I even said it when I ordered all they want is side salad with ranch. Well I go to the counter thinking no big deal. We'll just trade them out they ignore me. Then I say can I just have a refund? I'll go somewhere else if you can't exchange these. 20 minutes later watching her take 10 other people's orders. Someone finally came out from the back to acknowledge me. He said they can't do refunds on the spot. He'll take my name and phone number and get back to me. It'll probably take three or four days. I looked at my hungry kids and I said let's go. The real kicker was she made some rude comment about me to the next customer in line. As if somehow I have done something wrong by asking to have the order correct and she was right and I had somehow wronged her. Completely ridiculous for customer service Thanks for taking my money. I didn't even have the salads that were wrong. $53 later I left with one chicken, Caesar salad, two sodas and two bags of chips. I'll never go back and I recommend you don't either. If I could give less than one star I would.

If I spend $38 dollars for two sandwiches and two sodas, I expect much more - a clean restaurant. Not a good experience - please do better for your price point.
