It wasn't bad, but it definitely is not what is advertised. Something I was also baffled about was the general poor service. The cashier didn't know what was in the smoothie when I made sure it was dairy free, and it was exponentially slow considering that I was the only person there. I can attribute both of those to training issues, but there's also the matter of the topic of conversation very loudly being held by the employees, which kind of ruined the vibes.
