Good coffee and tea options. I appreciate a Vietnamese coffee - hot ( which sadly only one place is Tucson serves hot)... but they gave the option iced... which is pretty good. I opted for the Ube cream iced coffee and my only regret was opting for boba too because I know better. They are very generous with their boba but odd me found it a little distracting from the delicious coffee. Service is quick but not very interactive. Fortunately they have electronic screen menus that describe their drink options. This location is in a busy shopping center and parking can be an issue that may result in finding a drive thru instead when it's Tucson hot and there is no parking. This place is in a strip mall in a very busy shopping area. The parking area in front is packed as it accommodates numerous business. I recommend parking in the west side of the place if you want to pop in and out. There's very limited indoor seating, only two barstools but there's 4 tables that seat 2 out front. I went the week it just opened. The line was out the door, but my BLVCK BOBA LATTE was ready in about 10 minutes. It was worth the wait! The employee who helped us was very friendly and helpful! Limited seating inside but you'll find at least 3 seating areas outside. The employee were great and provided great suggestions of their drinks. This place is super cute! The service was amazing! And they were very friendly. We ordered the Black Boba Latte, which I will say is very very very sweet. I prefer to ask for "extra sweet" whenever I get drinks but I didn't with this one, and thank god because it was sooooo sweet. I had to wait for the ice to melt so maybe it can even the sweetness out but I ended up adding more milk when I got home. The flavor is great, just too sweet for me. I think maybe next time i'll ask for it without the brown sugar walls. I also got the Uji Strawberry Matcha and I would get this one next time!! It is sweet too but not bad and when we let the ice melt a little, it was perfect. The spot was very small, there were only 4 seats inside one table and one bar-type table. I love that new boba places keep popping up in Tucson! The boba options here are solid! There are some signature drinks to choose from, but those cannot be customized. The brown sugar boba latte was too sweet for my liking, but the mango coconut drink had the perfect balance of sweetness with the mango and coconut. The Uji Matcha Strawberry Latte is also a specialty item. I ordered mine with boba. I love their strawberry syrup here, and it's another solid choice! Sizes are large and extra large. Interior is small but nicely decorated with some seating. Service is pretty quick and everyone is polite. I will definitely be returning here for boba. We came here after going to the zoo for a nice cool treat. I had a hard time choosing and the menu photos of some of the fruit teas were confusing. It looked like there was fruit in them but I was told there wasn't (which was good news). This place charges for no ice or light ice which is disappointing. I also got the cheese foam and it was not worth the cost. It wasn't even a foam. It was barely anything on top. Overall the place looks nice and new but the prices and lack of toppings for the cost isn't worth it to me. read more

So excited to try them out! The shop was clean and welcoming; not a big space for a large group but for just popping in or sitting with a friend it's no prob. I ordered a jasmine tea and a strawberry yogurt boba tea. My tea tastes fresh and the portions were generous! My daughters strawberry yogurt was really good as well. The only reason I wouldn't give it a perfect 5 is that the pearls were not as soft as some other spots in town. I make my own at own so I'm kinda a snob lol! First time trying this place. The store is very small but nice and clean. The staff are friendly and nice. But I gave them only 3 stars because of what happened with me. There was a family (dad and 2 daughter) in front of me. They order 3 drinks. Then I ordered 4 drinks. Then after me there were 3 more customers who ordered 1 drink each. While the staff (2 girls) made the drinks, the owner lady (from the nail salon next door) came and talked to them about their thing... but please... they are busy with making the order, and yet you as an owner are delaying it. At the end of their conversation right before she left, I heard that the lady owner said, "If you have time. Please make 1 drink for the lady (mom of the family that ordered only 3 drinks before me). And one of the staff said yes. And then she just put away all other orders and made the drink for the lady as the owner requested. The other girl finally finished with the dad & and daughter drinks and gave them out. Then she started making my order. The other girl still made the lady's drink, finished, and gave it tho the lady (which was cutting the line actually). And then the order for the guy after me done and gave it to him. My order finally came 30 minutes after I finished placing it. So I would say the order came too long and the staff was not well-organized. Once I got the order, I just left because I needed to pick up my daughter from gym class. When I checked the order, 2 of them were wrong. This means that I got overcharged because I didn't get I paid for :( It was too late to complain because I'm home already, and it is far :( I still give 3 stars because the drinks actually taste good. read more

I tried an iced jasmine tea with lychee jelly and my boyfriend got a grapefruit green tea with kiwi and lychee popping boba. We both got half sweetened. The service was great and they even had us try our drinks to make sure we didn't need any adjustments. It's also really cutely decorative inside. The only negative thing I can say is that when you walk in it does smell overwhelmingly like air freshener which is a bit unappetizing but we will be coming back here again for sure!
