The special featured drinks advertised on the sidewalk drew me in and the choices on the menu were colorful and sounded delicious. Ordered a Thai Red Tea, Passionfruit Green Tea, and a Strawberry milk tea. All three were incredibly delicious! Also ordered fried, takoyaki, and shrimp tempura. All were super delicious and fresh. They have a variety of selection of drinks and snacks. From brown sugar, lattes, blended drinks, fruit tea, milk tea, sea salt foam, and coffee. A lot of great flavors. We got Pandan coconut coffee, Ube coffee and popcorn chicken. The taro was a bit sweet for me but I couldn't taste the coconut in the Pandan coconut. The coffee was on point. The popcorn chicken was fresh but not crispy or spicy. It just tasted like paprika or old bay seasoning sprinkled on top. One of the two women that took our order had attitude right as we walked in. I never heard a "welcome in" sound so rude. As we were ordering, her face was also unwelcoming. There is so much to say about this lovely boba shop. When you enter you are often greeted by Cherish, who is clearly VERY invested in this new venture. My first trip (yes, there have been about 5 trips in the last two weeks- no judgement please:) My companion had a brown sugar creme brulee milk tea. It was also flavorful and refreshing. I had the ube taro milk tea with brown sugar boba. There are actual taro pieces in it! The taro provides such an interesting texture and flavor. In subsequent trips, we have had both the sea salt thai red tea and the sea salt thai green tea and they are both delightful. Cherish shared that although some establishments use red or green tea powder they actually make the tea themselves. They also make the creme brulee themselves. Cherish came by each time I visited to say hello, make sure we were satisfied, and share interesting facts about the various items on the menu. If I lived on this side of town, or were a student at the U of A, I think I would probably be here ALL THE TIME. It's a peaceful place to study, read or just chat with friends. Came here with my kids to try out this new boba spot in town. RIP Mr Donut... seems like the pandemic took the last occupants out. Hopefully Titi will have better luck. The staff were very friendly and walked us through the basics of the menu. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba. The kids split the mango slush and we all split an order of the garlic popcorn chicken. The workers told us that they make their boba fresh throughout the day so no matter when you come in the boba will be fresh and have that great chew (qq). Our drinks were good and the popcorn chicken was great. The seasoning was excellent, garlic, salt, white pepper, sugar, parsley and probably some msg (love that stuff!) If you're in this part of town please check Titi out. There's lots of seats and the fact that they have food to go with the drinks is not something most boba spots in town have. This boba is pretty good! I asked for a Thai iced tea Boba and she looked at me like I was crazy. It may be called something else here. However, she then said ok. It took about 15 minutes when I received my drink. It wasn't the best Boba drink,I have had nor the best. It's pretty right down the center. The staff was very nice, BUT they were slow. I don't drink a lot of boba, mainly a coffee guy, so the review is from that perspective. I came in here after discovering the place through a website article and wanted to try it out. The first thing I noticed when coming is how clean the place was and that it was decorated nicely. It's not the biggest space but they actually have quite a few tables and it didn't feel cramped to me. Nice touch was the padded chairs, that earned kudos from my wife because no one with short shorts likes to sit on a cold chair. I ended up ordering the Vietnamese iced coffee and it was delicious. They said the coffee was strong but actually was the perfect combo of coffee flavor and sweetness for me. I'm a fan of Vietnamese iced coffee and it's not always easy to find, so glad I have a place to go to get that now. Seemed that the sea salt iced coffee is popular, so going to try that next! Staff was pretty pretty nice too, definitely recommend if you like iced coffee, I can't comment on the boba because I didn't try it. read more

The service here is super amazing. The people working are so friendly and were kind enough to remake one of our drinks when we didn't like it. The brown sugar boba milk tea with regular milk is very good, the brown sugar milk tea with oatmilk has a different taste but it's still really good, the drink we asked to be remade was the brown sugar milk tea with almond milk because for us, it felt like it didn't have much flavor. If you prefer your drinks not so sweet, I recommend it with almond milk! I was pleasantly surprised that they also had some food options on the menu and I'll for sure be returning to give them a try. I ended up getting a peach with brown sugar boba tea. Great flavor and super refreshing. This reminded me of a cool peach cobbler. I appreciate how my drink was served in a cup with a sealed lid that the straw punches through. Great for travel. The shop itself is tranquil and comfortable and seeems like a nice place to hang out. I love this place! I've been twice now and had the Taro slushee as well as the strawberry. My husband recently got the mango flavor. All were delicious! I got them at their normal sweetness but if you don't have a sweet tooth it's probably going to be too much for you and you'll want to go down a level, as they have pictured on their menu. Both times I've gone here I've gotten the popcorn chicken and I will continue to do that every time in the future as well. It's so good! And I love that they throw in little toothpicks to eat it with! It does take them about 10min to make it but it's worth it. The customer service has always been overwhelmingly helpful and friendly and the inside is so cute, clean, and inviting. They even have games to bring to your table if you'd like. The natural light in this location is a vibe and the location is convenient off 1st ave. The boba itself is soft and chewy with a sweet brown sugar coating. The one con is that there aren't too many tea flavors compared to some of the other stores. Tastewise it is similar to some of the other good boba spots in Tucson. The workers are all super friendly and eager as well. Decent amount of space to sit & chill with friends or work on your laptop (free wifi). Would come again to have some salty snacks w my boba and/or get some work done. I found this place on Yelp and saw it had 5 stars. It deserves 10 stars. The decor is very nice. The service was exceptional. The owner, Charise (I apologize if I misspelled it or got it totally wrong AND I assume she's the owner) is very sweet and kind. My toddler gave her high fives and hugs. I love matcha and it's very hard to get good matcha at some boba places. I asked alot of questions, but decided to try the matcha brown sugar and I wished I bought 2 more for my drive home. It was delicious. Not to sweet. Not bland and earthy, either. It was so good. It had the perfect amount of boba as well, not too little and not too much where it's 50% off the drink. The service is great they explain everything so well. However, we ordered off the side food menu and got french fries wish they had more gluten free but the french were nothing different and were ordinary. Tasted good but nothing I would come back for.
