Getting into the mall area can be treacherous at night due to the traffic. On arrival, you will be greeted and taken back, or if in the evening you will be paged to your phone while you wait outside. The staff experience can very, but mostly they are very kind and attentive, we have had some experiences where the staff begin to forget about you after the meal is served, but this is more of an outlier. The rugs and decor are getting a little old and worn, as is the entrance and parking area. They are very busy, but we usually get our drinks and app orders in quick. There is a table device to request refills on drinks or food. Food is consistent and good. Nothing outstanding, but very good tasting and any issues are addressed easily with staff (like a forgot to mention food allergy). There is a good beer, wine and bar selection.
