I used to order Jimmy John's all the time and I used to be surprised at the quality of the food and the super fast delivery. Lately it has all gone downhill. Many of my more recent deliveries have taken around an hour to arrive and a few orders have been wrong. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered 2 sandwiches and after about 40 minutes I finally got the alert that my order was out for delivery. I am exactly one mile away from the store yet another 25 minutes passed and still no delivery. At this point I called the store to inquire about my order and just received a list of excuses. I even asked if they ditched their "freaky fast" motto and was told that's for in store service. Ummmm not according to your commercials that say "freaky fast delivery". Try again. Anyway, another five minutes later my delivery finally came, and it was wrong. Again. I'm really curious how one can make a chicken Caesar wrap and forget the Caesar dressing! How? I'm gonna go with a "it's decent" on this one. If I was rating them on delivery speed only, they'd get 50 thumbs up. But the food is kind of mediocre. I've ordered delivery multiple times, not because it's delicious but because they are faster than lightening. (And when you're in a bind, they come through). Jimmy John's says it's fast. So for a review, I decided to see exactly how fast, twice. I ordered one vegetarian sandwich (the #6) meal and began the timer when I hung up. The results surprised me. The first time I ordered, JJ was at my house 6:48 (six minutes, 48 seconds) after I got off the phone. The second time, JJ was at my house in 7:21 (seven minutes, 22 seconds). Based on this *highly scientific* test, JJ is fast, man. At least with JJ, you get exactly what's advertised: mass-produced sandwiches that are consistently good and delivered within 10 minutes. Always good food. At my office, someone from here is ordering about 3 times a week. Lightning fast delivery. My favorite is the Italian night club unwich. ( unwich means the bread is replaced with lettuce ). Tried a couple other sandwiches and they have all been up to par to say the least. A miracle whip option would win me over for good. Had my sandwich delivered today they call it a Club LuLu basically a Turkey sandwich with bacon. The person I spoke to on the Phone was rude and wasn't listening to what I was saying had to repeat my order 3 times. The sandwich was full of bacon about 12 slices along with the Turkey that may have been sitting next to Tuna Fish it was outrageous. So this store is less than 1 mile from my house but they don't deliver to me. Ok fine. We drive over. The cashier is super personal which was very nice. We got our food pretty fast, went home. Opened my sandwich that I paid $8 for and there is one layer of meat and no cheese. I ordered a sandwich with extra meat and extra cheese and paid extra for it. We went back and the lady argued with me that I didn't want all the veggies so why would I want the cheese. Like seriously!!!! Ugh. She remade my sandwich and I am better now. The interior of this space is upscale for a sandwich shop. Sandwich was made quickly, and staff was OK. 2 stars because it had to be the most flavorless sub that I have EVER had. I mean there was no taste to it at all. Even the mayo just tasted like some cold texture in my mouth - how does that happen? Subway would be a step up in taste and quality. They are definitely as Freaky Fast as they claim to be, but their food quality has diminished since the first time I ordered from them. They used to be my favorite sandwich place and, in my opinion, one of the best in town. Their sandwiches were amazing, online ordering was unbelievably easy, and my food was delivered in under ten minutes. Well, the latter two of those things have remained true. As for their food, it started when they added raw sprouts to the menu, which I enjoyed for some time. I was a bit put off by the little pop-up warning when you add them to your sandwich however, which warns you that sprouts can make you ill if consumed raw, but I love sprouts so it was really only a minor annoyance. Then I ordered JJ for my family, as it was our absolute favorite place to order from, and every single sandwich we received was so thin, we might as well have just eaten the bread. I had asked for light amounts of one or two ingredients and they had gone light with everything, for everyone. Since JJ had never done this poorly before, I brushed it off as a bad day for JJ, until we ordered again and received the same sad quality of sandwich. After a while, I made the decision to give them one more chance, only for the experience to be exactly the same. That was the last time we ordered from JJ. In fact, my family members outright refuse to eat their food now. I have no idea if perhaps their employees changed or they started using ingredients from different sources, but the food, at least from the Swan location nearest to our house, is not very good. read more

2nd time I've eaten at this place in 2 years. Was not impressed the first time I visited. Thought I would give it a second try. Same thing this time so apparently nothing has changed for the better except that the people behind the counter were friendlier this visit. Sub rolls are not soft and have the texture of cardboard. Smoked ham was tasty but had that skin lining around it that seperates from the ham and gets caught up as a long string hooked between your teeth. Ham was layed out as complete folded slices on the bread so it slides out the end of the sub roll with eat bite pushing it further and further. And as usual the container holding the lettuce must be right next to the container holding the onions, because I had onions mixed into my lettuce, so every other bite was the overwhelming taste of onion, which I don't apprciate while eating a ham and cheese sub. Bottom line "My Bad" for going there but Subway was closed Christmas Eve. read more

I wish there was an option for zero stars for this location. I went in yesterday for an Italian sandwich, asked for my sauce on the side so it doesn't make the sandwich soggy and it resulted in a battle between me and the associates and the manager. They claimed it was a health code violation to give me a side of sauce!? What the hell. And then the manager named Mike, who stood there and watched them lie, I asked to step over to talk with me. He said he would charge me for a cup and place some sauce in there. He wanted to charge me $2.09 for 2 tablespoons of sauce. Finally we got him to give it to me in a water cup for free. It was the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. Horrible service, horrible manager. Should be fired or at least revisit customer service training. read more
