My favorite flavors are their milk teas, especially the Hokkaido and Okinawa. Hokkaido has a little more of a nutty flavor compared to the Okinawa. And I love that you can customize sweetness and ice level. There's a lot of seating and parking at this location, the OG, compared to their Campbell location. They also offer fruit teas, smoothies, slushies, etc. and if you are interested in tattoo, just FYI it's tall, fresh taro root, not just the flavored powder so it's different and a little gritty if you're not used to it. They have gelato but obvious not popular as in another window with no labels on any of the flavors nor was there a menu for it. My issue is the inside. Yes it's beautiful amazing decor and table setting. It's located near U of A so many students were at the table. No place to sit for actual customers. Students camped out with laptops so all tables were taken. At one point while we are there someone from a different tea place came in took a table with outside drinks and didn't even order anything. Just used it for the WiFi for their laptop. Disappointing they don't regulate for actual customers. Sour taste for sure of this experience.
