When I called the store the girl that answered asked if I ask for the sauce. Since when does a person have to ask for the sauce I asked, it's called Teriyaki chicken, she's says it's always been like that and I said that was BS. I stopped going to panda express a couple years ago after two back to back bad experiences. Just horrible food like crunchy rice and stirfry that seemed to be under a heat lamp a long time. My wife and I decided to give it another try tonight and that will be the last time. Two bowls of mostly white rice with a little stirfry on top for $27. No drinks. Her teriyaki chicken was fatty grizzly, dark meat sitting on a full bowl of white rice with no sauce or anything else. My firecracker steak and shrimp likewise only had a few pieces of meat sitting on top of an absolute full bowl of packed rice. One of my steak chunks was mostly gristle. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Anna and she was very rude about it. I get home again, there are only the two entrees and one fortune cookie. Huh? There was no apology from the young female night lead/so called manager at all, she just kept explaining that I need to order differently. I explained that I had ordered for three people, and was suggested I do a bigger plate with three small entres of each. I would not just suddenly order for one person to share one meal. She says she will charge me for the two meals I just ordered, (why were they only entres?) plus the 2 orders of veggy rolls, and I asked her what discount, she said five dollars off. Husband and I love Panda Express. We came by for my birthday and the first issue was that my husband asked for Teriyaki and orange chicken on his 2 entree plate and only received orange chicken. The girl working also tried charging us for 2 kids meals even though we only ordered one. We ignored it because everyone makes mistakes, but halfway through eating, he found multiple strands of hair in his food. We brought it back and they only refunded us for one of the entrees because he ate one (before he found the hair ) and would only give us store credit for my meal.
