Let me start with our server Brittany was fantastic! Lettuce wraps from P.F. Chang's are probably one of my favorite dishes!! I did notice that the lettuce went from iceberg to Romain, which was fine. I think iceberg is a little bit more crispy, but the Romain was also a good choice. My kids loved the California rolls and honey chicken. My husband got the Chang spicy chicken, which was delicious and I got the Singapore noodles which had chicken and shrimp. The curry flavor was very light, but still came through very nicely with the noodles. I got the featured margarita which was like a pomegranate margarita it came with black salt and rosemary, which I think complimented all the flavors perfectly. We don't go to P.F. Chang's often because it's far from our house, but we definitely won't let as much time pass between our next visit, everything was great. read more

My wife took me here for date night. I keep saying it the $20 for a 3 course meal is the best value there. You get a bowl of soup, an appetizer, two dishes and a dessert if you wanna add on $5. It had been several years since we were able to get here for a meal. Lucky to meet up with some awesome friends for an early dinner. Chloe was amazing! Of course she cursed herself. She joked how busy she was when she had two tables. Cue the local corvette club who filled in her area. The team was still able keep our drinks filled and feed us tasty food. We came here for dinner on Sunday night, and the restaurant was quite busy. They offered a happy hour for those sitting outside or at the bar, so we opted for a spot at the bar. I really enjoyed their Happy Hour Zen Margarita--it was delicious! Unfortunately, the food was just okay. The Kung Pao shrimp was way too salty, and while the honey chicken was good, it was more sour than I remembered. The lettuce wraps were decent but didn't stand out. This is my favorite Asian fusion restaurant since I tried it the first time, while I was in California. It has always served good food, even though there are a few changes on their menu happened through the years. Our server was good, she gave me the wrong drink, but all is good. She's very apologetic. I was wondering why they asked my husband if we're celebrating anything for the reservation and yet never did anything? Got a dynamite shrimp appetizer and it was essentially a handful of shrimp fried chopped up and cooked again so it was small and dry. Got the korean fried chicken dish and it was essentially a thick crust fried chicken. No seasoning or sauce so just regular fried chicken. Went last Wednesday at 3pm hoping to get lunch menu but got dinner menu. Service was very good. Place was nearly empty. Appetizer was hot and spicy soup which was good. Mongolian beef sauce was very sweet, and beef was a bit chewy. My wife ordered firecracker shrimp which was very good, as was her egg drop soup. There are better places to eat in Tucson. I have been to this location a few times with my family. My sister & I showed up to grab our table and were waiting on our parents to arrive. We sat for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged by our waiter Karen. She was too busy packing up another table's takeout to even look at us while asking what our drinks will be- just water. 10 minutes later she is still helping other tables and didn't have the audacity to grab our waters. Our parents came about 35 mins later and suddenly you would think Karen was waiting on the president; someone wants a good tip! PF Chang's never fails me, I always have a good time here. The food is consistently great, and the service is top-notch. The bar staff in particular provide impeccable service every time. When I'm looking for a quick bite, this is one of my go-to spots. I try to avoid eating Asian cuisine at chains, but when you are exploring the Tucson area for great Asian cuisine, your options are extremely limited. I did an Uber Eats with P.F. Changs because the one in Tucson happens to be in one of the worst "find a parking spot" place. Smartgreens or whatever it's called, and it's great, by the way, is in the same plaza and a few other places, too. Limited parking in the front for the humans they get, and the back lot is a joke. I went with the pan-fried shrimp dumplings. The key was that they were homemade. They were fresh and tasty. They come with a sweet chili sauce, which is perfect. The main was Eggplant with Basil. This is how Eggplant should be cooked. Not gushy, not spongey, but firm yet soft to eat. This is so far the only place in the area that has mastered it. The sauce was perfect, a bit of heat, but yummy. Enough for two people or two meals, which is what I did. I had the fried rice, the smaller one. No flavor. None. It was as though they took white rice, colored it yellow, and added some egg. Avoid. No chopsticks were added because you can't request them. For the amount of money you will drop here, give us chopsticks. And this place is expensive for Tucson. You will easily drop $40 here for one person and those items. I removed one star for a. Awful fried rice, b. Price gouging, or as they call it slim profit margins, and c. No chopsticks. Oh, they also forget these things called utensils. And napkins.
