I was out driving around and had to make a U-Turn and as I entered this parking lot I saw this place. I decided why not stop and check it out. I walked in and what I noticed right off the bat was this place was spotless and behind the counter was very organized. The menu board was very well lit and the TV in the corner playing chill music was relaxing. I asked the nice lady behind the counter what I should try as I was feeling like drinking a refresher to fight this heat. She recommended a mango drink with lychee, and for later I ordered a milk tea strawberry with boba. I don't really care for mango flavor but heck I'm always down for trying new things. I was pleasantly surprised and I liked it, and the lychee at the bottom was different and was a good twist. The Strawberry Milk tea was really good and the boba was tender and flavorful. The cleanliness, good vibes, and really nice person who made my drinks makes this a place to go out of your driving way for to get that boba drink. read more

This place went from being my absolute favorite boba place to one of the worst, and it makes me so sad to say it. I've ordered the pandan coconut and thai green tea so many times, and it has tasted amazing. But recently, I believe they changed their extracts because the drink changed. I ordered pandan coconut on 2 separate occasions and the drink tasted off and digusting. I don't like wasting drinks, but the extract was wrong that it wasn't drinkable. It went from having a strong pandan taste to an off putting grassy chemical taste. And I'm literally Southeast Asian, so I know what pandan tastes like. Then, the thai green tea had a chemical cleaner after taste. Somehow the recipes changed, and I can no longer support this place because my favorite drinks changed to be completely undrinkable. read more

The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The drinks were filled with so much ice that there wasn't much to enjoy, and the food portions were more like snack sizes than full meals. Considering the prices, I really don't feel it was worth the money. This was our first time visiting Tucson, and we came with high expectations for the local gastronomy. Sadly, this experience fell short, and we won't be returning. read more

It was my first time here and based on other reviews I ordered the 3P tea. It is a blend of Peach, Passion Fruit and Pineapple. I ordered it with boba. It was a delicious choice. Fresh bright and you could taste the flavor of each component. Would order it again and would recommend it. Service was friendly and welcoming. The space was clean and inviting. read more

When traveling, must get boba! TiTi Boba Corner has a modern chic decor with some fun flair (with games to play). The special featured drinks advertised on the sidewalk drew me in and the choices on the menu were colorful and sounded delicious. We ended up getting a 3p with boba and a Black Mango Pineapple Tea with Boba. Both of them look and tasted lovely and refreshing. I recommend stopping by for some boba, food, desserts and games while enjoying the modern decor and ambiance. read more

We were going to Frys to get some groceries and saw TiTi's Boba Corner and felt like getting some Boba. We were completely taken by surprise! Ordered a Thai Red Tea, Passionfruit Green Tea, and a Strawberry milk tea. All three were incredibly delicious! Also ordered fried, takoyaki, and shrimp tempura. All were super delicious and fresh. Workers were friendly and fast. We also loved the decor and cleanliness. We found our new favorite Boba spot! read more

They have a variety of selection of drinks and snacks. From brown sugar, lattes, blended drinks, fruit tea, milk tea, sea salt foam, and coffee. A lot of great flavors. We got Pandan coconut coffee, Ube coffee and popcorn chicken. The taro was a bit sweet for me but I couldn't taste the coconut in the Pandan coconut. The coffee was on point. The popcorn chicken was fresh but not crispy or spicy. It just tasted like paprika or old bay seasoning sprinkled on top. Coming from CA, I think their drinks are just okay but if in Tucson, it's considered the best choice. Saturdays are karaoke fun and they have board games. read more

Overall rating: 4/5 Wait: 4/5 Arrival time: Monday 12:30pm Labor day Food: 4/5 Order: Sea salt green tea Service: n/a Price: 4/5 Worth it, would come back Titi Boba Corner offers a solid boba experience that stands out in the Tucson landscape.Their sea salt green tea is a particular highlight, delivering a genuinely flavorful and satisfying drink. A key piece of advice is to request less ice, as the standard amount can occupy a significant portion of the cup. This simple adjustment ensures you get the full value of the beverage. The quality here is consistently reliable, making it a dependable choice for a casual drink. It's a spot I find myself returning to when I want something reliably good without any fuss. read more

I ordered a large Strawberry Mango Fruit Tea with green tea, and it was pretty mid. If anything, it tasted more like peach, which was weird. I couldn't taste any strawberry or mango, and the bitter green tea flavor was the very overpowering. The brown sugar boba was definitely the best part it's the best I have ever tried! I love their boba it's unmatched. But the drink itself is another story. Overall, I prefer other places I have been too because the green tea in basically anywhere else I have gone isn't so overwhelming in bitterness. Another time I went here (the first time), I tried the Tokyo Mist flavor and the fruit peels and chunks they put in it kept getting in the way of the boba. It was so frustrating trying to fish the boba out, I ended up having to remove the plastic seal and took out all of the ice just to get to it. This would have been a higher rating and less negative if the drinks weren't so expensive for an overwhelming green tea flavor and a lack of the flavors I ordered in the first place. Maybe I'm just cheap and hate green tea or something, but compared to Bing's Boba and the place at the mall, this place feels pretty pricey and a down grade in comparison to places I've been. read more

My boyfriend and I are boba fanatics. We wanted to try this out since we were near by. The boba drinks were yummy, however our service was terrible! One of the two women that took our order had attitude right as we walked in. I never heard a "welcome in" sound so rude. As we were ordering, her face was also unwelcoming. When she called our order, it sounded very rude as if we were ruining her day. I'm not sure if this girl was having a bad day but it's just a boba shop, no need to have attitude. I will give this place another shot when she's not working. read more

This is my first time here, and I got curious...It's a cute little tea shop. They also offer a small selection of snacks. They have pastries, but they are not freshly baked in-store, and the choices are very limited. There were two people working when we arrived. The wait wasn't too long. The staff member got my order wrong, but he was kind enough to give me an upgrade without charging me. read more

Drank my boba so fast I forgot to take a picture! Lol the staff was attentive and very kind. Loved the huge variety of boba that they have and have wide range of snacks. Super clean and chill spot. There is so much to say about this lovely boba shop. When you enter you are often greeted by Cherish, who is clearly VERY invested in this new venture. My first trip (yes, there have been about 5 trips in the last two weeks- no judgement please:) My companion had a brown sugar creme brulee milk tea. It was also flavorful and refreshing. I had the ube taro milk tea with brown sugar boba. There are actual taro pieces in it! The taro provides such an interesting texture and flavor. In subsequent trips, we have had both the sea salt thai red tea and the sea salt thai green tea and they are both delightful. Cherish shared that although some establishments use red or green tea powder they actually make the tea themselves. They also make the creme brulee themselves. Cherish came by each time I visited to say hello, make sure we were satisfied, and share interesting facts about the various items on the menu. If I lived on this side of town, or were a student at the U of A, I think I would probably be here ALL THE TIME. It's a peaceful place to study, read or just chat with friends. I'll be back often to see what's new because Cherish has promised tasty things to come! read more

Came here with my kids to try out this new boba spot in town. RIP Mr Donut... seems like the pandemic took the last occupants out. Hopefully Titi will have better luck. The staff were very friendly and walked us through the basics of the menu. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba. The kids split the mango slush and we all split an order of the garlic popcorn chicken. The workers told us that they make their boba fresh throughout the day so no matter when you come in the boba will be fresh and have that great chew (qq). Our drinks were good and the popcorn chicken was great. The seasoning was excellent, garlic, salt, white pepper, sugar, parsley and probably some msg (love that stuff!) If you're in this part of town please check Titi out. There's lots of seats and the fact that they have food to go with the drinks is not something most boba spots in town have. If you check in on Yelp you got 10% off!! read more

This is hands down the best Boba place in Tucson. As someone who grew up in the Bay Area, I regularly had authentic Asian boba. The boba tea here matches the quality and authenticity of traditional boba drinks. The tea is made in house and has a rich flavor. The boba is cooked to the perfect consistency and has great flavor. The ambience is perfect for studying or hanging with friends. The owner is a sweet lady who conversed with us for a while and wants to learn how to promote her business. I urge everyone to try this amazing place out! I've already gone 3 times this week! read more

We are always on the hunt for great boba. This place scores BIG points for using Ube in every drink option they have. I ordered the Ube brown sugar boba milk. I don't drink a lot of boba, mainly a coffee guy, so the review is from that perspective. I came in here after discovering the place through a website article and wanted to try it out. The first thing I noticed when coming is how clean the place was and that it was decorated nicely. It's not the biggest space but they actually have quite a few tables and it didn't feel cramped to me. Nice touch was the padded chairs, that earned kudos from my wife because no one with short shorts likes to sit on a cold chair. I ended up ordering the Vietnamese iced coffee and it was delicious. They said the coffee was strong but actually was the perfect combo of coffee flavor and sweetness for me. I'm a fan of Vietnamese iced coffee and it's not always easy to find, so glad I have a place to go to get that now. Seemed that the sea salt iced coffee is popular, so going to try that next! Staff was pretty pretty nice too, definitely recommend if you like iced coffee, I can't comment on the boba because I didn't try it. read more

This is my favorite boba shop in AZ! I've visited many boba shops in Taiwan and can attest that Titi's quality is outstanding. This review is long overdue, as I've been here too many times to count and have never had a bad experience. This boba is pretty good! I asked for a Thai iced tea Boba and she looked at me like I was crazy. It may be called something else here. However, she then said ok. It took about 15 minutes when I received my drink. It wasn't the best Boba drink,I have had nor the best. It's pretty right down the center. The staff was very nice, BUT they were slow. Anyways, I will give them another shot soon to see if I was there on an off day. Yep, still gave them 4 stars. That's what happens when your staff is kind. :) read more

cute vibes. came here with friends. i ordered before them (and two other people) but they all got their drinks sooner than i did. i waited about 10-15 minutes. by the time i got mine, my friends were almost done with their drink. considering it's a regular activity for us, boba & girl talk, i was annoyed. the owner was also rude and condescending to the staff she was working with or training. i had a mango slush. it was good but idk if i'd go back read more

Loved this little spot! We wanted something for the road before leaving town & this was just perfect. The boba drinks are amazing, so delicious. The Ube boba was like comfort food in drink form. The service here is super amazing. The people working are so friendly and were kind enough to remake one of our drinks when we didn't like it. The brown sugar boba milk tea with regular milk is very good, the brown sugar milk tea with oatmilk has a different taste but it's still really good, the drink we asked to be remade was the brown sugar milk tea with almond milk because for us, it felt like it didn't have much flavor. If you prefer your drinks not so sweet, I recommend it with almond milk! I was pleasantly surprised that they also had some food options on the menu and I'll for sure be returning to give them a try. I stopped in pretty much knowing exactly what I wanted. The service was friendly and helpful. They made great suggestions and answered my questions. I ended up getting a peach with brown sugar boba tea. Great flavor and super refreshing. This reminded me of a cool peach cobbler. I appreciate how my drink was served in a cup with a sealed lid that the straw punches through. Great for travel. The shop itself is tranquil and comfortable and seeems like a nice place to hang out. I love this place! I've been twice now and had the Taro slushee as well as the strawberry. My husband recently got the mango flavor. All were delicious! I got them at their normal sweetness but if you don't have a sweet tooth it's probably going to be too much for you and you'll want to go down a level, as they have pictured on their menu. Both times I've gone here I've gotten the popcorn chicken and I will continue to do that every time in the future as well. It's so good! And I love that they throw in little toothpicks to eat it with! It does take them about 10min to make it but it's worth it. The customer service has always been overwhelmingly helpful and friendly and the inside is so cute, clean, and inviting. They even have games to bring to your table if you'd like. The natural light in this location is a vibe and the location is convenient off 1st ave. My only complaint is that tiny bit of sauce they put in the cups for the popcorn chicken, a bit stingy, but we made it work! Definitely working my way through their drink menu! read more
