This location is consistently busy with both cars in the drive thru & customers in line inside. With that being said, the staff here always keep a smile on thier faces and professionalism first! The food is always fresh and hot. Portions are equal to the prices. Never had a bad expierience at this location no matter what time of day or who's working. My dad and I went tonight to pick up dinner for a group. The first bag that was handed to me was pouring teriyaki sauce everywhere. Hot sauce covered my lap, my car, and my dad's lap. When I went in to complain, and replace my empty sauce containers, all I got from the manager was meaningless, "I apologize". This may have been the worst dining experience I have ever had. I went inside the store this evening around 7:30PM and I order two entrees. Both with chow mien. I am told that it will be about 4 minutes for the chow mien. No problem - things were busy. There were two cooks on duty and about 3 servers. The cooks were moving at the pace of molasses. One of them decides he needs to do something in the freezer and maybe break down a box or two in the back. Mei (one of the servers) finally decides if she is going to get any chow mien she has to do it herself. So she runs back to the grill and throws several bags of the stuff into a large wok and does it herself. Ok fine. Then Daniel (I think that is her name) loads up my order. But now, they are out of Bejing Beef and says it will be 3 or 4 more minutes. So now the cooks are taking their time on doing things. Daniel bags up my first order and I pay (she did try to comp me a drink for the delay) and placed the incomplete one under a heat lamp 'so it won't get cold' Now, that didn't help the one in the bag I was holding. She tried and was working as hard as she could, so I can't fault her. Now - several people in line move through and finally the Bejing beef comes up. I finally get my order complete and I leave. I think I waited about 20 to 25 minutes. The servers were working their butts off - the cooks need a little training or disciplinary action to get them a bit more motivated to pull their weight in their team. read more

Last visit to panda for me. I am fairly certain I was forgotten after they pulled me forward in drivethru to wait on fresh rice. Took five minutes to get to the speaker. Ordered and was told it would be five minutes on new rice. Took over five minutes to get to the window and the rice supposedly still needed two minutes. They had me pull around to wait while people went in and out with their food. The staff is just short of rude, the food is always cold and it seems like they go out of their way to give you the absolute least amount of food they can. I don't expect heaping mounds of food, but for less money on a Monday and Tuesday I can get just about twice the food - and better quality from their competitor. Normally I really like Panda Express food. It's not a 4star restaurant, but solid decent Chinese and ready for take out. This location however does not know the meaning of customer service. I arrived just before all drive throughs in the area were packed and ordered 2 bowls and 2 sides. When I got to the window and they repeated the order back to me it was wrong, ok fine, but it took several times repeating my order for them to get it right. I drove away and headed home with the food (8 miles away) where I opened the meals and realized that it was wrong. The receipt was right, but the entree they added to one of the bowls was wrong. I tried calling them to get something worked out - 5 times!!! No answer any of my tries. So I picked up my child and drove back to the restaurant. Waited in line for half an hour and got up to the order board/speaker and very nicely explained what happened to which the reply was a short, snotty and judgey "yeah, we're busy, drive up to the window" as if I had done something wrong. When it was my turn and I was there, I was handed a small side box as the replacement. Yeah, I get it, they may be the same portion size (I don't know for sure) but where was any sort of apology verbally or in the form of an entire meal replacement or an egg roll or some sort of olive branch?? I was quite inconvenienced and didn't appreciate the attitude. And the whole meal was ruined anyway because the point of the bowl is to get the flavors from the sauce mixed into the noodles or rice and that didn't happen. From there I headed to In N Out for my child's meal and made it through their line, which was much longer, in half the time. Food was decent but certainly not worth the hassle!! read more

Update: Well, I've given this location several chances in the last 9 months and have to say it's just as bad now as it was then. The service and the food are still hit or miss. Drive thru people have an annoyed attitude when you order. I went there today and ordered three entrees and a Panda Bowl. It was given to me in one bag. I could barely bring it through my car window. I had to take two items out of the bag so the whole thing wouldn't topple over as I drove. I also have had a terrible stomach ache all night since I ate it. We go here often and normally don't have any issues, every once and a while the line is long and they don't have enough of what you want. Our food was tampered with! My wife ordered food through the drive through and asked if it can be made fresh because panda express allows that option. Apparently at this location this upsets them because we were served food that was taken out of the trash. We had to use the threat of getting police involved to view tapes of there video servalance and it was found food was taken from the trash and given to our family through the drive through. They offered to make us more food but we not longer feel safe eating at this restaurant. The assistant manager and a cook who took the food out of the trash and served us were not fired so my seriously recommend you do not eat here. read more

Dude this place has the worst everything! This is one of the newer pandas in town and sadly it's also the worst I've ever been to. I try to avoid this panda to the point if we are getting panda for a family meal I will drive to the foothills mall to get that panda. Today I was in a rush and my daughter and I attended the drive through. This is February 8th 2016 and the start of Chinese New Years. They have a coupon for a free chicken roll with an order per person. So I hand them the coupons for us both to get one. They then say it's per order. I told them to spit the double entrees orders since I order 2 double entrees so I could get one for both of us if that's what they had to do. Then another server reopens the window and acts snotty. She tells me it's per person. I then tell her the other double entree is for my daughter. She says and I'm literally quoting "if I can read it says it's per person" I inform her yet again my daughter regardless of age is a person and it says nothing of needing to 18 years or older to get another chicken roll. At this point I'm not leaving without one simply for the insult and pissy demeanor I've received. A manager who's a male comes looks at me and goes away. Literally took 5 mins and the original girl opens the window and hands me a bag. I ask do I have 2 chicken rolls? She says yes they gave into my begging. Really? How the hell did I beg for it? I held you accountable and yes I did get upset when you called my daughter not a person. This place has numerous lower ratings based off poor staff and their attitudes/work ethic. This place honestly needs to reprimanded those girls I do not believe they wronged me to the point of firing nor would I want that. Most Panda restaurants are willing to cook their honey walnut shrimp without the nuts for people with food allergies. The manager of this location refused. I swear I try time and time again to give this place a chance but its not worth it at this point. I went through the drive thru to get 1 Large Size of 1/2 Fried Rice and 1/2 Mixed Veggies only and I asked for them to put it in a bowl. First confusing interation: 2 different employees were trying to take the order at the same time so while one was already talking another girl hoped on and asked the same exact thing after i already started to answer. I ignored the mix up and proceeded to clearly state my order through the intercom. 2nd issue: She said ok great you want a large side of fried rice and chow main, i said no and she proceeded to give me my total and tell me to pull forward to the first window. After I told her again my order is wrong and if she even listened to anything I said. I received no response. It's like these employees are robots they don't listen to what the customer wants and just are rude when you try to correct them. I wasn't wrong they just need to actually listen. I worked at In N Out. I get it drive thru can be busy and hectic but its not like you were crazy busy or I had a complicated order. 3rd issue: i pull to the first window and my order wasnt in the bowl like i asked. THIS IS LITERALLY THEE WORST PANDA EXPRESS I HAVE EVER EVER EVER BEEN TO. We sat in the drive through for a good 15 minutes before we ordered and the girl on the intercom was SO RUDE. Then we waiting another 10 minutes just to get to the pick up window. When we got to the pick up window they had not even started bagging up our food yet. They finally give us our food after another 5 minutes and forget to give us our drinks. (We didnt realize this until we had JUST pulled away from the window) so my husband loops around, parks, and runs inside to get our drinks. This effing lady asks my husband to present his receipt WHEN WE HAD LITERALLY JUST DRIVEN THROUGH. So my husband runs back out to the car and back inside with the receipt and freaking waits a good 5 minutes before the lady acknowledges him (she was busy making sweet and sour containers) and finally gives him our two cups that he now has to fill up. So when we finally get home i open up my food (i ordered their bowl with half brown rice half chow mein with kung pao chicken) and there is literally 7 veggies from the kung pao and maybe two tiny peices of chicken along with the ENTIRE bowl being full of just brown rice. This place deserves to be shut down for the sake of everyones sanity. You guys literally have one job which is to prepare food and serve it well and you cant even do that. SMH. read more

I have frequented this Panda Express location many times over the past several years without any incidents. Today, I experienced the worst customer service and humiliation ever at this location. As I was deciding what to order, I noticed the rice bowl was very low. I was told it would take approximately 6 minutes for fresh rice to be available. I opted to wait. During my wait, a cashier, Carmen, asked if I would like to pre-pay while I waited for my food. I said yes, paid for my food, received a receipt and then waited approximately 10 minutes until the rice was ready. When the new bowl of rice was ready to be placed in the steam table, another employee .....mixed the cold, old rice with the NEW FRESH RICE!!! what's the point of waiting for the newly cooked fresh stuff if she is just going to mix it altogether anyway!! Who nows how old that rice is or how long it's been recycled from previous batches. Then this 2nd employee started to question the validity of my paid receipt that I showed her twice and then she called a Manager to validate AGAIN!!! They just gave me the receipt 10 minutes prior. I guess the left hand isn't talking to the right hand....no communication except for this server's sarcastic attitude toward me. Will not return to this store. read more

This place is always busy, but since I love nearby I go here every once in a while. It's a mistake. I absolutely love chow mein but here it's really oily, and their fried froze is really dried out. Their chicken is usually chewy at best, and never hot, just warm. And my favorite thing to order is chicken potstickers, but the past FOUR times I've gone there they've been out and I was told there would be a 10 minute wait. Normally I'd say sure, but they'll say "ok" and when I get to the register and don't see my stickers they then tell me I have to wait. Then they have to get a manager to refund my money for the potstickers! If you're really craving Chinese food go to Mantis (which isn't that great either) or a different panda. The ones in the malls always have much better quality and service than this one. read more
