Great place to work and have some good tea! I had tried another location during yelp elite week. I like their selection of tea. I ordered a fruit tea with slight sweetness but it still came out super sweet for my taste. So I need to remember to say no sweet next time. They have lots of outlet which is nice for those who like to bring a laptop. However their tables( I tried two) are wobbly so I hope they fix them.

Yay for Ding Tea! I hadn't been in here yet but tonight we tried it and I'm so glad we did. I love how pretty it is inside. It's cozy and chic. The layout is cute. The menu is easy to follow. I ordered a large Taro smoothie with black boba and cheese foam. It was such a tasty drink! I always enjoy a good taro flavor and loved their unique flavors and topping choices. My friend and I hung out in a cozy booth and got to watch one of the Soccer cup games on tv! I love their TVs and overall design of the cups and establishment. The staff was friendly too. I like that they also have a bathroom. Glad that there's such a nice tea place to go to!

A super refreshing stop! Beautiful and inviting interior with seating. The person who took our order was welcoming, offered a greeting and a smile and was willing to help us with drink selections. We appreciated such fine customer service. We ordered the Mangonada. It was SO delicious! Sweet, spicy and sour mango slush with fresh golden boba. Can't wait to order it again. Also ordered a pitaya refresher that had fresh chunks of pitaya dragon fruit in it. Looks like it is a seasonal drink. It was very refreshing and beautiful to look at. The Mangonada was the winner for its unique flavor. The menu is extensive, so there is something for everyone. Recommend giving it a try.

Oh my was so pleasantly surprised. I got the Green Tea Jasmine Boba. Service was excellent! Boba was on point! Great place for my networking session. I loved that it never felt overwhelming just very casual ambiance! Will be back!

A super simple experience of stopping in quickly for some drinks and a moment to slow down. Service was kind and helpful, I love this space a lot - elegant and clean and we enjoyed our drinks. The one thing I wondered is if the dairy free milk option was vegan friendly or just lactose free?

I like how you can customize the sweetness level and ice. Good milk tea. We ordered it for pickup to avoid waiting. We did not get to see the inside of the store. Next time, I will... I want to try more of their other drinks.

Ambiance is great for a meeting, to study, or to have desserts with friends after dinner. Service is great! They will fix your drink if you are not satisfied. The drink quality is consistent as the Grant Rd. location. Monster Boba/Brulee Latte: 5/5 A signature of Ding's Tea and my favorite go-to drink! It is a sweet, creamy milk drink that has the cup lined with and boba toppings basked in molasses-like brown sugar syrup. The boba toppings themselves can sometimes be hard, but when you happen to have them soft, they can elevate the drink to perfection! With the Brulee Latte, it is an additional $1.25, and it's basically Monster Boba Latte with Creme Brulee mixed in; the top layer has sugar sprinkled on and torched. Kumquat-Lemon Iced Tea: 5/5 I always get this sweet and sour drink with lychee jelly, 25% Ice and 0%-25% Sugar, depending on how the day went. Tips: Besides the Monster Boba/Brulee Latte, most drinks can have their ice and sugar level adjusted on a scale of 0-100%. They also have milk substitution.

Delicious mid-afternoon pick-me-up after a day trip to Kartchner Caverns in Tucson. I needed a bit of caffeine so got the Oolong milk tea with boba + herb jelly. I know it's an authentic Taiwanese boba spot if there is dairy-free options. The quality of the ingredients is high and the service was quick and friendly. There are several locations all over the world and I can't wait until they have one in NYC.

I received the tea and these are my thoughts: 1) it was cold 2) it wetted my whistle from being parched. 3) good amount of ice 4) the tea tasted fresh. Like it hadn't been sitting brewed for too long. Yeahhhhhh that's all I've got! This tea was terrible. $9.25 for a medium tea and a bag of cheetos (I was starving). IMO overpriced Add to that, the girl working the counter was sitting there chit chatting with another customer (a regular apparently because they were NOT talking about her order!) while me and my sister stood there twiddling our thumbs!

You can order at a kiosk, but since we came later in the evening, the cashier was happy to take our order and was very friendly. My husband ordered the Thai Tea with boba. The panacotta is a great topping and the boba was fresh, even later in the evening. The mango tiramisu was a perfect treat. It had a jello‑like topping with fresh mango pieces, and the creamy moist bites were delicious. I really enjoyed the consistency and flavor. We played checkers while we hung out. I would love to come back to try more teas and desserts. I definitely want to try the waffle because it smelled amazing. There are plenty of places to sit and everything was very clean. The door was already open, and we watched another gentleman walk in and order four drinks, so naturally we assumed they were serving customers. However, when we entered, an employee told us to go back outside and wait until they officially opened. No problem. We waited and came back in at 12:02 PM. Once we were ready to order, we asked for a drink with regular tapioca boba. The employee told us it wasn't ready yet and suggested crystal boba instead. We explained that we were willing to wait for the regular tapioca, but we kept getting the impression they really didn't want us to order it because they repeatedly emphasized that it would take a while. Crystal boba is not the same thing as traditional tapioca boba. At that point, the employee was also having issues with the POS system and seemed very stressed trying to make the previous customer's drinks while simultaneously texting their manager for help. We were asked to wait off to the side. About 10 minutes later, who I assume was the manager arrived and helped get everything sorted out. After asking about the available toppings and trying samples of the crystal boba, we finally placed our order. Unfortunately, two of our three drinks came out wrong. One drink was supposed to be a plain Jasmine Floral Milk Tea with lychee jelly and light ice. Instead, it came with no jelly at all and regular ice. Another drink was supposed to be a Strawberry Jelly Watermelon Slush with crystal boba, but it arrived with lychee jelly instead. By that point, after waiting through the opening confusion, POS issues, topping availability issues, and ordering delays, we honestly didn't feel like spending even more time having drinks remade. For nearly $25 for three drinks, I expected a much smoother experience. I understand that opening can be hectic, but it felt like the shop wasn't fully prepared to serve customers when the doors opened. The drinks themselves were fine, but getting two out of three orders wrong after such a long wait was disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day, but based on our visit, the experience didn't live up to the reputation and positive reviews we saw beforehand.
