Whataburger - Jalapeño Whatabutger - Burgers Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Whataburger is usually pretty solid but this location is way better and now my favorite. Always a lil faster and the fries never disappoint also They apparently hired an angel named Mya whose service and professionalism is on a level that most people will never comprehend. Yeah it's kinda crazy but whatever the parking is also very convenient. 10/10 read more

The. Worst. Whataburger. The order is wrong every single time. Crazy slow. Customer service is serious lacking (looking at you Angelica and Roberto). Never, ever use the App - it's glitchy, it's sends the wrong order and these guys do not care. The location is sketchy, forget about using the bathroom, if they ever take the time to let you in. Pick any other location. read more

The girl at the front register was so pissed more customers had come in that she lazily slapped on the to-go stickers carelessly. Ripped them and didn't give an ounce of effort or care toward the order. read more

As a Texas transplant, I do love my Whataburger. It's always fresh and hot and the employees are usually pleasant and reasonably fast. I've had a couple problems with them being out of a couple items so four stars instead of five, but it's fairly rare so I'll go whenever I crave a patty melt or some chicken strips with xtra gravy! read more

Service was friendly, prompt, and courteous. Alliset helped me with my order and was a delight to deal with. Food was good. Great place for breakfast, or a good burger! read more

The burgers are always consistently cooked properly, hot and juicy. I will definitely go back to Whataburger again and try some of their other entrées. read more

Whyaburger? Whoaburger? Whenaburger? It's Whataburger! Whataburger is a must visit if you live in a state without one. I had the opportunity to visit one while in Tucson and it was a fun experience. The food was inexpensive and they had a unique menu compared to other traditional burger chains. We tried their patty melt and it was quite delicious. Something special that you don't usually get at a burger chain. Do yourself a favor and try one when you're in the area. read more

I don't understand the low recent reviews. I just had the Hatch double cheese burger, adding diced onion and mustard. What a great burger! Good beef flavor, could taste the slightly hot green chile and the onions/mustard thing is a must for me - it sets off all the flavors perfectly. Service was quick and friendly, place looked clean. Restaurant was half full at 4pm on a Saturday. If I have a meal to spare this trip, I'm going back for another. read more

I always get great service here. Sometimes they are rushed and the food is a little sloppy when put together. The quality of the food is always amazing read more

This is the absolute worst Whataburger I've ever been too. Food is old cold and dry. Fries Cold Burger so dry and cold you couldn't swallow it. I travel for work and always use the Wi-Fi. This store won't let you use the Wi-Fi. Employees have to come let you in the bathrooms. Eat anywhere but this particular Whataburger. It's awful. read more

This place is difficult to get into and then their policy is to take you out of the drive thru line and make you wait in the blazing g sun. No one else in line but pull into the sun and wait in the heat. Burger was good, not wrapped that well fell out of all the wrapping. I won't be back unless it's early in the morning or late at night. I think places need to consider how hot the sun can be. Oh and out of half the sodas they offer as well. Don't get the impression management is doing their job. read more

Had the Hatch Green Chili burger. Astounded! This is a chain, right? Since when does a chain use really big hunks of truly well-roasted chili? It was more like I'd stopped in Hatch at Sparky's. Delicious. But that's not what prompts me to offer a review; it is an employee: Debra P it said on my receipt and others were calling her Debra, so I'm guessing... She was a joy to watch: a perpetual motion machine without a wasted motion, always smiling and offering a greeting (not the kind that is read from a training script, but a genuine welcome). As she would be completing one task, she was already headed to the next. Store manager, triple her pay because it looks like she's putting out the work of at least three "ordinary" staffers. Thanks for making my day, Debra. read more

This place always takes a really long time in the drive thru and even longer inside and they usually mess something up. But the worst part is how long it takes, it's definitely not fast food. read more

After being rushed while ordering we still were in line for 15-20 minutes for the food to be brought out, which usually i don't mind, but we still had to go back in because they were missing half of our order. We get home and the one order that was missing is all wrong, correct receipt, completely wrong order in the bag. I paid extra for certain topping and never got said toppings. Not only did they waste my time they wasted my money. Do better at checking and packing orders. Bare Minimum. read more

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery, spent $40, only to have the Uber Eats driver drive right passed me and reported my order as delivered. Called Whataburger telling them what happened. They tell me I have to take it up with Uber Eats. Uber eats wouldn't help me either because I didn't order through their app. Total waste of money. Never again. read more

Ive had good and bad here. Extremely busy place all the time. Today I had such a delightful experience I have to share. We've all had our patience tested by new and training employees every where we go. Right? I keep in mind that we all started somewhere. Today I was greeted by an exuberant and new counter clerk who careful entered my strange "Keto" order. As I waited, I watched her run in and out with drive through orders. She served me and asked if I would please inspect the order as correct and presentable. This young lady made me feel like I was the only patron in the place and impressed me so, that to her suprise, I gave her a nice tip. I hope she goes far. read more

Service was great, onion rings were good. Rest of food was meh, except for the nasty 8 inch hair in my burger! A remake and apology was all that was offered. Kinda lost my appetite. This was the first time eating at one, all 4 of us would not go again. read more

This Whataburger is so incompetent that when employees go on break they make their own food incorrectly.

This used to be my favorite place to grab a quick bite. The last four times I went it was bad. This time was very bad. The bacon and cheese burger was terrible and the service was worse. Wish management would get their workers straightened out. read more

This specific location is terrible! I work with doordash and every time I go in not a single employee helps me nor anyone else waiting in line. They give out the wrong orders and could care less about a customer's experience. I would recommend a different location. read more

I really enjoy the food here, Good Quality and the prices are a fair value. I enjoy the patty melt. Other family members have tried multiple different things from the menu and we have always been satisfied. I tend to go here on off hours so I have never really had too long of a wait. read more

I walk in with the coupon posted, and the cashier puts in my order as a sandwich, a medium fry, and a medium Dr. Pepper shake. When I asked him whether I can have the medium soft drink instead (notice that nowhere on the coupon does it say it must be a shake), he tells me it has to be a shake but he can give me a soft drink instead. In other words, he can give me a soft drink for the same price as a shake (a shake costs $4.79, a soft drink costs $2.19). I told him no that's fine and begin to walk away, and somehow he didn't get that walking away means I don't want the items anymore, and he responds by continuing to say to me that it'll be $8.95. I had to tell him that when I said no that's fine, I mean "no that's fine cancel the order." I won't be returning to this location. read more

Me and my daughter pulled up to Whataburger one night about 11:30 there was nobody in the Drive-Thru so we ordered our food pulled up to the window paid for our food almost 30 minutes later we were still waiting for our food the hamburger was disgusting I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich I might as well have went to McDonald's and got their little chicken sandwich it was absolutely horrible the quality of the food has went down so has the customer service the people that work there just don't care they all need to be fired I will never ever ever eat there again and I will tell everyone I know never patronize that business ever read more

Good chain location. Very slow in the evening and quiet. No internet, no tv, and no places to plug in (that I saw), BUT if you want a quiet place with pleasant employees this is it. There is usually a bit of turnover but the staff are often cleaning everything, yesterday they were on the floor scrubbing, that is so refreshing from the nasty floors at other fast food places. The staff always welcome and say good night. Only problems I have are related to staff learning how to use the register when I bring a coupon in. But nothing really difficult. Food is individually prepped and always great. read more

Paid $19 for them to give me the wrong order. Came to thus location for 5 days in a row now and they are so rude in the drive-through specifically the younger lady that runs drive-through at night she is very mean and every time I asked for a shake the last five nights in a row instantly proceeds with our shake machine is down sorry but knowing because I used to work there that machine gets cleaned at 3 AM I was here for five nights in a row for giving the benefit of the doubt? But they are lazy they don't clean. All of their food is cold. It's not fresh fresh and hot when you get it. And again the lady that takes orders in the drive-through is very very rude will definitely never be coming back here and I will be placing report to the Arizona health department because this is just completely outrageous. The fact that location is getting away with what they do and the disgusting behavior and cleanliness at this location is beyond unrealistic and I truly believe there needs to be something happening quick because someone is going to get sick read more

Whataburger - Styrofoam Cup. - Burgers Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Ordered online for delivery from Whataburger website. Two items left off the order. Called to get the delivery corrected, was told that was not possible because the delivery is done by a third party (this is indicated nowhere on the Whataburger website). Also told that is not possible to get money credited back to my card. They were willing to correct the error but I had to go pick up the items. Kind of ruins the concept of delivery. First & last time I will order from Whataburger. Couple more thoughts on this: 1) I should not be responsible to correct their mistake. 2) This is a corporate issue, the local store was just implementing company policy. I do not hold the local employees responsible for this. I'm sure they are decent folk just trying to make a living. 3) What if I was a shut-in or otherwise could not drive or did not have a car? Then there would be no way to resolve this. For those dependent on reliable (or at least correctable) food delivery this is a huge issue. My order was only missing two minor items and I chose not to go pick them up. What if the order was missing the burgers or some other major item and I had no way to get to the store? This is unacceptable. If Whataburger is going to offer delivery then the corporate policy should be to stand by that commitment. read more

This restaurant delivers what you would expect from Whataburger. Good food, a clean restaurant, and friendly employees. I was served by Briana today and she was delightful and efficient. The restaurant itself was clean, including the beverage station, which is typically the test. My order was delivered in a good amount of time and I was on my way. I've been through the drive-through here late at night as well and received good, quick service and the quality of the food remains the same. read more

We don't really eat too much fast food these days, but this Whataburger is our go to if we're on the go or too lazy to cook. They offer what you would expect from a fast food place: plain burgers, specialty burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, fries, onion rings, etc... I've become a fan of their patty melt. Glorious in it's simplicity of meat, cheese, grilled onions (they dice the onions so you're not pulling strings of onions out with your first bite) and sauce between two pieces of grilled Texas toast. We usually just hit the drive through and, sometimes, you end up waiting a little bit. This has always been the case with Whataburger and I don't really mind because that tells me they are making your burger fresh and it's not been sitting under a heat lamp or in a warming bin. Their menu is not exactly calorie friendly, but then again, if you're at a fast food restaurant that may not be your chief concern. read more
