This is an extremely well-managed Flower Child. We've eaten here multiple times and every dish we've had has been excellent. The staffing remains steady here so obviously they care about the customer experience and it shows. In the past, Flower Child was a little pricey but this particular Flower Child is not only a step above others we've tried in other cities but with inflation factored in, this location is definitely not overpriced compared to other healthy food options nearby.

My new favorite place! The turkey avocado Cobb was absolutely amazing--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The atmosphere is super cool, the service is incredibly friendly, and the prices are great. Can't wait to come back!

Love the ambiance and their salads, plus they make their dressings in-house! --chopped salad with added salmon: this combination is divine, pairs perfectly! Plus salmon was perfectly cooked They offer a couple desserts but the pudding is a little sweet for my taste, will have to try the others!

The food, service, and interior are all excellent. The first time I went here I did not like the broccoli side I got but after coming here again with a friend, my mind was changed. I got the steak entree with the smashed potato and the grilled asparagus white bean salad as my sides. The asparagus salad was so delicious, I could buy a whole bowl of just that! It's tossed in a yummy pesto sauce with bell pepper and squash and arugula. The steak was cooked perfectly and the smashed potato's are perfect. I didn't get any but they have some good looking dessert options and a decent amount of gluten free options as well. I love that it's an open seating concept and you can refill your water and drinks by the side. There's also an area that has extra napkins and to-go boxes if you need. The restrooms are one stall any gender and has a baby changing table inside. Super cute!

Ummmm I just ordered my 20 dollar salad and am sitting in the dining area where the kitchen staff are yelling in the background. I've heard the F word three times at this point. Another patron moved from where the soda fountain is to the back of the restaurant to get away from the shouting. This led to the most underwhelming salad and terribly cooked Salmon. Clearly not going to say anything but someone get this place a GM asap. The staff are completely not managed and out of control. Oh wait two more F bombs.

Our third visit! I will say this; Flower child is consistent with their food and it is always delicious. I wish the interior was more easy on the acoustics. The dining area will get very loud inside which is unpleasant at times. The service is simple really. It is casual dining, you order at the counter, (I wish their menu was available before you get to counter) place your order and then head to the drink station and silverware area. Grab your drink, utensils, napkin and find your own table. Place your number on the table and a service person will bring your food to you directly. If you are looking for a healthy fresh delicious meal try Flower Child. They do have outdoor seating too.

Came here for a birthday lunch for my wife. She ordered the Mother Earth bowl and I got the steak with broccoli and shishito peppers. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday and they gave us a free dessert. We choose the chocolate pudding. We love the abundance of seating and fun interior design. It was a bit too warm for us to sit outside but there's lots of outdoor seating as well. All the food was delicious, healthy and we left feeling energized. The chocolate pudding was very reminiscent of the pudding you grow up with but the addition of dried coconut and nuts add texture and salt. A great lunch!

Wow! Best restaurant I have ever been to in my life! Most beautiful atmosphere, every employee is so kind and helpful. Lovely recommendations from the young lady taking our order. Truthfully I think everything on the menu would be amazing just based off the freshness, quality, and well balanced flavors of my plate!

Flower Child is my go-to spot in Tucson when I'm craving something fresh, healthy, and flavorful. The bright, cheerful vibe makes it such a pleasant place to dine, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I tried the Mother Earth Bowl with tofu, and it was packed with vibrant flavors and textures--the roasted veggies and pesto really tied it all together. Their lemonade and kombucha on tap are also super refreshing! I love that Flower Child offers so many plant-based and gluten-free options without sacrificing taste. It's great being able to customize your bowl or salad with different bases and proteins depending on what you're in the mood for. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just looking for a healthier meal, this place has something for everyone. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to! I'm starting 2025 off right! Dining out and yelping the best of the best. Flower Child is an excellent beginning. As a celiac, being able to trust a kitchen is HUGE! The service is great, the ambiance is fun and the food is UH MAZE ING

So I had gone to a location in Phoenix and I was excited to see one open in Tucson. I like it! It's open and clean and bright and has patio seating for good weather. You just order at the counter and food is brought to you, so you don't really interact with the staff. We got wraps and it came with salad. It's nice to have a menu where you can decide to be on the healthier side and feel satisfied without feeling too full or guilty after.

A really great option in the Park Place mall!…read more I've only been here a handful of times, not often that I'm out towards that part of town how ever every single time I have enjoyed my entire experience. The customer service is great, always ready to help and knowledgeable of the menu. Omar, owner, has a great personality. There is a consideration in the making of the food, use of ingredients for example the use of olive oil for the dressings and the chicken cooked fresh. Salad Nation is located in the malls food court, so that experience in itself can vary from very crowded, busy and loud to quiet and empty. Plenty of seating though! My go to choice is one of the salad size options (regular or large) that come in 'bucket' which is a deep bowl and of course some waffle fries. There are several dressings that sound deciduous but I find myself continuing to go back to the Cilantro Avocado. The waffle fries are insanely great. Hand batter and perfectly fried, some of my favorite in town... like top 3. Being that it's a mall, there is plenty of parking, bathrooms and space. You may have to walk a little to get to the food court but for me, it's worth it. Mom tip: Being a mom I bring my kids to the play area too!

There is a wide selection of toppings and dressings and protein choices (and the staff is very patient if you're a bit indecisive like me). And a nice choice of agua frescas. I'm glad I went with my gut because it truly was delicious! It was a great portion, and I really like that the crunchy parts were tostada-like. My friend got the Korean pork sandwich with fries, and she liked her meal too. I do consider myself a french fry, connoisseur, and at first glance, I didn't think much of their fries.
