect satisfaction. We should know that the extra payment for guacamole and queso will be in vain. We should know the portion will be smaller than normal. And we should also know that the food will be cold. But this time, this time was special - my barbacoa bowl was prepared vegan style. Who knew that was an option. I had to drive there, explain what happened, be told the manager was too busy, refused to take the food back and then wait 18 min (I timed it) for the replacement t bowl to be made. Assistant manager Gladius was extremely rude and haughty when order received had wrong name and description of food on labels in sealed bag with my name on it. She stuck her finger in my food and said "it is the right food just has the wrong label on it" I requested food be remade and she abruptly grabbed the food and threw it in the trash. Some of it landed on the floor and she didn't clean it up. She started shuffling other stuff around in a haughty manner while giving me evil glares. The trash cans were put up and then one of the workers picked up the mat by the front door and slammed it against the containers for the trash cans three or four times and dust and everything else went in the air next to us.
